Hotels near sea shore in Split

Not bad. We stayed in the Select Sea View room. It should be a new room type. It's quite cozy. But the smell of new decoration is a bit strong.

The city view room also had a partial ocean view. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean and quiet. The breakfast room was large, with a wide variety of options and a pleasant atmosphere

The beach club seemed to be public, with some lounge chairs, but it required walking up a few steps to reach them. The outdoor pool was pleasant and perfect for a drink

For a 5 star hotel I must say they are just ok staff were Okish we was not allowed to be at the bar in swim wear even though we were staying at the hotel and the outdoor pool was closed, beach area was closed being fixed and indoor pool had no area to consume drinks or else

Luggage storage is available, and you can use the facilities after check-out. Overall, I was very satisfied

The hotel was also connected to a beach which has outdoor dining and lots of seating. Parking is available for those who are coming in their own car, however, daily parking charge is kind of high, at €15 per day

The hotel's location is fantastic, just a few minutes' walk from several attractions in the old town and convenient for evening shopping in the city center. Given the location, I'd definitely book this hotel again

Beautifully decorated hotel which matches up the 5 star standard. Top notch service and excellent breakfast provided in the hotel restaurant. The room was very clean, beds and pillows were super comfortable

Stunning hotel at the door of the ancient Split. Delicious breakfast, amazing rooftop swimming pool and jacuzzi, perfect to rest after a day of discovery. The rooms are spacious and elegant with a immense bathroom

The hotel service is very enthusiastic. When I checked into the room, the front desk also called to ask if I was satisfied. They prepared a welcome letter and a small gift, which was very considerate

Seeing them scurrying around right in front of you was a bit surprising and a bit unsettling. I imagine other hotels in the area might have ants too, and I doubt the hotel has any solutions

The location of this hotel is just excellent. It is at the fringe of the most happening part of the town. But it is still very quiet and peaceful. Really a short walk to all the must sees

Perhaps unfamiliar with the European way of writing numbers, I mistook 4 for 7 and 9, and couldn't get into my room. I had to go back to the front desk to find the correct room number

It was centrally located in order to sightsee. The room was excellent; check in easy; staff were friendly; pricing great value for what was provided.

The suite is ok, but the terrace is small, the cleanliness is not satisfactory, and the breakfast is average, both in variety and quality. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the ancient city

The rooms were clean and generally comfortable (the beds were very comfortable). Breakfast buffet was crowded and not so great in choice or quality.

The hotel in located is just 20 mints walk from old town. It is close to resturants, supermarket, bus stop and it is right next to joker mall. The hotel has indoor swimming pool, sauna and steam room at free of cost

The only thing to note is that you have to remember to read the room number carefully. Otherwise, it's easy to make a mistake just by looking at the number written on the card

Stayed there in late February 2023. While their were few guests in the hotel in the off season, the service - from the front desk, kitchen, and other hotel staff was excellent

Now I would give it 4 because it doesn't have a good view and someone could spy into your room if you are on the first floor 😬, but because everything else is great, I gave 5. Good job, and I congratulate the designer

Beautiful hotel with very professional, helpful staff. I'd recommend staying here - looking forward to coming back. Close to shopping mall and attractions but far enough from main road to ensure a quiet relaxed stay

It just makes you feel cozy, and like you are in the Middle ages 😁. Anyone should visit it and experience the Classical. I definitely don't recommend it to children or teenagers, because they might find it boring 😅

Hotel is one of the greatest I have ever been in! I don't usually like classic and fancy hotels, I prefer modern ones. But this hotel changed my mind. It's interior is designed in the "Austrian castle" way

A very nice hotel close to the beach. 4km from the centre though. Our room was very clean and nice with a view to the sea.

It was a wonderful stay. The room was clean and large, access to a bar and restaurant was exactly what we needed. Perfect respite from our travels!

Hotel Fanat has a freindly professional vibe toward customers, we noticed this extended amongst the staff members creating an overall enjoyable atmosphere

The beach right across from the hotel is pristine, and with all the new amenities and restaurants opening soon, this area will quickly become one of the best places for a family vacation

Best location on the beach and only 5-10min drive to city centre . Very clean and spacious rooms and great buffet breakfast

Great breakfast! 👏👏👏 great variety of products. Room super cozy in first floor. Bed was big and with great quality of sheets. The receptionist was friendly and really kind. You can have free parking in -1

We arrived with our motorbikes and they give us the possibility to leave the bags an our helms before the check in to visit the city. breakfast is super! Rooms are good and silent

The center its 25 minutes walking distance… be aware of where you leave the car at the street…

This will be an up and coming hotel! Please note that Amphoras GARDEN (5 stars) is situated behind the Amphora so the sea view from most rooms are limited. However, very nice Roof top pool area

This hotel is just perfect for a relaxing stay. It is located in front of the sea and beaches in this area are beautiful. The swimming pools and spa with panoramic view to the sea are unique

Our stay at Amphora Garden was great, we enjoyed the hotel and its facilities. In a few months this area will be booming. Currently the beach walk is under construction, and there are not many bars and restaurants around

Great hotel in a great location. Everyone was very helpful and pleasant with the exception of the pool attendant on the top floor who was quite rude.

Our only negative would be the rooftop pool staff who rolled their eyes and sighed when we politely asked to have an umbrella put up. Other than that all other hotel staff were approachable and kind!

A modern hotel with nice amenities like a well equipped gym and a swimming pool. Location is a short walk to the  Old Town and next to a public beach. Staff friendly and accommodating

The room has a sightseeing terrace and is very close to the beach! The hotel will send a bottle of water every day. If you want an extra bottle of water, remember that you have to pay for it, and it is very expensive

A well located 5* hotel close to a beach and within walking distance of the old town centre. Breakfast had a wide choice of food and our evening meal there was delicious.

A five-star hotel in Europe, the price is relatively expensive, but the service is still very good, the breakfast is very rich, the bathroom is super large and very comfortable to use

Located in the heart of old town. Easily accessible to most places of interest by foot. Breakfast with a great buffet selection including ala carte order of breakfast. Staff with good service attitude.

Beautiful Hotel in the  center of town. Very quiet and convenient to all attractions, restaurants, and shopping. The hotel felt more like a 5 star with all the  amenities  rather than a 4 star. 

Loved how friendly and helpful the staff was. We had a car and they helped us find a parking area since there is no parking at the hotel. They also were helpful with dinner recommendations.

LOCATION was perfect!! Breakfast was very good…butter as well as menu order included. Too bad I couldn’t sample all the other scrumptious looking baked goods! I would love to return

Marlo at the front desk was so helpful checking in and with parking (off site) and luggage. Rooms were clean, spacious, had coffee maker, big shower, all very nice

The buffet breakfast was lovely with quite extended offer of both retro choices such as fried hot dogs and savory French toast to more 'current' choices such as different kinds of oatmeal, fruit and yoghurt

Fair priced hotel with the vibes and decoration from the 70’s. The town center was at a down the hill walking distance. We took a taxi back, because walking up to the hotel would be very difficult.

I originally only booked it for one day, but then I extended it for another day but it only has a suite. The suite does not have a sea view

My wife had pain and they gave her pain pills We parked in expensive parking lot and they gave us feee parking place We forgot our tooth paste, didn't brush our teeth for 3 days, and they gave us tooth brush and paste

Food also was delicious and I liked how clean they are. The only thing that was little weird it’s their parking lot, not to many space. But I kinda understand because in this area is no way to have bigger parking

The location is superb. Hotel interior is modern, retro deco and the staffs are friendly. Bfast area may be small but the spread is a lot and good. Overall I will definitely recommend this hotel.

All streets are tight and no to much space. Beside that everything else was perfect. Wish one day will come back here again. Loved this hotel and staff and city of Split is something special

FAB! Brilliant breakfast, clean rooms and lovely staff. The hotel is close to Split Old Town. The facilities are excellent too, although the air conditioning in the gym needs to be lowered

In the central of the city close to the harbor about 2 km away from the beach and if you like to see split's Roman Empire the hotel is in the center of it the hotel people are very nice the rooms where good it gave a little bit of luxury felling

The room was tiny and the WiFi almost nonexistent. The church bells started ringing at 6 am. Still it was the perplace to stay since it was in the heart of old town.

This is an utterly charming and stylish property in a brilliant location, offer g great comfort and excellent breakfast .

It's true that the location is ideal, but if you go by car it can be inconvenient, as in our case. They advertise parking, but it's 5 minutes from the hotel through an app that you have to download and it's on the street

I love this place!!! It's a charming little hotel inside old palace walls. Lots of interesting things are within walking distance from here, no problem. The rooms are simple but nice, and the breakfast is excellent

Tina is a great receptionist, very polite and takes her job seriously. We really enjoyed the hotel in Split – and the city itself is stunning.

Furthermore, the location of the hotel is very good as it is in the very center of the city, inside the Diocletian's palace, where you can feel the magic of the town every morning you wake up! Thanks Slavija!

There is a trade-off in coming to a small hotel in terms of pool/fitness centre/whatever, but I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. The restaurant is fine but not great

It’s in the middle of the old town and so accessible to everything. The staff was so delightful and friendly. The buffet breakfast was excellent and I loved that I could order any eggs that that wanted

I stayed at the Slavija Hotel and my experience was fantastic! I stayed for 5 nights and the whole time I felt welcomed by the staff, which is very kind and helpful! The rooms and all other facilities where I was at some point were very clean and in good conditions

The room was lovely. Great sea views. Not many staff on the coffee bars by the pool or downstairs. A bit soulless

We took the ferry from Ducheng to Schengen and arrived at the hotel after 9 PM. The receptionist was very welcoming and professional

Hotel was so convenient to walk to The Old Town. The entry system made it feel very safe and secure. We were met and helped by staff efficiently on check-in and checkout. Room was clean, modern and very comfortable

My wife and I stayed at Sleep Split for 1 night in September. Would I recommend this hotel to a friend? Yes. Would I stay here again knowing what I know? Yes! Our stay was fantastic

We had a planning faux pas and needed a room for one extra day before we went back home. The hotel that we had been staying in was roughly €500 per night

Sleep split did not have as large of a room, it was an extremely nice room with modern amenities and was only 150 euros. I highly recommend this hotel

We absolutely loved the gorgeous garden courtyard, an ideal spot for unwinding and starting the day with their delicious breakfast. What truly set this place apart was the exceptional staff

Hotel room was clean and modern, we slept well. There was no complementary water in the room, the hotel charged 6 Euro per bottle. We stayed in a room close to the street so it was bit noisy

Holy Goodness! This place is incredible. You need to stay here. You need to tell your people back home. This is important. The staff is nice. Professional. Smart. Talented.

It's also a shame there was no elevator (we're over 65), and the safe should be installed in the closet, otherwise it's unusable. I would definitely recommend this hotel

Don't get scared of the location, at least you have peace at night, which might not be the case in the city center :)
