Hotel Intermezzo in Pag

We loved our stay here. It’s a small hotel that is meticulously managed. The rooms are spacious and new with everything you need. The beds are amazingly comfortable. Breakfast was a total highlight with an incredible assortment. The staff were very professional and the man on reception could not have been more helpful and informed. Highly recommend.

It was our first time in Pag in August. My wife found this hotel online and she made a booking just on the date of our arrival. The staff is extremly kind and helpful there. Sanja (the owner) was simply amazing! I had my birthday the next day after our arrival and she surprised me/us with a greeting and with a glass of sparkling wine in the morning during our breakfast. We totally loved this approach. Small things matters to us and this was a very nice experience. Btw, the breakfast is a separate chapter at this hotel - selection of local cheeses, fresh fruits, different type of sweets and a wonderful cup of coffee, of course. Regarding the morning coffee: this is an other great experience. We just wondered, that the lady remembered every single person’s morning coffee-habit and she just came to the tables every morning with a smile just for a formal confirmation of the selected drinks (my wife had espresso and me cappuccino every morning). Super cool! We had 2 small issues during our stay: in our bathroom (a bit of water leaking from the shower) and one day something happened with the A/C and we found few drops of water on the floor). These things could happen anywhere and anytime, so we just went to the reception to notice the staff. They not just fixed these issues, but one evening Jacob (the son of the owner) knocked on our door with a glass of wine to express their apologies for this inconvenience. Absolutely customer oriented approach, where the guest really feels it and what is even better - it wasn’t a “roleplay”, but we just agreed with my wife, that these people are running a real family business and they do everything to make you feel just like at home. We can absolutely recommend this place and Pag itself as well! Thank you, Sanja, Maria, Jacob and the whole staff! Greetings from Slovakia to the team :)

One of the best examples of attentive service we've experienced. The breakfast was authentically local with an excellent variety. The staff were incredibly friendly and took care of everything for us. Perfect for a stay in Pag, especially if you're arriving by car.

The rooms are great. Very clean and maintained. The breakfast is absolutely delicious and amazing. One of the best and i am a VERY PICKY person. The price was good.

A tremendous place stay just on outskirts of town centre and 200 metres from the sea/ harbour. Lovely room with two balconies. Very helpful staff with great local knowledge; Jakop recommended three fantastic restaurants. But the best aspect was the superb breakfasts, just amazing with lovely home cooked cakes etc. Best we have experienced anywhere in Europe . Very good value for money.

This is a small local hotel but what makes it special is the staff. From arrival to departure, all of the team are engaged in ensuring guests have a lovely stay- from letting us check in early as the room was ready, to local restaurant recommendations, sightseeing tips and even proudly explaining all the local specialities to try at the breakfast buffet. Breakfast was delicious! Easy stroll to the main square. Oh and the entire place is spotlessly clean. One of the nicest hotel stays we have had.

Everything is GREAT, especially the breakfast. The rooms are really cute and clean. The bathroom is really well equipped and if you don’t have something that you want the front desk will bring you in matter of seconds. I really recommend that you stay here.

We absolutely love this boutique hotel! Everyone was so helpful and caring! The breakfast was above and beyond! The chef made us feel as if we were staying at The Ritz! Jacko’s was very helpful with his knowledge of the area- I didn’t catch the name of the other two women who worked there but they were beautiful souls as well- we have been in Europe for 7 weeks and this was by far our favoryplace to stay! We would go back tomorrow- the city of Pag is safe and warming too!

What a Hotel should be, Wonderful!
welcoming and superb! My son and I visited Pag, and “Hotel I” met all our expectations and exceeded them, welcoming and informative front desk, very accommodating. The room is clean and has all the amenities you would hope for, with a balcony too. Toiletries and fridge and A/C. There is free beach towels and umbrella also that they offer for you, The breakfast alone is worth staying here, local products, fresh and variety deserves 5 star, also it goes until 11 which is very thoughtful on a holiday stay. Thank you for sharing this Gem of a Hotel with the world. Also a special shout out to Maja who is always smiling and so very hospitable.

Staying at this family-owned hotel was a delightful experience.The amazing breakfast spread offered a variety of delicious local options that catered to every taste! What truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional service provided by the kind and attentive staff. Their genuine warmth and hospitality made us feel like valued guests, creating a welcoming and homely atmosphere throughout our stay. Overall, calm area, cleanliness was at the highest level ! They can provide you beach towels and sun umbrellas as well! Amazing hotel! 5/5!
