We had a lovely stay at the hotel! The pool and the gym are both great, the breakfast had a vast selection and was delicious but the best part of this hotel was the excellence service of all staff. Not a single staff member was not exceptional. It is worthy to point out that it may not be optimal to stay here with a baby (which we did) as the hotel has many lights, loud-ish music and smells of strong...

It was good. Even though at midnight, they welcomed us warmly and treated us to champagne to commemorate our honeymoon.

Great modern hotel with a awesome rooftop bar, nice facilities and amazing room - we had the spacebath room and it was amazing - very futuristic, well equipped and the bath next to the window was fantastic. Great service at front desk and the bars, very clean and we’d recommend it, definitely would stay there again in we visit again Zagreb some day.

In general a nice hotel with nice rooms and very clean. Breakfast is very good. Rooftop bar is nice. Things that are not good. Cars parked chaotically in front of hotel, outside smoking area right next to entrance, service in general is missing a smile.

Esplanade exceeded all the expectations. The staff was extremely helpful with any question or request we had, but never "obnoxious in your face fake polite". The restaurant Zinfandel's is an absolute must to visit including the G&T from the bar made of Croatian Old Pilot's Gin. Definitely one of my top hotels I have ever stayed at.

I spent 2 nights at this luxurious hotel and highly recommend it to all. The staff were overly friendly, the room was clean, spacious and offered incredible views of the old buildings and fountains. It's central location was perfect to reach the upper and lower towns on foot. Many great restaurants and bars just a stone's throw away. 10 out of 10 stay!

Our stay at Esplanade exceeded all of our expectations. We were greeted with wine, chocolates and fruit after a long day of traveling and were able to spread out comfortably our large suite. Excellent hotel, magnificent conditions and meal, rooms and unexpected SPA at last level of the hotel! The breakfast very diversified, many places for smokers outside of the restaurant, minimum 3 different restaurant saloons (which I discovered and used to stay, but maybe they are more...) and very kind staff, enough reasons to come back and enjoy another time! I have stayed in several hotels in Croatia. This hotel is pretty good. The room is big enough and the ceiling is high. The decoration style is a bit outdated, but the hygiene is good and the breakfast is rich.

I was staying in a hotel for one night and I had to leave before 4 o'clock. I asked for a coffee to go, since I am not having breakfast and the receptionist directed me to the gas station. It would be better that the guests could cook their own coffee in the room. Please make that possible. Thank you

This hotel is quite close to the business I work and reasonably close to the city centre. Good restaurants on site and stores, plus a decent Spa in the top floor. Very nice breakfast too..

This hotel is in the west side of Zagreb..... Good view. Wide clean rooms. Well furnitured.... Good restaurant.... Indoor swimming pool and spa free of charge.... The room and bathroom are both large, the bed is very comfortable, be careful with the hot shower water. There is a supermarket next to the hotel, and there are a lot of food on the whole street on the left. It is very convenient to go out and the upper and lower cities are within walking distance.

The room is big, enough for two people's luggage. The facilities are similar to the domestic all-seasons, but the shower water is too small. Big Room, nice breakfast with many choices, a lot of restaurants nearby.

It looks like an old Yugoslavian hotel and everything is a little outdated. However, for us this was no problem and the rooms were just fine. Its also easy to reach and you can park your car at the hotel. The city centre is at 20-30 minutes walking distance. Only disappointment was the breakfast, which was a bit limited.

Old hotel but good price for one or two nights.

I have stayed here a years ago. This Hotel had old but decent quality of room. and food was also good. The staffs were very kind. Overall I can recommend this hotel...But You should improve the bathroom, first of all water pressure was so weak. The bathroom looks a bit old also.

The entire hotel just needs an update, front desk staff member was pleasant and nice even at one in the morning. Room had a hint of stale cigarettes, but the room and linens were clean, and the breakfast was good. For the price it was what I expected.

I've had only one night stay in this hotel and I'm overall pleased. The rooms were nice and the staff was very helpful and managed to deal with the big wave of tourists (we were a big group). There is wifi - that's all I need really :D

It was a very clean accommodation very close to the square in Zagreb. Welcome water and champagne were unexpected delights. The air conditioning worked well and kept us comfortable throughout. However, the pub on the rooftop is famous and is quite noisy at night. It would be good to provide earplugs and replace the middle door with a soundproof door. I would like to go again if I go again..

Reasonably cheap, clean, rooms are ok. Rooms on 8th floor have balconies and great views. Did not appreciate that frigobars are empty (not even water) and that most channels on TV were not available (no signal). Breakfast is average, but the restaurant room is too small, hence keeping social distance is hard.

We have stay for one night. Room isn't clean wheel and the floor is broken. Breakfast is good and staff is great.

We had a stay for 2 nights in hotel Blue we had a great time and a very good receptionist Ivona Tkalec she did a great job and that is very important.

I absolutely love this historic hotel. I stay here every time I'm in Zagreb which is 3 to 4 times a year. Spring, summer, fall or winter it's a great hotel. Excellent location. Right off tram and in center, excellent breakfast and very nice staff and good historic rooms. I love the bar restaurant

The stay at the Palace was very good. The stay was good value and was enhanced by the staff who were incredibly friendly and helpful. Just note that there is limited parking, 6 bays on the street, so if you arriving via car you need to book. Otherwise you can park in a garage about 150 metres away - no fuss. If you’re staying in Zagreb this is conveniently located, well appointed and has a good breakfast...

Great hotel with history. Heavy interior and royal atmosphere. Great breakfast. You need to reserve parking because is very limited space and you will need to use public parking 5 minutes walking from hotel. Also do not take single room with standard bed because it is quite small.

Personnel is kind and helpful, food is ok, hot water is too often not available for a 4 star hotel. Wifi signal is weak, usually not enough for streaming. Rooms are clean.

Good alternative for Zagreb city center hotels in case you are looking just for an overnight stay in your trip. Airport is very close by car. Breakfast is on demand and dinner a la carte.

Compared with the generally 'rustic' food on offer in Velika Gorica, this recently-built hotel's restsurant is something different. The meal was light, fresh and interesting, perfect for a business lunch. The setting was clean and light and the service was attentive. I will happily return here.

Great place to sleep over, I stay here regularly. Usually when I am in Zagreb I am busy and just need a place to sleep and shower. This is affordable and suits me well.

Family trip to Zagreb on a short notice. Parking availabile, large rooms

The breakfast was delicious! I was surprised. It's called "Airport" because it's the closest hotel to Zagreb Airport, but it's only about a 15-minute taxi ride away, and when you're driving at night, you start to worry about whether you're really there! In terms of facilities, there's no bathtub, and the shower shampoo is a bit questionable, but the breakfast makes up for it.

Yugoslavia style old school hotel. Very comfortable for auto travelers, prices are unreasonable high for this level, breakfast is poor.

It's okay.. it served it's purpose a bathroom, bed to sleep on and shelter. Don't come with high or medium expectations. Room is dated and so are the appliances.... refrigerator doubles as an oven. TV and AC work but are tricky to operate if unfamiliar with the units. I give 3.5 star's because the staff is polite and helpful.

Price is good. Breakfast is so so. Clean enough. The street side rooms impossible to sleep. The noise is unbelievably heigh. Have a nice movie theme. Some staffs are nice. Some are very rude.

It's situated on main street (one of those in one of urban parts of Zagreb) with very good tram connection to go anywhere from there. Rooms are quite old and heating is not good. Food is ok, good, fine. It's not for longer stay, but for day or two or couple of more is fine.

Loved that we could choose between the three but still have them separate enough that they don't interfere one with the other. Good amenities in the hotel, free parking, great food in the restaurant and live music in the bar which over the weekend so we had a full experience. Thoroughly recommend!
