3 star hotels in Split

Great hotel, delicious breakfast. It's just a shame we didn't know you could get dinner there. It's also a shame there was no elevator (we're over 65), and the safe should be installed in the closet, otherwise it's unusable. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Compared to the exterior, the interior of the hotel is stylish and sophisticated. The rooms are also clean. I didn't have time to enjoy breakfast, but the croissants were delicious. The hotel is about a 15-minute walk from Split Predgradđe Station, and there's a supermarket along the way. This hotel doesn't feel like a 3-star hotel, so I highly recommend it.

The receptionist was great and quickly sorted an issue with my booking The big problem is the noise in the room. All night, every 15m some machine started working and was so noisy that we can feel the vibrations. For sure others rooms feel it too but in my room 205 was really bad

It was a horrible night. I couldn't sleep. The motor or mechanism of the ceiling air conditioner was making an infernal noise. Yet, all the control knobs on the wall unit were in the off position!!!! I therefore request a refund for my night's sleep and the tourist tax. Sincerely, Yann MICHEL

Classic European hotel stop. Glad my kids got to experience staying in a place like this. Walk down the steps and you are in town next to shops, cafes and the Marina is right around the corner.

My friend and I stayed while we were visiting Split. It is located centrally and was less than a 5 minute walk from all the major view points. Check-in was very easy and the staff were very flexible with luggage storage on the day of check-out.

We had the room up in the attic. The receptionist guy was very helpful showed the code to get into the building (will also have it printed on your receipt of your city tax payment). He made sure the boiler for hot water was on and also the air conditioning. Very nice amenities provided, body wash, vanity kit and body wash and the place was very clean. The Villa was perfect for two people very clean the hosts were very easy to deal with. There was a lot of restaurants, shopping and tour companies to choose from all within walking distance. Our host went above and beyond to arrange a town car to take us to the airport On a side note do not use taxis in Split they are extremely expensive and not very honest.

In a great location in the old town a short walkable distance to Diocletian's Palace.and ferry terminals. Many dining options nearby and grocery stores if you want to eat in. However, the hotplate in the top floor unit we stayed in did not work and there was no microwave oven thus limiting our choices. If not for this, I would have given a 4 star overall rating.

A comfortable place to enjoy a relaxing vacation not far from the centre of town. Easy access by bus or ride share. The hotel staff are friendly and accommodating. Facilities are modern enough for the prices they charge. Nice plus is having a beach across the street. I had the ocean front apartment with a large balcony and terrific view! Would recommend it.

Good environment, beatiful beach nearby. Hotel room noicy, entrance next to the window, no terrace, no balcony. Staff friendly. The cleanliness was not at a good level, the room had not been cleaned or towels and sheets changed even though a request had been made, twice. The cleanliness of the toilet could be better.

I stayed here with my two adult kids for a week. We had a great time. Staff was very helpful, room was clean, and breakfast was excellent and enough to get us through lunch. It is near several bus lines that go to old town, but you can also walk along the water (about 2 miles) or use ride share (about 10 euros). The location isn't the best, but everything else is perfect.

When using navigation to get to the hotel, be sure to find the right route. The first time we used Waze, it almost led us to a church; the path was probably no more than 2 meters wide, and there was nowhere to turn around, so we had to back up. We only found the hotel parking lot the second time using Google Maps. The breakfast was plentiful, great!

I stayed in a triple room. The location is about a 20-minute walk from the old town. There's a gym, and quite a few active people were working out. The breakfast menu was a bit disappointing.

Good hotel, can be hard to get to the hotel by taxi. Our Bolt driver got a bit lost. Overall we had a great experience there.

The location is very good and there are many people. It is a bit expensive after two days. The breakfast is also standardized, nothing special. Occasionally you can hear people chatting downstairs at night. The sound insulation is average, which is understandable as a tourist city.

I’m glad I chose Piazza Heritage Hotel — it’s beautiful and very convenient. The only complaint we had was that the air-conditioning unit made noise every half hour, which disrupted our sleep at times. But overall, it was a great stay. A welcoming stay Warm welcome from the reception staff member. Only stayed one night but room was lovely looking over the Piazza. Everything we needed was available in the room. Everything was terrific! Easy to find, close to shops and restaurants! Staff was very friendly- set up our airport transfer for us - very economical and pleasant! There are steps but I believe they put you according to ability to walk if possible!

You need to walk to get to the hotel and with luggage it’s not easy to do for sure. No cars can get to it.

We had two excellent meals at this Hotel . The food is reasonably priced and very good value for money. The service was fast and efficient. The menu is quite varied so should suit all tastes. It’s a short walk from the Hotel Park which is were we are staying and the beach .

We couldn't be happier booking this stay In Split, Croatia. The location is fantastic, a small walk from the Ocean and markets. Very central to the ships and restaurants. The hotel itself has a wonderful group of staff who make you feel very welcome. Their restaurant has an outdoor open area where you can watch the people or traffic fo by. My mother, sister and I stayed in split for 4 nights, we ended up eating in the restaurant of hotel villa Diana three times on our trip. We loved it and the staff were very friendly, kind and helpful. The food is simple but definitely tasty and worth the money. Although we didn’t have a room to stay in the hotel, next time in split I would definitely consider it as an option.

This is a perfectly located hotel on the Riva in Split. We had good breakfasts at the outdoor part of their restaurant. Unfortunately, there were bedbugs in our room but the hotel immediately changed rooms for us and there was no problem in that room. This is a difficult problem both in a hotel and a home and we appreciate their quick response.

Malena is lovely and attentive. Exceptionally clean and a nice bathroom which isn’t always the case in these tiny places. It’s in the place central area and hard to find. Also she has no way to accept payment except cash. I did not pay ******* site ahead of time and had to go to ATM to get cash. Great property but please fix your leaky toilet. The place was great. We were welcome by the host who took us to our room. We didn’t mind that it was on top floor and the elevator was only for bags. I could hear conversations from the other room as if they were right next to me. I couldn't have conversations in my room without disturbing other folks. A wonderful apartment to stay in while exploring the city of Split! We stayed in the loft apartment room which was comfortable, cosy and instantly felt like home. This room had it's own small, well stocked kitchenette as well as access to the main kitchen in the main area.
