BEWARE !!! I am writing this review to warn others in the strongest possible terms. This establishment engages in blatant false advertising. The photos online are completely deceptive and do not reflect the reality of a property that is decrepit, filthy, and poorly maintained. Upon arrival, the room was extremely dirty and had an unpleasant, chemical-like fume that made it uninhabitable. The entire place is old, neglected, and feels like a safety hazard, not a place of rest. Furthermore, the staff was consistently unhelpful and indifferent to these serious concerns. This was the absolute opposite of a relaxing getaway and was a complete waste of money. BEWARE: Do not book here. The risk to your wallet, your comfort, and your safety is not worth it.

Very pleasant stay, accommodation, food, pool, deck chairs, umbrellas, a large selection of beaches, from paved, pebble, to slightly wild beaches in a pine forest.... Very friendly staff. Possibility of organized exploration of the surroundings by boat. All expectations met.

I went on weekend getaway. Had a wonderful stay at Arkada hotel. They have a great pool and lovely staff at the reception.

Pet friendly, but for real. Gordana from the restaurant was especially friendly and efficient, really nice to see something like that. Manager Marina was very helpful, too.

A perfect place to rest. Service, rooms, food, proximity to the Old Town will make your vacation perfect. Excellent bicycle tour from the Old Town to Vrboska and Jelsa. If you don't have your own bicycles, you can rent them at affordable prices.

The hotel’s location is fantastic – close to quiet beaches with plenty of space for everyone. There are several shaded spots under pine trees where you can relax in peace, and access to the sea is excellent. What I wouldn’t praise is the food, which is below average for most dishes. The rooms are fine for a holiday, though small and dated – but if the weather is good, you won’t spend much time inside anyway. In short: the entire hotel could use a major renovation and a complete reorganization of the kitchen. The sea and beach are definitely the highlight. Overall rating: 3/5 Beach & sea: 4/5 Rooms: 2/5 Food: 2/5

We really enyojed our stay. The room was comfortable and always very clean. The food was excelent, a lot to choose from and there were always multiple good choices. The breakfast brunch concept is very flexible great for families with young children. The hotel features a sea water pool which is excelent our kids really enjoyed it. The staff was warm and helpfull with all our needs. Even though all the staff was great i would like to point out Elma at the pool bar always in a good mood and smiling felt more like a friend then an employee and also Marina from the reception who was always on top of any request we had!

The staff is very kindly and helpfull, the meals and drinks are good, the pool is nice, and a wiew from terasse of restaurant is somethong amaising.
