It is freshly renovated space, beautiful terrace where breakfast is served. Clean and comfortable rooms, two very nice restaurants nearby. Only downside is if you get a room near the road be considered of the noise but nothing terrible.

the owners are super friendly and the rooms are modern. the hotel's in a quiet area a bit outside of zadar. the breakfast was brought to our table and it was different every day! overall great experience, definitely recommend!

The owner is unpleasant, the rooms have been renovated, but at the cheapest cost, you can hear the noise of cars driving from the main road which makes it impossible to sleep, the breakfasts are always the same, they are not varied in any way. I am disappointed.

We were staying here for 5 days. The owners are really nice and helpful. You can see that they try really hard for the guests. The inside and terrace is really nicely decorated. We really enjoyed breakfast and dinner on the terrace with great view and calm, peacful vibe (even though we were there during high season). Dinner was always really good and freshly prepared. There was no problem with parking space, it's right in front of the house. Overall we really enjoyed the stay. 😊

Nice rooms with an amazing view. The rooms are clean and have air conditioning. The stuff and the owner is friendly. The food is very good. The beach is close and the water is warm and clean. 5*

Not bad for 1 night
+ The room was clean with AC, TV and a balcony with road view, big free parking, not far from the sea, breakfast included. There is a forest across the road, so the air was good and fresh. Helpful and friendly staff, they kindly met us in despite our late arrival (11:00 p.m.) and put our meals in their fridge for storage. The motel has a restaurant, but we didn’t use it.
- Highly overpriced – it cost 47€, the only thing could explain such price is the sea, but it’s not a motel’s merit! Old (but clean) renovation in a spirit of socialism, road-side room is a bit noisy, no fridge in the room, curtain in the shower was not comfortable and there wasn’t any shelf to put a soap or shampoo. The double bed consisted of two mattresses.
Very meager breakfast (tea or coffee, bread, jam, pate, butter, a few slices of cheese, ham and vegetables). No eggs, sausages, cereals, juices or even water! It could be more various for that price.

Great relaxed restaurant. Great food, the fish soup and the mixed seafood plater were amazing. The staff was very nice and professional.

Food was really good. Especially the fish soup. It also has a nice outdoor terrace where you can seat.
I dont know if we came in on a bad day but the waiter was sadly pretty moody and didn't have much patience.

We had a spaghetti carbonara and a risotto with shrimp (and I also ordered the mangold sidedish cause I wanted to try it out). It was real good!

Wow !!! Great restaurant. Very good food, very good service. Nice people serving good dinner. What else do You need.
Extra delicious french fries - they make their own, not frozen from the plastic bag.

The service from the waitress was good, she was friendly and attentive. However, the food was poor. It did not taste fresh and was heavily coated ('drowning') in olive oil. It was also expensive. Recommend to avoid. There is another, much better restaurant very nearby.
