MyroAndrou Beach Hotel Apartments in Protaras

We had a quiet room in A block, number 353 and stayed for 8 nights. The hotel is clean, the appartments large and the breakfast fine. The beach is cleaned regularly and there is an easy one hour coastal walk into Protaras. The building site of the new marina Hotel is not bothersome. Beach beds cost 7.50 euros for 2 beds and an umbrella. If you want to use the cooking facilities take some basic items, we did not have scissors, spatula, tea towel or washing up liquid. Restaraunts and bars are good and only a short walk away. Dinners in the hotel change each night. The transfer from Larnaca Airport takes 90 minutes as Louma Bay is the last stop. All goods. Good service. Room are big. Nice view from balcony. Dinner also good. We enjoy time there. Only one thing it would be better if the person who clean the room do better cleaning. She come clean my room but didnt do it so well.

Overall good value for the money, on the beach. Would recommend.

The hotel is located in a location overlooking the sea. It has wonderful, large apartments (bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom). Since we have been there more than once, we point out that all apartments have a sea view (very privileged). The hotel beach is one of the best in the area. The pool is an enjoyable and relaxing experience. The cleanliness in this hotel is at the highest level, both in the apartments and in the rest of the areas. The staff is very helpful, friendly and willing to serve. Breakfast and dinner (every night with a different thematic menu) have a wide variety with local - quality ingredients and are delicious. Strongly recommended.

Christina (I think she’s the manager, if not, she should be) and her staff were extremely friendly, accommodating and hard working. Everyone was super sweet. I am already looking to book another stay

We stayed at Myro Androu for a week and we loved it. The rooms were cleaned daily and the view overlooking the pool and ocean was beautiful. The staff in all of the hotel departments were really welcoming and helpful. The breakfast buffet was great as well with many options. It was really nice having access to both the pool and beach within 2 minutes, meaning we could swim at both daily. The hotel has a great location as it is close to the smaller centrum (Pernera), also close to a nice coastal walk next to the beach. The only minus, which I would like to warn others about (which could happen at other places as well) is that I got small electric shocks while removing my charger in the hotel room a couple of times. So be careful and avoid using your phone while charging. Also avoid putting food outside the fridge as small ants will quickly come to it. ( As to any hot location.) In conclusion the hotel is really nice, family and child friendly and I definitely recommend it and could see myself return in the future :)

Excellent hotel! The location is great, right on a beautiful beach and the pool area is lovely. All staff were nice and friendly, and all areas were very clean. The apartment was nice and comfy and the balcony overlooking the sea was fab! Would definitely come back here, thank you for having us!

Let’s start with the breakfast – absolutely fantastic! The variety is impressive, and they even serve pastrami beef, which was a pleasant surprise. The coffee is excellent, thanks to their high-quality coffee bean machine, and the view from the breakfast terrace is simply breathtaking – the perfect way to start your day. The public areas and pool are spotless, quiet, and very well organized, with a lifeguard always present, ensuring both safety and peace of mind. The staff throughout the hotel are incredibly friendly, helpful, and efficient – they truly make you feel welcome. Don't miss the beach bar – I highly recommend the slushies, especially on a hot day! And if you're staying for lunch, do yourself a favor and try the pork chops – they’re massive, tender, and incredibly juicy. A real highlight! Overall, a flawless 10/10 experience. Highly recommended!

Stayed at this little gem one-two weeks every year between 2008-2021. Loved the place, staff and the locals so much that I ended up buying my own little place in the nereby Kapparis. Cannot find anything negative to say, many recurrent guests - clean rooms all facing the beautiful sea, calm and clean beach, nice breakfast, affordable and tasteful evening bufféts, quiet area (when not construction of the new marina is ongoing), short stroll to the main street of Pernera with a lot of restaurants to choose from (i.e La Cultura del Gusto - if there is meat in heaven it will taste like this). Also not far to Protaras (aprox. 3 km) - just hop on the bus or take a walk by the seaside. So don't hesitate - just book it, you'll not regret it! Even though I'm located in Kapparis now, I'm still keep visiting the hotel now and then for their evening bufféts!

The location - right on the Kalamies Beach - makes this hotel a perfect beach holiday destination. Just make sure you go bathing or swimming in the left side of the lagoon as it has clean sandy seabed, the part on the right is full of sharp rocks just under the water's surface and it's just too dangerous. Our apartment was big enough for 2 people to comfortably enjoy their holiday. The balcony was very big and offered great views of the sea and the surroundings. The only minus - no shade on the balcony until almost noon. We were there in early October, when the sun is much lower, so that was only an issue in the mornings, but we can imagine it could be scorchingly hot during summer months. We were in Building D, the most left part of the hotel complex, and if you're after quiet evenings avoid this building - right next to it is another hotel with outside functions area which plays hosts to weddings, birthday parties and company events. The music is very loud, starts around 6-7 pm and doesn't stop until at least 10 pm. During our 11-day stay they had events every second night. The hotel restaurant is called Bloo. It's nothing fancy, but the meals are good. We had Halfboard option so we ate breakfasts and dinners there. Not a huge variety of dishes for dinner, but always enough quantity and we always had several choices which were to our taste. Same with breakfasts. And there are plenty of utensils there (some hotels run out of them quickly). The only disappointment - very poor choice of fruit (basically it was only apples, melons and watermelons). Andreas, the elderly floor manager at the restaurant, is Pure Class. The staff were friendly and very helpful. We had a small electrical issue one night with some buzzing sound coming from the fuse box in the apartment. We did let know the receptionist about that as we were going to dinner, and the problem was fixed before we returned to the room. There's a small supermarket at the hotel - fairly good choice of food and drinks as well as plenty of "beach stuff", not cheap but open every single day. Lots of other supermarkets within a 5-10 minute walk. Several restaurants close by. Ample free parking at the hotel makes for worry-free parking if you come with a car.
