The city view room also had a partial ocean view. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean and quiet. The breakfast room was large, with a wide variety of options and a pleasant atmosphere. The beach club seemed to be public, with some lounge chairs, but it required walking up a few steps to reach them. The outdoor pool was pleasant and perfect for a drink. The hotel is not located in the city...

The service attitude at the reception was poor. We booked a room clearly stating that we would have children, but there were only two sets of bathrobes and towels. We called to request that they be delivered to the room, but they were not delivered until the evening. Moreover, because the bathrobes and towels were delivered in two batches, the waiter was very impatient and threw the towels at us.

The room can see the sea and the hotel is in a good location

I had originally booked at Hotel Ambassador, but was informed just before my trip that it would not be open on the day. With the support of the Trip.com staff, I ended up staying at this hotel. There was a price difference, but Trip.com covered it. The hotel was in the off-season and there were not many guests, so although I had booked a double room, I was upgraded free of charge and stayed in a suite...

We stayed at the hotel for the New Year holidays. From December 30 to January 02, 2025. Apparently because of this the room was really poorly cleaned, the photo shows stains on the floor, on the table from coffee, garbage in the drawers. In general, the hotel is very "tired", something was obviously broken, barely alive faucets. In general, it does not pull on 5 stars. But! Breakfast on January 01...

Not bad. We stayed in the Select Sea View room. It should be a new room type. It's quite cozy. But the smell of new decoration is a bit strong.

It was centrally located in order to sightsee. The room was excellent; check in easy; staff were friendly; pricing great value for what was provided.

The suite is ok, but the terrace is small, the cleanliness is not satisfactory, and the breakfast is average, both in variety and quality. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the ancient city. I was worried that the ancient city would be too noisy, but I regretted it. Some hotels in the ancient city may be better.

The rooms were clean and generally comfortable (the beds were very comfortable). Breakfast buffet was crowded and not so great in choice or quality.

The hotel in located is just 20 mints walk from old town. It is close to resturants, supermarket, bus stop and it is right next to joker mall. Rooms are big. The hotel has indoor swimming pool, sauna and steam room at free of cost. Staff is very helpful specially the gentleman in evening shift was very helpful. It's conveniently located within walking distance of the Game of Thrones filming locations in the old town. The room was clean and hygienic, and water was provided. The only thing to note is that you have to remember to read the room number carefully. Otherwise, it's easy to make a mistake just by looking at the number written on the card. Perhaps unfamiliar with the European way of writing numbers...

Very ordinary hotel, there is a *** downstairs, the breakfast is OK, similar to the Home Inn in China, but not as clean as Home Inn

Beautifully decorated hotel which matches up the 5 star standard. Top notch service and excellent breakfast provided in the hotel restaurant. The room was very clean, beds and pillows were super comfortable. The only downside we had was the room size. 3 adults in a standard room, was a bit crowded. It was our own problems, the room would be perfect for 2.

For those older guest with substantial amount of luggage, the hotel “Various” entrances were not convenient for arriving and departing . The porter don’t seem to be always around. Reception staff did their best but could Hv been abit more experience in finding taxi for guest since the taxi stand is located quite near the hotel.

The service was excellent, especially the front desk, who were incredibly welcoming. During check-in, they even asked if guests could make it to breakfast on their check-out day. Since we had an early return flight and didn't have time for breakfast, the front desk staff prepared a breakfast bag for each guest to take to the airport, which was a thoughtful touch. Stunning hotel at the door of the ancient Split. Delicious breakfast, amazing rooftop swimming pool and jacuzzi, perfect to rest after a day of discovery. The rooms are spacious and elegant with a immense bathroom. We really recommend this hotel.

The location of this hotel is just excellent. It is at the fringe of the most happening part of the town. But it is still very quiet and peaceful. Really a short walk to all the must sees. View from the rooftop is beautiful too.

A five-star hotel in Europe, the price is relatively expensive, but the service is still very good, the breakfast is very rich, the bathroom is super large and very comfortable to use. The room has a sightseeing terrace and is very close to the beach! The hotel will send a bottle of water every day. If you want an extra bottle of water, remember that you have to pay for it, and it is very expensive

A well located 5* hotel close to a beach and within walking distance of the old town centre. Breakfast had a wide choice of food and our evening meal there was delicious.

The hotel's facilities leaned more towards business, and their specialty seemed to be the spa, but I couldn't experience it due to the special circumstances. However a few things came to us as a surprise during our stay and were frusrating. First, i did not get the room i booked through *******. The hotel was very clean and classically decorated. The room was large and the bathroom was like new. The bed was really wide and comfortable. The breakfast was very sufficient and varied, although not as wide a selection of dishes as in big hotels. The location of the hotel on the hill suited us, because we liked to walk a lot to both the old town and Kasjuni beach. Both can be warmly recommended

This hotel has free parking. The old lady will give you the choice of making breakfast. The hotel fruit is very fresh. The handsome guy at the front desk is very serious and enthusiastic. There is a warm feeling of home.

The hotel was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The pool and Jacuzzi was a plus. The room had a balcony with a drying rack that was convenient for hanging bathing suits and washing some clothes. The staff were all very nice. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel automatically provided an upgrade, and the single room became a triple room, which greatly increased the sense of space. The hygiene is average, and there is still water left in the kettle from the previous user. In addition, the rooftop swimming pool has not yet opened, and the view from outside is average, and you probably can't see the old city.

Outstanding service, making every guest feel welcome. The staff were always friendly, professional, and ready to help with any request. Breakfast was a true highlight, especially homemade cakes. Big parking. Free of charge!!!

For a 4-star hotel, the facilities and food are lacking. This is the first time I've seen a place without a coffee machine. Just put frozen coffee in hot water. Free parking. No height restrictions.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Continently located in the centre of Split. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rmb not to skip their breakfast. The food is diversified w/ good beverage. If you have time, enjoy the jacuzzi w/ your love one.

Nice quiet hotel in the middle of the palace area of Split. Great staff, comfortable rooms, and a very convenient location. Even has a special air-controlled smoking lounge.

Hotel Fanat has a freindly professional vibe toward customers, we noticed this extended amongst the staff members creating an overall enjoyable atmosphere. The quality of food and service at their restaurant is exceptional. Staying here has been an absolute pleasure.

We arrived late on evening, Frane at reception desk was very helpful and efficient: I made a mistake at reservation (twin beds instead of 1 arge bed) but he found immediatly a solution to fix this. Dinner, breakfast and lunch were of excellent quality.

Great hotel in a great location. Everyone was very helpful and pleasant with the exception of the pool attendant on the top floor who was quite rude.

Our stay at Amphora Garden was great, we enjoyed the hotel and its facilities. In a few months this area will be booming. Currently the beach walk is under construction, and there are not many bars and restaurants around.

Free upgrade !! Apartment was clean and we received a free upgrade on arrival from a studio to a 1 bedroom apartment. Internet was good but didn’t work at the pool. Breakfast included was amazing. Our only negative would be the rooftop pool staff who rolled their eyes and sighed when we politely asked to have an umbrella put up. Other than that all other hotel staff were approachable and kind!

About 8 mins walk from the bus 37 terminal in Split. Clean rooms,friendly welcoming staff. Good choice of breakfast buffet food including prosecco. We were upgraded from the 3* hotel to the 4* building.they are next to each other. I will recommend this hotel.

The hot tubs and pool are great amenities. The choice at breakfast as great- especially the Prosecco. Staff in the pool bar were lovely. In the information book it mentioned shower gel and adaptors but when we queried at front desk we were told there weren’t any.

Loved having the rooftop ball and hot tubs. Plenty of sun beds even in peak holiday season. Was concerned it was a fair way out of town but only 10-15 mins walk to the old town. Excellent selection for breakfast. Good gym facilities.

A bit out of the center but a nice, modern hotel with a great breakfast and sweet hang out place on the rooftop with a pool and jacuzzis. Also the bus to the airport is a couple minute walk away. Really convenient
