Others than that, the hotel will clean, very modern, had an amazing swimming pool and spa area which was free to use for all hotel guests

The city view room also had a partial ocean view. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean and quiet. The breakfast room was large, with a wide variety of options and a pleasant atmosphere

The beach club seemed to be public, with some lounge chairs, but it required walking up a few steps to reach them. The outdoor pool was pleasant and perfect for a drink

The service attitude at the reception was poor. We booked a room clearly stating that we would have children, but there were only two sets of bathrobes and towels

Moreover, because the bathrobes and towels were delivered in two batches, the waiter was very impatient and threw the towels at us

The spa had two sections, one for everyone which included two jacuzzis and a swimming pool, and another for adults only which included two saunas, a stream room, a small warm pool, a small cold plunge pool and a relaxation area where you can lay down and just relax while listening to relaxing music in the background

The hotel's location is fantastic, just a few minutes' walk from several attractions in the old town and convenient for evening shopping in the city center. Given the location, I'd definitely book this hotel again

Beautifully decorated hotel which matches up the 5 star standard. Top notch service and excellent breakfast provided in the hotel restaurant. The room was very clean, beds and pillows were super comfortable

Stunning hotel at the door of the ancient Split. Delicious breakfast, amazing rooftop swimming pool and jacuzzi, perfect to rest after a day of discovery. The rooms are spacious and elegant with a immense bathroom

The hotel service is very enthusiastic. When I checked into the room, the front desk also called to ask if I was satisfied. They prepared a welcome letter and a small gift, which was very considerate

Seeing them scurrying around right in front of you was a bit surprising and a bit unsettling. I imagine other hotels in the area might have ants too, and I doubt the hotel has any solutions

The location of this hotel is just excellent. It is at the fringe of the most happening part of the town. But it is still very quiet and peaceful. Really a short walk to all the must sees

Perhaps unfamiliar with the European way of writing numbers, I mistook 4 for 7 and 9, and couldn't get into my room. I had to go back to the front desk to find the correct room number

It was centrally located in order to sightsee. The room was excellent; check in easy; staff were friendly; pricing great value for what was provided.

The suite is ok, but the terrace is small, the cleanliness is not satisfactory, and the breakfast is average, both in variety and quality. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the ancient city

The rooms were clean and generally comfortable (the beds were very comfortable). Breakfast buffet was crowded and not so great in choice or quality.

The hotel in located is just 20 mints walk from old town. It is close to resturants, supermarket, bus stop and it is right next to joker mall. The hotel has indoor swimming pool, sauna and steam room at free of cost

The only thing to note is that you have to remember to read the room number carefully. Otherwise, it's easy to make a mistake just by looking at the number written on the card

We arrived late on evening, Frane at reception desk was very helpful and efficient: I made a mistake at reservation (twin beds instead of 1 arge bed) but he found immediatly a solution to fix this

This property is absolutely beautiful and spotless! It’s a charming boutique hotel, and our suite was so clean and comfortable that it felt like we were the very first guests to ever stay in it

The beach right across from the hotel is pristine, and with all the new amenities and restaurants opening soon, this area will quickly become one of the best places for a family vacation

Hotel Fanat has a freindly professional vibe toward customers, we noticed this extended amongst the staff members creating an overall enjoyable atmosphere

It was a wonderful stay. The room was clean and large, access to a bar and restaurant was exactly what we needed. Perfect respite from our travels!

We wanted to order from the pool menu one night, only to be told the pool menu closes at 6pm, this was not posted anywhere, so with no dining options nearby we had to eat from the hotel buffett which was 35euro p/p for standard, limited option food

We also wanted to go for a night swim, only to be told the pool closes at 7pm, which is also not posted anywhere

We have 4 keycards die on us through the trip and constantly had to be going to the desk to re issue our key cards. The hotel is a 15-20 minute walk to old town split, and the hotel itself is on a hill

That seemed ridiculous, thankfully the staff were kind enough to waive this fee. As well, the AC in our room was broken the first 2 nights, but was fixed

As well my mom came with me on this trip, only my name was on the reservation, and they said they charge an extra 25euros per night per extra guest

There were just lots of ruled we were for informed about, but the hotel staff was very friendly and accommodatin

This will be an up and coming hotel! Please note that Amphoras GARDEN (5 stars) is situated behind the Amphora so the sea view from most rooms are limited. However, very nice Roof top pool area

This hotel is just perfect for a relaxing stay. It is located in front of the sea and beaches in this area are beautiful. The swimming pools and spa with panoramic view to the sea are unique

Great hotel in a great location. Everyone was very helpful and pleasant with the exception of the pool attendant on the top floor who was quite rude.

Our only negative would be the rooftop pool staff who rolled their eyes and sighed when we politely asked to have an umbrella put up. Other than that all other hotel staff were approachable and kind!

Free upgrade !! Apartment was clean and we received a free upgrade on arrival from a studio to a 1 bedroom apartment. Internet was good but didn’t work at the pool. Breakfast included was amazing

We came to Split for business meetings. Reception is always very professional and helpful. Rooms were clean, internet great quality. It was our second time in hotel Mondo and we will definitely return again!

A modern hotel with nice amenities like a well equipped gym and a swimming pool. Location is a short walk to the  Old Town and next to a public beach. Staff friendly and accommodating

The room has a sightseeing terrace and is very close to the beach! The hotel will send a bottle of water every day. If you want an extra bottle of water, remember that you have to pay for it, and it is very expensive

My only complaint was the food and wine at the hotel’s restaurant, as I found it well below the quality of Split’s better food establishments, but this might be due to Covid and downsized menu

A five-star hotel in Europe, the price is relatively expensive, but the service is still very good, the breakfast is very rich, the bathroom is super large and very comfortable to use

A well located 5* hotel close to a beach and within walking distance of the old town centre. Breakfast had a wide choice of food and our evening meal there was delicious.

First morning, I woke to the sound of a men's chorus singing in the Vestibule, a large, circular open-air structure from AD 300 or so. I practically ran to the site, following my ears

The room was tiny and the WiFi almost nonexistent. The church bells started ringing at 6 am. Still it was the perplace to stay since it was in the heart of old town.

This is an utterly charming and stylish property in a brilliant location, offer g great comfort and excellent breakfast .

Inside the walls of the palace so will need to carry/pull luggage part of way. Great location to wander Split. Front desk staff helpful. Good breakfast variety.

Our stay in Split old town We loved the hotel location and the staff. It is however very difficult if travelling by car and suit case. Parking is far and many steps to climb with the suitcase

The reservation says double bed and it was 2 single beds of 80 cm. The sliding glass door of the bathroom did not have a handle but it did have the hole where it should be

I had breakfast on the first day and dinner for both nights there, and it was excellent. The portions were quite generous, so for families or couples, one dish between two people would allow you to try more variety

He introduced me to the hotel facilities and nearby attractions, and even thoughtfully advised me not to hail a taxi on the street but to use Uber (＾ｖ＾). Finally, I have to mention the restaurant

Hotel room was clean and modern, we slept well. There was no complementary water in the room, the hotel charged 6 Euro per bottle. We stayed in a room close to the street so it was bit noisy

We had a wonderful 3 nights here. The room was lovely, efficient air conditioning, really comfortable bed, great breakfast options and friendly helpful staff. The private terrace was an added bonus!

There were lots of nice restaurants close by, whether you prefer a quaint local setting or a more typical modern dining experience. The property felt private and secluded despite being so close to the heart of Split

A great villa. It sleeps four people and allows us to cook our own food. There are live peacocks on the balcony for you to admire. I think they're the owner's pets. They poop.

We ate in some lovely resurants I would highly recommend Chops grill, excellent service and a delicious steak was had by us both. We will be back for sure and will stay in Residence Vestibul Palace again

Modern villa under the same group as Hotel Vestibul Palace. The location is decent, just a 5-10 min walk downhill to the Old Town, or 5 mins away from the supermarket

just a pretty sight! The main manager of the property, Antonia , was just BRILLIANT! Helpful, interesting, knowledgeable and, of course, friendly and professional! A great asset to the management team! If we are ever in Split again we would not hesitate to stay here again!

We were warming greeted by Tina on arrival after a tranfer arranged by the apartment for us from the airport. She swiftly checked us in and were shown to our gorgous 2 bedroom apartment

The hotel was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The pool and Jacuzzi was a plus. The room had a balcony with a drying rack that was convenient for hanging bathing suits and washing some clothes

Staff are extremely friendly. Rooms are smart and clean. Rooftop pool is great. Breakfast is simple but tasty. Prices are low. Cannot recommend highly enough.

In addition, the rooftop swimming pool has not yet opened, and the view from outside is average, and you probably can't see the old city

Malena is lovely and attentive. Exceptionally clean and a nice bathroom which isn’t always the case in these tiny places. It’s in the place central area and hard to find. Also she has no way to accept payment except cash

The property is not easy to find. Fortunately, one of the local tour guides inside the palace gave me some directions, and I made the slog up the three or four flights of stairs to the room

The location of the hotel is very convenient right at the entrance to the ancient city. The suite is stylishly designed and has a small terrace with a view of the bell tower and the sunrise

The bathroom is huge and has a jacuzzi, but its automatic cleaning function is so loud that it scares you. There is a warning in advance. It will be better to be mentally prepared

Nice quiet hotel in the middle of the palace area of Split. Great staff, comfortable rooms, and a very convenient location. Even has a special air-controlled smoking lounge.

It was a very pleasant stay, partly due to the helpful staff. Especially Filipe from the reception who helped us very well with some problems. It was definitely recommended.

A comfortable place to enjoy a relaxing vacation not far from the centre of town. Easy access by bus or ride share. The hotel staff are friendly and accommodating. Facilities are modern enough for the prices they charge

But if you like not crowded area, this is the place. And you can manage to go the city by bus, there is a small walk up hill. It would cost 1€ for 60min within split city area if you buy from the app

The cleanliness was not at a good level, the room had not been cleaned or towels and sheets changed even though a request had been made, twice. The cleanliness of the toilet could be better

The beach right in front of the hotel was beautiful and there is lots for kids to do - water obstacle course, splash pad, skate park, basketball, tennis and soccer. Several stores within walking distance

Very nice and clean hotel. They have a garage for a good price (€20). The breakfast was also good. We enjoyed our stay here. The staff speaks English fluently and they are very kind. Highly recommended!

August 2022 Great family-run hotel across one of the best beaches in Split. Conveniently located next to a Supermarket and 30-40 minute walk from Old town. This is great for solo travellers or couples

A welcoming stay Warm welcome from the reception staff member. Only stayed one night but room was lovely looking over the Piazza. Everything we needed was available in the room

Split Wow what a find. Just located outside the walls of the old town. Very clean,excellent breakfast and it's the staff that make it. Nothing is to much trouble

The included breakfast was the best and our room was spacious with a large balcony. The area the hotel is located in is dirty, however--no fault of the hotel!

It's in a good location to walk to Split centre, you're close to lots of delicious restaurants and at the start of the walk to the national park. We had a fantastic stay here and would highly recommend it

Have to walk maybe 2-3 blocks to get to hotel from any taxi drop off, but that is true of all the hotels in the old town. Can't get anywhere in the old town area by car. t was great to be in the center of all the action

Excellent location within the Palace walls with easy access to great shopping and eating. Live music is the square across from the hotel from 8-11p. Attentive to all our needs and questions
