Excellent location, rooms spacious and spotless, pool area clean and quiet and plenty of sunbeds, bit dated but it didn't detract Wasn't our first choice, that was full but actually it did us a favour and we will be back

The perfect place to stay in Ayia Napa. Centrally located for the beach, harbour, shops, bars and restaurants. Spotlessly clean with comfy beds and friendly owners.

Do not leave personal items unattented . I went out and came back with things and money missing from my room.

07.05.2025 Pauline

Rooms are dated and in need refurbishment but the pool area is nice. Visited out of season so it was peaceful and relaxing.

10.10.2024 Goran

Nice apartment, friendly staff, swimming pool, very close to the beach. Lots of supermarkets, restaurants and bars nearby.

12.09.2024 Vladimir

Apart from the location, everything else in this accommodation is at a very low level. Renovation is needed. The furniture is old, the beds are not comfortable. If you leave food on the counter, expect ants in the morning. Disappointing.

12.08.2024 Hasan

The location of the hotel is close to everywhere, 10-15 minutes walking distance. The rooms are nice and have a pool view, you can go out to the balcony and have a coffee with the pool view, but yesterday there were 15-20 ants crawling on a bed, that's why I took off a star. But in general, it's a nice hotel and the staff is friendly. I recommend it for families, it's a hotel that deserves 4 stars

The location is great, close to the beach and close to restaurants and shops. The swimming pool is clean and they have enough sun-beds for everyone. The place is pretty quiet, so we enjoyed some peace after a day at the beach and around town.

Unfortunately the cleaning products used to tidy the rooms and the bathroom are no of good quality. First day we had to open all windows to get some fresh air into the apartment because of the strange smell. Also, the furniture is a bit old, so do not expect something luxurious.

This is simply hotel apartmants..It recuires renovation but location is perfect.Beach just 10 steps from hotel, and marine from where all tourist boats starts . Main Aya Napa streats are behaind the hotel. Bus station to Nissi, Landa, Wather park, Platanas( line 101, and 102 for 1.5 euro). Swimming pool is perfect and clean. Hotel is very clean in general. Kitchen have everything for preparation of food, stove and toaster, large refrigirator with frizeer. AC in rooms, balkon with table and 4 chairs. Stuf are kind and answer for all questions. Quiet place also.

Best things about this place is it’s location next to beach and city centre and quiet pool. Most of the times we were the only guest in the pool. Pool is not suitable for toddlers, area of depth of 100cm is small, there isn’t any shallow area and pool itself is to deep, most of the area is 170cm. Hotel is close to the beach and centre but quiet enough at night. Rooms are old and everything is worn out. Surprisingly it was all working apart from most important, air con in bedroom. It was switching on and off all the time, sometimes was working for a while and then going off and beeping. It was most annoying especially at night so we ended up switching it off with 30 degrees in room. Complaint few times but they were not able to help. We were just unlucky with this. Overall i would recommend this place to someone who is not expecting any luxury but want to have a cheaper place to sleep and eat out.
