The location is where taxi's cannot drive. I had to drag my suitcase up hill. The actual room address was not given. This would have made navigating easier. The room itself was small but ok.

the staff is the best from this hotel, I can only praise them, but I don't have the best opinion about the room, it is very small and the beds are very creaky. Breakfast was okay. The parking lot is a disaster, we thought it was closer, but this was actually in zone 2. 10/15 minute walk to the parking lot, once again for the wonderful staff, a big greeting and all the best!

Awful- deceptive pictures!
Terrible - the pictures were totally deceptive. Not the address/location originally given, nobody was there on arrival, they did not pick up their phone till 45 min after arrival then they finally told us to go to another location and code was given to us to let us in room. Only one sheet on bed, terrible ratty towels, mini refrigerator didn’t work, broken window. Mold all over bathroom.

Rooms were actually very nice unlike what I expected frankly, the staff (Ana) was very friendly and helpful. The location is awesome. It's a BnB, don't expect a hotel.

Honeymoon level of interior decor. Beautifully presented historic harbour apartment 50m from romantic restaurants, bars etc. Hard to beat. Will return.

It was convenient because it was close to tourist attractions and the bus terminal. There were also many delicious restaurants nearby. I had to call the owner to check in by myself, so a neighbor helped me.

Cozy, clean and very central room. Ideal for what we wanted, which was a place to sleep and leave our bags. The person in charge was attentive upon our arrival to give us instructions on how to check in via mobile messages. We also had to talk to her and there was no problem. If you are traveling to Split with the intention of visiting the city, this is a room that I recommend booking.

Total scam. Room didn't lock. No towels or anything. Paid for a double room single occupancy and was put in some tiny cupboard not even shown as an option on ***********. Nothing like the pictures. Site was also hacked and booking details stolen.

I did not stay here overnight but came in for some directions and help with bags. Both the restaurant and hotel staff were extremely kind and helpful. Also, in a great central location for exploring split.

I booked this through Jet 2, i got walked to the door by the guide who met me, its perfectly suited in the square and is a good stop for people wanting to explore the city. The staff cant do enough for you, i was in room 101 and it was quiet enough until breakfast starts and then the room is noisy with glasses clanging and staff shouting which wasnt ideal. But the position of the hotel and the staff are worth the price
