Hotels with beach in Split

It is a little far from the city center (about 3km) and a little inconvenient for sightseeing, but the hotel itself was clean and the hotel staff were nice. The breakfast was also luxurious and satisfying

The city view room also had a partial ocean view. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean and quiet. The breakfast room was large, with a wide variety of options and a pleasant atmosphere

The beach club seemed to be public, with some lounge chairs, but it required walking up a few steps to reach them. The outdoor pool was pleasant and perfect for a drink

The service attitude at the reception was poor. We booked a room clearly stating that we would have children, but there were only two sets of bathrobes and towels

Moreover, because the bathrobes and towels were delivered in two batches, the waiter was very impatient and threw the towels at us

The spa had two sections, one for everyone which included two jacuzzis and a swimming pool, and another for adults only which included two saunas, a stream room, a small warm pool, a small cold plunge pool and a relaxation area where you can lay down and just relax while listening to relaxing music in the background

A very nice hotel close to the beach. 4km from the centre though. Our room was very clean and nice with a view to the sea.

It was a wonderful stay. The room was clean and large, access to a bar and restaurant was exactly what we needed. Perfect respite from our travels!

Hotel Fanat has a freindly professional vibe toward customers, we noticed this extended amongst the staff members creating an overall enjoyable atmosphere

The beach right across from the hotel is pristine, and with all the new amenities and restaurants opening soon, this area will quickly become one of the best places for a family vacation

Hotel Zagreb is Yugoslav era heritage hotel. Made in tipical elegant marble, wood and glass style within, and pine forest, beaches and big teraces outside. Very friendly staff and much more than 3 stars

Overall, would come back again for sure. Haven't checked the beaches or other things the hotel had to offer

The buffet breakfast was lovely with quite extended offer of both retro choices such as fried hot dogs and savory French toast to more 'current' choices such as different kinds of oatmeal, fruit and yoghurt

Only reason why its 2 stars is because Croatia's new law obligates min 18 square meters rooms and Zagreb has 17,5 square meter rooms

Hopefully soon Croatia recognizes, renovates and cherishes this beautiful Yugoslav era heritage hotel

The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The hotel was very good overall for the price. Bus stop just outside the hotel, taking roughly 30 mins to Split Old Town

We stayed in the Classic double annex room beautiful view of the sea. Room was lovely very clean and bathroom spotless. Staff here are very friendly and helpful and the restaurant service and food was brilliant.

It will be wonderful if all the rooms have not carpet.

There is no any option just the eggs and cheese and I don’t eat that because I’m diabetic type one I requested at least smoked salmon and some Roca salads or some other options healthy options on the day

It was really not delicious at all other than that everything else is good. The gym is really smalland the room surface is not really easy to reach. I ordered yesterday at dinner salad

Hotel on the beachfront with a swimming pool, close to the centre and right on the same street there is a bus to go to the centre. Good breakfast and everything in general clean.

It's very close to the beach and local bars and restaurants as well as a supermarket

Honest service, price was a steal, to be honest expectation werent high but it did indeed suprise in good way. Parking was secured and free, breakfast was included, service was polite and made our stay pleasant

The property is close to a beautiful promenade along the water with stunning views of the island across and the mountains behind. I will Definitely be coming back to stay here again in the future

Sunbeds are included in the price, if you want an umbrella you have to pay extra but there are some places in the shadow aswell

Hotel San Antonio is the main hotel in this group and facilities are in this hotel but a short walk away and right next to beach and bars/restaurants. Staff ok and knowledgeable, helpful when asked

Not many shops close by and centre of split is a good 20 mins taxi ride, busses are available but not used by us

The room we got was pretty amazing. We got a huge balcony and even a second small one. Our room got cleaned everyday and the hotel and restaurant service was super funny and accommodating

The hotel's location is fantastic, just a few minutes' walk from several attractions in the old town and convenient for evening shopping in the city center. Given the location, I'd definitely book this hotel again

The hotel service is very enthusiastic. When I checked into the room, the front desk also called to ask if I was satisfied. They prepared a welcome letter and a small gift, which was very considerate

Seeing them scurrying around right in front of you was a bit surprising and a bit unsettling. I imagine other hotels in the area might have ants too, and I doubt the hotel has any solutions

The location of this hotel is just excellent. It is at the fringe of the most happening part of the town. But it is still very quiet and peaceful. Really a short walk to all the must sees

Since we had an early return flight and didn't have time for breakfast, the front desk staff prepared a breakfast bag for each guest to take to the airport, which was a thoughtful touch

Perhaps unfamiliar with the European way of writing numbers, I mistook 4 for 7 and 9, and couldn't get into my room. I had to go back to the front desk to find the correct room number

It was centrally located in order to sightsee. The room was excellent; check in easy; staff were friendly; pricing great value for what was provided.

The suite is ok, but the terrace is small, the cleanliness is not satisfactory, and the breakfast is average, both in variety and quality. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the ancient city

The rooms were clean and generally comfortable (the beds were very comfortable). Breakfast buffet was crowded and not so great in choice or quality.

It's conveniently located within walking distance of the Game of Thrones filming locations in the old town. The room was clean and hygienic, and water was provided

The only thing to note is that you have to remember to read the room number carefully. Otherwise, it's easy to make a mistake just by looking at the number written on the card

Beautiful hotel with very professional, helpful staff. I'd recommend staying here - looking forward to coming back. Close to shopping mall and attractions but far enough from main road to ensure a quiet relaxed stay

Now I would give it 4 because it doesn't have a good view and someone could spy into your room if you are on the first floor 😬, but because everything else is great, I gave 5. Good job, and I congratulate the designer

It just makes you feel cozy, and like you are in the Middle ages 😁. Anyone should visit it and experience the Classical. I definitely don't recommend it to children or teenagers, because they might find it boring 😅

Hotel is one of the greatest I have ever been in! I don't usually like classic and fancy hotels, I prefer modern ones. But this hotel changed my mind. It's interior is designed in the "Austrian castle" way

Stayed there in late February 2023. While their were few guests in the hotel in the off season, the service - from the front desk, kitchen, and other hotel staff was excellent

Our stay at Amphora Garden was great, we enjoyed the hotel and its facilities. In a few months this area will be booming. Currently the beach walk is under construction, and there are not many bars and restaurants around

This hotel is just perfect for a relaxing stay. It is located in front of the sea and beaches in this area are beautiful. The swimming pools and spa with panoramic view to the sea are unique

The hotel is situated about 1 hour WALK from the old town of Split but the whole waterfront is being built out (4 km) and will be very nice once completed. Comfortable rooms and very nice spa / fitness area

This will be an up and coming hotel! Please note that Amphoras GARDEN (5 stars) is situated behind the Amphora so the sea view from most rooms are limited. However, very nice Roof top pool area

I’ve never met a friendlier person who was so engaged into the guests well being and satisfaction. Breakfast was also very taste and the selection is abundant without compromising quality

The room has a sightseeing terrace and is very close to the beach! The hotel will send a bottle of water every day. If you want an extra bottle of water, remember that you have to pay for it, and it is very expensive

A modern hotel with nice amenities like a well equipped gym and a swimming pool. Location is a short walk to the  Old Town and next to a public beach. Staff friendly and accommodating

A well located 5* hotel close to a beach and within walking distance of the old town centre. Breakfast had a wide choice of food and our evening meal there was delicious.

My only complaint was the food and wine at the hotel’s restaurant, as I found it well below the quality of Split’s better food establishments, but this might be due to Covid and downsized menu

A five-star hotel in Europe, the price is relatively expensive, but the service is still very good, the breakfast is very rich, the bathroom is super large and very comfortable to use

Lovely place at the fantastic location with the most friendly staff. Nicely appointed rooms with beautiful views, large bathrooms, comfortable bed and fluffy bathrobes

The location is superb. Hotel interior is modern, retro deco and the staffs are friendly. Bfast area may be small but the spread is a lot and good. Overall I will definitely recommend this hotel.

My wife had pain and they gave her pain pills We parked in expensive parking lot and they gave us feee parking place We forgot our tooth paste, didn't brush our teeth for 3 days, and they gave us tooth brush and paste

Food also was delicious and I liked how clean they are. The only thing that was little weird it’s their parking lot, not to many space. But I kinda understand because in this area is no way to have bigger parking

It can be said that this hotel is very good inside and outside the building. The sea view outside the window is enough. There are also many views in the corridors and stairwells of the hotel

FAB! Brilliant breakfast, clean rooms and lovely staff. The hotel is close to Split Old Town. The facilities are excellent too, although the air conditioning in the gym needs to be lowered

Ideally located for the old town and access to the harbour for day trips. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially when asking for restaurant recommendations.

In the central of the city close to the harbor about 2 km away from the beach and if you like to see split's Roman Empire the hotel is in the center of it the hotel people are very nice the rooms where good it gave a little bit of luxury felling

The room was tiny and the WiFi almost nonexistent. The church bells started ringing at 6 am. Still it was the perplace to stay since it was in the heart of old town.

It's true that the location is ideal, but if you go by car it can be inconvenient, as in our case. They advertise parking, but it's 5 minutes from the hotel through an app that you have to download and it's on the street

The hotel breakfast was simple, so we had two Chinese meals in Schengen. The hotel is in a great location, not far from the beach. Schengen is a relatively small city, making it convenient for everything

We loved the location on a major square of Split and right anove a very neat nar area. The common rooms were beautiful, a true boutique palace. We had a wonderful room wirh fabulous balcony

We had a wonderful 3 nights here. The room was lovely, efficient air conditioning, really comfortable bed, great breakfast options and friendly helpful staff. The private terrace was an added bonus!

Hotel room was clean and modern, we slept well. There was no complementary water in the room, the hotel charged 6 Euro per bottle. We stayed in a room close to the street so it was bit noisy

Finally, I made the trip to Croatia that I had been thinking about. I booked this hotel with the same name as the Diocletian Palace

Our room is on the east side and has a balcony to see the side sea view. The room facilities are up to the four-star standard. There is an outswimming pool and a soaking pool on the seventh floor, and there is fitness

It's a little far from the beach, but the price/performance ratio is very high. The hotel facilities are very clean and spacious. I am generally satisfied

You can see some sea views from the second floor and above, and you can see the panoramic view of the city from the seventh floor platform. Facilities: The room is very large, which is relatively rare in Europe

I was here for a long weekend and the hotel had everything I needed. The rooms were big, bed was very comfortable. It was very quiet although I was off peak. Breakfast had plenty of variety to choose from

Service: It feels like a hotel bought and operated by a Filipino boss. They speak English with some accents. The roomclean in the morning is a bit early, knocking on the door at nine o'clock

Pool towels were also provided. The breakfast was excellent and had a good range of hot and cold food and a selection of drinks from Prosecco to coffee and juice

The hotel was extremely clean and had a lovely reception and bar area. There was also a wellness room with showers, saunas and towels / slippers / dressing gowns provided

Loved having the rooftop ball and hot tubs. Plenty of sun beds even in peak holiday season. Was concerned it was a fair way out of town but only 10-15 mins walk to the old town. Excellent selection for breakfast

A bit out of the center but a nice, modern hotel with a great breakfast and sweet hang out place on the rooftop with a pool and jacuzzis. Also the bus to the airport is a couple minute walk away. Really convenient

About 8 mins walk from the bus 37 terminal in Split. Clean rooms,friendly welcoming staff. Good choice of breakfast buffet food including prosecco. We were upgraded from the 3* hotel to the 4* building

The hotel was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The pool and Jacuzzi was a plus. The room had a balcony with a drying rack that was convenient for hanging bathing suits and washing some clothes

Staff are extremely friendly. Rooms are smart and clean. Rooftop pool is great. Breakfast is simple but tasty. Prices are low. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Great location! Kinda odd upstairs from an art gallery but it's a super cute room! Up 4 or 5 flights of stairs, no elevator but not a problem with gelato on every corner but definitely not wheelchair accessible

Marco (the owner) showed up early to greet us at airport and provided transfer (40 euro). He is super nice and knowledgeable. The hotel is in a perfect location. The room was extremely charming

I saw people complain about stairs, it’s a 300 year old palace. Would stay here every time! Not a complaint, but it is in the middle of everything so there is a bit of noise from passersby

He also met up with us at 11:00pm to check us in as we had a late flight, which was amazing! Palace Tartaglia is super close to everything. I would recommend staying here!

Only downside is its up about 5 flights of stairs no elevator, they helped carry bags up but your on your own getting out. Would still highly recommend!

Everything was terrific! Easy to find, close to shops and restaurants! Staff was very friendly- set up our airport transfer for us - very economical and pleasant! There are steps but I believe they put you according to ability to walk if possible!

Since there's no elevator, the hotel staff helped me with my elderly family's luggage both during check-in and check-out, which was very touching. Breakfast isn't a buffet; it's cooked on the spot according to the menu

The location of the hotel is very convenient right at the entrance to the ancient city. The suite is stylishly designed and has a small terrace with a view of the bell tower and the sunrise

The bathroom is huge and has a jacuzzi, but its automatic cleaning function is so loud that it scares you. There is a warning in advance. It will be better to be mentally prepared

Nice quiet hotel in the middle of the palace area of Split. Great staff, comfortable rooms, and a very convenient location. Even has a special air-controlled smoking lounge.

The beach right in front of the hotel was beautiful and there is lots for kids to do - water obstacle course, splash pad, skate park, basketball, tennis and soccer. Several stores within walking distance

Hotel is closer to the beach, so you can go for a good swim. There is a supermarket near by. There is no key, PIN code for the door. Good breakfast considering the price of surrounding restaurants

The city is doing some big construction in front of the beach. Areas around the block require caution when walking as the streets are narrows with lots of cars

Nice plus is having a beach across the street. I had the ocean front apartment with a large balcony and terrific view! Would recommend it
