Great hotel! Great staff, super clean and the spa/pool was so nice have. It is not in the touristy area of the palace, but that’s what makes it so nice. It a 15 min. Walk to beach and 15 min walk to the palace, but you will not find a pool, spa, sauna, great restaurant for the price in the palace. Worth the walk:)
Great hotel with a good standard. The location is within walking distance of the old town. We especially want to highlight the staff in the restaurant – they were very friendly and sociable. Fantastic service. The food was also good, especially the breakfast. The rooms were of a good standard, but the outdoor furniture on the balconies was poor.
The only things we were disappointed with at the hotel were the swimming pool and the staff working there. The pool was very dirty, and we couldn’t swim in it. Also, many of the treatments listed in the spa and massage brochure were no longer offered. This was very disappointing, as the spa was one of the main reasons we chose the hotel.

Wellness is fully equipped and the roof above swimming pool is especially nice.
