Very nice place to stay!
At the lower end of the town right next to the beach.
It has trees covering the beach area which provides wonderful shade during hot summer days. Rooms are very clean and lovely in general. Views are ofc awesome and nothing beats sleeping to the sound of the waves.
Breakfast is also good. We are definitely coming back!

The very nice receptionist helped me with a problem. It was very straightforward—even though I wasn't even a guest there. Thank you very much for the help. Best regards. 👍🏻

Thank you to all previous review writers who helped us choose Villa Andrea for our first visit to Croatia. What a superb hotel. The ladies at reception are the stars, they made our holiday and looked after us completely. Outstanding hospitality. We stayed in room 15. Lovely little french balcony that we could put chairs half way onto and sit and enjoy the sunset. The room was a great size, cleaned every day, plenty of storage. If Croatia didn't have more places we want to explore we'd be back.

Stayed at Villa Andrea last week. This is simply what a hotel should be. It is spotlessly clean, lovely views, great location, by the beach. We were in the sea every day. We enjoyed a good breakfast in the morning and there is a great choice of restaurants for evening meals, within easy walking distance. Kamena and Mala Barka were our personal favourites.I have to mention the lovely ladies at reception who seemed to know instinctively what we would need throughout the holiday and always greeted us with a smile. Thank you for a wonderful summer break!

Villa Andreu in Tučepi is absolutely amazing! The staff are incredibly kind, polite, and always go out of their way to make you feel welcome. You can really feel the warmth and hospitality from the moment you arrive. The food is top-notch – delicious, fresh, and prepared with care. Every meal felt like it was made just for us. The atmosphere is peaceful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the entire experience was just perfect. Can’t recommend it enough – we’ll definitely be coming back!

We were really at home here in this excellently located and managed small hotel. Marella and Biljana were excellent in their management of Villa Andrea - they thought of everything and kept the place so clean and welcoming. We needed a ground floor room and knew we wouldn’t get a view but when you are asleep you just need peace which is what we had. The beach is on your doorstep and there is a flat walk to each end of the beach.

22.06.2025 Vendula

Villa Andrea is a very nice and cosy small hotel with very kind staff directly at the sea. Sun-beds with towels are availeble in the shadow on the beach. Very good breakfast, perfect coffee and excellent meals all the day in the hotel restaurant Ruzmarin. Thank you for such a pleasant stay

19.06.2025 Guest

We have been to Villa Andrea a number of times and it is comforting to know the highest of standards continue to be met. Bedrooms are very comfortable with excellent housekeeping staff keeping them very clean. The restaurant is operated by a 3rd party and not part of the hotel. However the breakfast choice was good with eggs cooked to order. The stars of the show are the front of house, Biljana and Mirella (apologies if name is misspelt), nothing was too much trouble for them. Including offering their personal phone chargers when mine stopped working. They are a study in how hotel customer service should be.

14.06.2025 Guest

The hotel is located at the perfect location with a beautiful beach across the street. Staff are very friendly and will go an extra mile to make the stay of hotel guests as enjoyable as possible. The restaurant offers variety of delicious seafood meals. Rooms are kept clean and neat. And, the prices at this hotel are rather reasonable.

Great choice if you are looking for a place to stay in the area. Service is exceptional and very welcoming. Rooms are large, beds are very comfortable and most important (for me) its very clean. Location is superb, right on the waterfront and views are to die for. Thank you for a great experience. Very recommended.
