A delightful hotel which was clean. The best aspect of the stay was the daily breakfast with fresh fruit, thick yogurt and local honey on offer. The coffee let it down as it was from a machine and unpleasant. The pool was in shade from lunchtime onwards so it was busy in the mornings but the hotel is only a short walk from the beach

We stayed a week in November. We arrived at midnight and the night receptionist checked us in. Myself and partner had a room on the first floor overlooking the side road and our friend had a room overlooking the front. Room was clean and tidy. There was a kettle and 2 cups. Stayed here 10 nights with my husband, room excellent, food good ,drink good ,bar staff excellent, cleaning excellent, last few days not so good as few groups of young boys/girls behaving was disgusting, spitting and boking over eachother, we both love a drink and a party but these bunch were a disgrace, felt really sorry for the other guests, glad we were going home .

The apartment we stayed in was very spacious but basic, the cooker handle was broken, the toaster smelled of burning, when I tried to use it. The maid literally walked into our room various times without knocking at 8:45am. This was more of a hotel for people on package holidays but did the job for me as a stop over on my travels around the island. It was spacious and although basic had everything I needed. The beach is cleaned regularly and there is an easy one hour coastal walk into Protaras. The building site of the new marina Hotel is not bothersome. We stayed at this hotel at the end of August 2025. In short: the staff are extremely friendly, cleanliness is at the highest level, the food could be a bit more varied but everything is very tasty. All in all, I warmly recommend this hotel to everyone and I hope to come back again next year.

The hotel has a great location and a nice pool, but the service in the bars and restaurants was disappointing – no smiles, no friendliness, which really affected the experience. I really liked the hotel. It is located in the center of Ayia Napa. Clean, modern room. We stayed the night and then extended it for another night, there were a lot of young people, but it did not bother us. We chose a room in a quiet place. Breakfasts and dinners were excellent.

The air conditioning wasn't satisfactory for the whole apartment, as it existed only in the parents' room, so they brought also a ventilator, but that was not enough... The main part of the room was nice where as bathroom was not renovated and looked a bit run-down. The beds were okay and the view was nice. The beach is just across the road which was great but there’s not much else very near. If all you wanna do is lay on the beach, this is a good choice.

Can't recommend this place highly enough. Excellent location near to restaurants, tavernas, supermarkets. Spotlessly clean accommodation. All apartments have WiFi, and washing machine. Lovely pool and pool bar. Ritsa and Nikos are amazing hosts. Nothing is too much trouble.

Fantastic friendly helpful staff

Nice and clean apartment. We had a few issues with the air conditioning, tv and toaster but these were quickly resolved! The nearby hotel entertainment was quite loud but that can’t be helped. Overall, it’s a great place to stay. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Spent an excellent few days here, lovely friendly place, great apartment. Sadly, there was someone in the building who insisted on having their TV or music on very loud very late which kept me awake but no fault of owner just bad luck. Would definitely recommend and will go again.

Coming to Cyprus, visiting Ayia Napa is a must but it’s expensive. It’s a very touristy area and these apartments are far enough out of being directly in it. With the heat of September, it was nice to be by the pool all day and then venture out. Parking I think is limited on site, but believe there were other pots available. It is old and tired, but rooms are huge. Good value for what it is.

Two days in Ayia Napa We enjoyed very much our 2 days visit at Petrosana. It's a nice small hotel, located in a short distance from the beach and the center of Ayia Napa. Nice and comfortable rooms. Sometimes a little noise from the street, when young people was working home from discos and bars in the night. Everything worked perfectly, and we can only give them our best recommendations.

The room was nice. Unfortunately I stayed during a period in which they are doing work with bulldozers near the hotel, and in the morning the loud noises start already around 7, so I recommend always bringing earplugs.

We love Cyprus. After three trips we decided to return and book at Sunprime Aya Napa. Unfortunately we had a problem on the first night. We contacted Ving and then the manager the following morning. Very nice food and location. Good value for money. The hotel's yard has a path between the houses that leads directly to the beach. You can get to the minimarket through the lobby via the indoor areas. A washing machine and tumble dryer that operate with coins. A practical choice if you don't need luxury.

No pool, but very friendly staff. They have no pool, but when you book it says pool and there is a picture of a pool (you can use) - but you have to walk to another hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. But be aware about the pool.

Good stay at Napa City Apartment Easy communication even though we booked late and no one at the reception anymore. No problem with check in,m & parking.

Panagiotis is a fantastic host who not only offers a high end accommodation, but is also a very knowledgeable local guide who is always happy to give perfect advice on what to do in Agia Napa. My mom stayed in Napa city apartments for 1,5 month. It was excellent experience to stay in Ayia Napa. Panagiotis who owned the apartment is super kind and friendly person, helped with everything! It were amazing days in this apartment. There are all needs, very clean room. Great view, comfy bed and stable wi-fi connection. Also great advantages are : free parking lot (but it’s really tiny, could be a bit challenging for not experienced driver), nice hosts and all bars and restaurants in 5-10 minutes

This was my second visit at the Proteas Mare Suites and would highly recommend staying at these lovely apartments. The apartments are very clean with all the required essentials you would need to make your stay very pleasant. Situated very close to a lovely bay called Green Bay and close to bus stops or a nice 20 min stroll to the Proteas main town for many nice restaurants, live music and bars....

Really nice place. The owners were very nice and very helpful. Location not too far to walk to Protaras *****, and also close to bus stops. Beach is nearby a 5 minute walk. There is a fridge, a hob, toaster, plates glasses , cutlery etc. Bed comfortable.

Excellent hotel for families. Large rooms with shower and kitchen. Quiet and nice atmosphere, high standard rooms. Excellent price for the night, very close to the sea and the famous Fig Tree beach. The service of the staff is personal and warm.
