The apartment was fine, we were on the first floor. Adequate size, nice view, comfortable beds, daily cleaning. The gym is 40 years old, there is no air conditioning, but you can work out. We didn't order breakfast because we didn't feel like it. The shower barely runs, it takes a long time. There is no microwave or coffee maker. You have to pay for the shuttle bus and the sunbeds. I would class Helios as a good mid price apart-hotel. A little tired in places perhaps but nothing to get upset about. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment on the third floor - and it suited 2 people perfectly. No lifts but the stairs are not over steep/high. Stayed for 10 days, such a lovely hotel. Views are beautiful. 2 mins down the path to sandy beach with beach bar and loungers. The sea view room was perfect, and the room was very spacious, with cooking facilities. There's a supermarket nearby, which is super convenient for shopping. Breakfast is at a partner restaurant next door, way better than a buffet, haha! 😄 Definitely a five-star recommendation!

The Sun Hall Beach Hotel Apartments have an excellent location right on the main beach street. It is within walking distance of the city center and many restaurants/cafés/etc. The apartment was nice and comfortable and a great choice if you value convenience and location.

We love Cyprus. After three trips we decided to return and book at Sunprime Aya Napa. Unfortunately we had a problem on the first night. We contacted Ving and then the manager the following morning. He resolved the problem quickly with excellent service and great care. We had a wonderful holiday. We would like to sincerely thank the manager and hope to return next year.

Location, location, location. A right turn from the hotel for a 10 minutes walk to the first of a number of beautiful small cove beaches. The rooms were ideal – clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for our trip. Location was spot on too, everything we wanted to see and do was close by, which made getting around really easy. The location of the hotel is close to everywhere, 10-15 minutes walking distance. Fantastic staff flight delayed 7 hours in Basel e mailed them asking if they could leave keys in door as the flight had been delayed arrived 4.45 am and note in notice board telling us what room we were in etc even though we hadn’t paid,room was clean and bed was lovely and fresh smelling all we needed after nightmare flight.

The biggest highlight of the hotel is the swimming pool, where the children can play as much as they want. The hotel room is also quite large, with a sofa bed that can accommodate our family of four!
