The hotel was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The pool and Jacuzzi was a plus. The room had a balcony with a drying rack that was convenient for hanging bathing suits and washing some clothes. The staff were all very nice. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel automatically provided an upgrade, and the single room became a triple room, which greatly increased the sense of space. The hygiene is average, and there is still water left in the kettle from the previous user. In addition, the rooftop swimming pool has not yet opened, and the view from outside is average, and you probably can't see the old city.

Everything with the reception happened smoothly from the check-in/check-out process to seeking available car rental services. The hotel and room are beautifully designed and clean: even the outdoor furniture on the balcony was virtually dust-free. The breakfast was delicious. Beautiful Hotel in the  center of town. Very quiet and convenient to all attractions, restaurants, and shopping. The hotel felt more like a 5 star with all the  amenities  rather than a 4 star.

Hotel Globo is situated about a 15-minute walk from the Old Town, close enough to be by the action, but far enough away so you get a good night’s sleep away from the noise. The staff is perfect; welcoming, calm, helpful and always smiling. The rooms are clean but small. Location is perfect, just in old city and you feel the soul of the city. Breakfast was disappointing. They really need to find a person who can cook eggs. Whatever you order the guy gives you too much fried scrambled eggs with a burned oil smell and taste. There are not good options. So book without breakfast...

We arrived late on evening, Frane at reception desk was very helpful and efficient: I made a mistake at reservation (twin beds instead of 1 arge bed) but he found immediatly a solution to fix this. Dinner, breakfast and lunch were of excellent quality.

Our stay was exceptional! Staff advised us on directions to the city gate where they met and accompanied us to the hotel. Andy, Maria, Chris and another lovely desk attendant assisted us with all activities, meals and helped thru more than one ferry complication. The service is exceptional and the location in the old town square is ideal. You would be mistaken to stay elsewhere in Split!

Location is awesome. Room was very nice. People were incredible. Service was great. Wi-fi was spotty and slow. Bath tub drain kept sticking shut. Showering in 4 inches of water not fun. With just a couple of improvements, this place would be perfect!

Sia is a small and cosy hotel only about 10 minutes walk from great beaches where I highly recommend Palma Beach Club with friendly staff and easy access to the sea. Our room was spacious and very clean. So was the bathroom. Members of the staff were always willing to help. We also enjoyed stylish decor of Sia.

It was great! Staff covered all our needs. Even provided us with an umbrella, closest attractions, and restaurants since it was a rainy and very cold day.

The rooms are clean and nice, however, do not let them put you in the attic rooms because more than 50% of the room space is not of human height, including the shower and wc, and you will bang your head over and over again. The reception is polite and helpful, after we complaint, we were moved to a normal room after 2 nights. It was not made clear enough that we room we booked have such headroom problems...

Stayed here for 6 nights after a multiple tour of Balkans. Very friendly staff throughout the stay, very helpful and brilliant service from.the whole team. Location is excellent with a nice garden area. Room was spacious and well maintained. Breakfast selection plentiful and well stocked up.

It was absolutely wonderful. The staff were incredibly kind. The room was perfectly clean. Right in front of the room window, we could see the bell tower of St. Domnius Cathedral. Breakfast was delicious—the bread, fresh vegetables, and local sweets were all satisfyingly tasty. We've never experienced such a wonderful hotel before.

Right in the heart of the old town "palace" area. Exceptional staff. Room just as it looked in the photos and was great. Have to walk maybe 2-3 blocks to get to hotel from any taxi drop off, but that is true of all the hotels in the old town. Can't get anywhere in the old town area by car. t was great to be in the center of all the action. Hotel was quiet. Would definitely recommend highly.

We had a planning faux pas and needed a room for one extra day before we went back home. The hotel that we had been staying in was roughly €500 per night. Sleep split did not have as large of a room, it was an extremely nice room with modern amenities and was only 150 euros. I highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel was so convenient to walk to The Old Town . The entry system made it feel very safe and secure. We were met and helped by staff efficiently on check-in and checkout. Room was clean, modern and very comfortable. Temperature control good!

This tiny little hotel is located inside Diocletian’s Palace compound. They park your car off site for 40 Euros per day. They do everything for you. Steps to the palace buildings, shopping, fine dining.

This hotel is unique, quaint. The staff are charming, friendly, helpful, welcoming. When I was lacking information for the next leg of my trip, they went out of their way to get the information I needed and helped me continue on my journey.

Hotel room was clean and modern, we slept well. We would come back. There was no complementary water in the room, the hotel charged 6 Euro per bottle. We stayed in a room close to the street so it was bit noisy. There is no hotel parking space on offer, think the ******* website shows this wrong. We were able to park in garage nearby. Parking is expensive.

It's very close to the old town, but there are many stairs to the accommodation and there is no elevator in the hotel, so travelers with large luggage need to be careful.

Because it's located in the old city, there's no parking and cars aren't allowed. If you have heavy or large luggage, the stairs to the hotel can be a bit difficult. What a lovely B&B! This B&B is located in Split's pedestrian zone, a 3-minute walk from the old town. We stayed in room 106, which is on the second floor and only accessible by stairs. The room is spacious and beautifully decorated. It has a clean, generous bathroom with a rain shower. Breakfast is served in the morning on the covered terrace. You let us know the night before what you'd like to eat...

The hotel is almost perfect except the noise insulation, unfortunately it is a really big deal. I understand this is a very old building but the sound from the ceiling (people walking in above floor) is totally unacceptable. We can hear all the step so clearly and we cannot sleep well. Tbh I am someone very easy to fall asleep but unfortunately not this time Other than that, everything almost perfect

While the unit itself is lovely, if you plan to arrive after 11 PM, I do not recommend staying here. We waited from 11:30 until midnight standing in the street until someone came to let us in. During the night, two gentlemen sat at the tables outside and had a conversation until 4:10 AM. Without any staff on-site, these issues are difficult to manage, so I would not choose to stay here again.
