Everyone was so helpful and friendly! Food choices were brilliant both a la carte restaurants were great and we had two coeliacs in our group - they provided great gluten free options including pasta dishes and pizza along with good labelling in the buffet and they made gluten free pancakes freshly each morning! WiFi free, you are given instructuons for this too. Food - Great selection of food at the buffet. There was a different theme each evening. I can be quite a fussy eater, but I still ended up spoilt for choice

Where do I begin! We got married here in October 2025 and stayed for 2 weeks. The wedding ceremony venue is beautiful overlooking the sea, Thalassa for the reception is amazing

Sadly our last visit to this hotel we have been here 5 years running and thought I had found the best place I had ever been to and that was the case until the last visit

There are 2 A La Carte restaurants, you can visit them both once during your stay and the food is delicious! The snack bar is also located near the bar (pool area) and serves chips/ burgers/nuggets/salad/fruit cups

The bar has plenty of choices, cocktails were great. Rooms were being refurbished this winter and I can't wait to go back and see!!

We have just returned from an Easter holiday break as a family of three we had a great time and found this hotel a very good base for our travels Food we found the good great great variety and great selection of snacks from the back bar just thought could if been a little hotter at times the food was cooler than we liked Drinks the alcohol variety was good and I enjoyed the sparking wine the soft...

Gino and his team were brilliant and we saw some good new acts too. The food is always fantastic with so many different choices. The desserts are especially good (if you have a sweet tooth like me)

The choices are good and great for kids. All of the bar staff are amazing, they work so hard. A big mention to Yannis, Marios, Dino and Abass, thank you for making our stay so special

This was our 10th visit to this lovely hotel and once again we had the best time ever. If you're thinking about booking a holiday here, go ahead you won't be disappointed

The rooftop restaurant is well worth a visit, you can use this free once during a weeks stay. Great food and a lovely atmosphere. If you miss breakfast or don't want to use the restaurant at lunchtime there is a snackbar

The chefs work so hard to provide great tasty food. At breakfast you can have an omelette freshly cooked which are always lovely. A big shout out to Mr Mario, Ali and George and the rest of the restaurant staff

The bar snack menu is small but everything is the best of the best with high quality ingredients. I reccomend the pepperoni pizza and the cheese platter very nice and filling! Orange juice is the best also.

Everything about this hotel is excellent: the service, the atmosphere, and the professionalism of the staff. Everyone is very friendly and attentive, and you feel welcomed from the moment you arrive

Everything at Kaya Palazzo was perfect. The service was fast, and the team was friendly and solution-oriented. The room comfort and cleanliness exceeded my expectations. The food quality was truly excellent

The one of the best hotels I had

I would say, with a keen eye for detail, some minor work needs doing, rusty railings, a fresh coat of paint, speedier room service, broken chandeliers, usb ports would have been nice, dead trees removed, Apple Pay option, All this would bring the hotel to an exceptional standard, but didn’t necessarily detract from our stay

The pools were cold, the children didn’t like to go in which was a shame as they usually won’t get out of the pool, but perhaps we’d be thankful for the cold when the higher temperatures hit

But the doors have a good soundshielding so you are good in the night :) what i didnt like was that nobody walks around at the pool or beach asking if youd like some drinks or food, need to go everytime to the bar

We had our wedding at the Mediterranean Beach Hotel and it was honestly the best experience we could have wished for. We are extremely happy with everything

The hotel facilities are absolutely amazing, a large exterior, plenty of sunbeds, a beautiful pool, private beach, several bars and restaurants, excellent drinks, and the food was truly delicious

coffee machine was really confusing. You had to ask for coffee from the staff there which was irritating. How can any hotel not have a coffee machine? Overall an ok hotel, but the price/value ratio was not there

I definitely recommend paying the extra for a sea-view room. The staff is very helpful, and the rooms are clean and spacious. We didn't use the outdoor pools, but they seemed very good

The breakfast with plenty of choices. The sushi at socci restaurant was great and the prices fair. Glasshouse restaurant and bar with great views and service. Vala beach club with great beach view and nice ambience

Enough sunbeds for everyone, not allowed reservations with towels before 8:00am. The pools nice and ground areas clean and well maintened. Also the hotel premises and corridors where clean and smelled fresh

The check in was great, free upgrate, the elegance renovated family rooms where lovely with big space and everything with touch buttons. Coffee and tea facilities in room, slippers, toiletries, ironboard

For a bottle of wine charged triple the price I do deserve at least some peanuts. - At elegance rooms there was nowhere to hang the hand towel except behind the door. More hooks needed next to the sinks

-The beach was dirty during my stay with plastic bags and other human plastics… even a tampon was floating next to me…discusting. The hotel pool attendats should clean the beach everyday

Teach your staff basic customer service pls. -The “fresh” orange juice at breakfast was not fresh at all but sugared orangejuice with water. Unacceptable for a five star hotel

Had an Italian themed night in the restaurant which was excellent, so much choice. Staff all very friendly and remembered us. Only negative comment is it can be a bit more expensive in the summer months

She helped us with everything, explained all the details, and made our stay maximum comfortable. Aliya is definitely the best staff member — always ready to help and going above and beyond

Drinking water dispenser on every level by the lifts. It was ok for me and I expect that they would have warmed it up had I said anything so I don’t think this is a reflection on the hotel just personal preference

Little extra touches that make all the difference. Different light settings including bright and ambient and a subdued light in the bathroom that comes on with a sensor in the night as you stand up from your bed

Areas for improvement: taxis to town are quite expensive, spa prices are a bit high and there’s no hot jacuzzi, there aren’t enough trash or recycling bins around the hotel, and the elevator could be faster

Lock on toilet doors by pool broken. Wipe/sanitize lift doors and buttons more often. (Everything else was immaculately clean) Had an amazing relaxing holiday. 😊I would 100% recommend this hotel

Spacious rooms, excellent facilities and ideal location to visit all parts of Limasol

We use only the tennis facilities at Atlantica Miramare Beach. The courts are in good condition and enjoyable to play on

Overall, it’s a good setup, but a small update like that would enhance the user experience significantly

Surprised to see, for the first time in Cyprus, that tiles on the pool walls and floor we're missing and in need of obvious repair! Breakfast offering had plenty of choice and was of a good quality

Check in was efficient and staff were helpful. Room was large, spacious but also a little tired. Location was excellent, you didn't feel like you were in the middle of Limassol

I recently stayed at this hotel during my vacation, and I must say, the experience was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and were incredibly helpful throughout my stay

Location was excellent. You could easily walk from the hotel and in less than 5 minutes you were at the Ayia Napa centre full of stores.

From walking into the hotel to leaving nothing was to much trouble for any member of staff Our room was wonderful and cleaned 6 days out of 7 We walked out of our room and there were sun beds/pool were right there( also pool towels are included for your stay) The food was great in the restaurant & pool bar and in the la a carte restaurant (which you get included if staying AL for more than 5 nights...

The hotel is different to what the norm is with it being laid out in small blocks which I found really nice but my wife likes the traditional hotel layout. She did enjoy her stay though and grew to the idea

The reception staff are the biggest let down of the whole experience- we asked for a late check ( and pay for it) out as our flight was an evening one to be told point blank no even though online I could book a room

Had the best time at the Pool Bar at the Grecian Park Hotel! The two ladies from the staff, Viktoria and Diana, are absolutely amazing – always so friendly, funny, and caring. They made every day by the pool feel special

The beach it backs on to is amazing. When I stayed kids where running up and down 8am so if that bothers you properly wouldn't be the place for you. Great if you have a family and like to get up early on holiday

A/C did not go under 22 degrees Celsius which meant we were hot at night. Cleaners were excellent, pool towels supplied however l could not use the pool as ladder entry/exit only. They need steps and a railing

We booked through Jet2 and could only get a garden view room so I called the hotel to upgrade our room to a top floor sea view room and spoke with Coola (spelling?) she was fantastic on the phone and extremely friendly and helpful and I think we had the best room in the hotel with an amazing view we were delighted

Room was great overlooking the garden and ocean. Balcony too small to sit comfortably and our clothes blew off the drying rail never to be seen again as there is a gap between the wall and balcony screen

a nice hotel with good food and friendly staff nice rooms but a bit noisy air conditioner. lots of activities for guests from morning to late evening. I haven't found anything to complain about

Food was excellent-very good all day long. Near by the bus station and the Sea. Room was clear, good. Only there can't normal charge phone because you need a charger converter.

Food at the Buffet is good, but steer clear of the Al a Carte Restaurant! Hotel is clean, but looks very dated and is situated in out-of-the-way location. Staff, while polite, can be a bit hot-and-cold

The location is not as bad as some reviews state, just walk a little further and you come across plenty of bars. A 15 minute bus ride takes you straight into Limassol, well worth the 2€

Overall a great get away and a really nice place to spend your holidays

We have visited the hotel many times as we find the service, location and rooms very good. In our last visit (18/1/25) Rooms were very clean, food was nice and service was excellent

A great place to stay during January when weather in Paphos is changeable. Rooms very comfy, rooms nice and warm on milder days. Food very good and varied. Staff very welcoming and pleasant.

Some details in the room made the hotel look older than it actually was. The lighting in the rooms was not warm , which made the entire space feel a little bit cold. It will be better if they put warm lighting.

There’s a shop attached to the hotel with everything you could think of. Perfect location , beach is just crossed the road with the best bars. We did not notice any noise during the night and felt really safe

Ana the lady working the restaurant was our fave! She is the most hard working, genuine and lovely person. I honestly wish her all the best. The food was incredible and I'm a very fussy eater

This was not our first stay at Capo Bay Hotel and once again we were not disappointed. The hotel itself is fantastic and the beach out the back has to be one the best on the island

I m quite happy with this hotel (have visited 2024 and 2025) for weekend stays. The check-in process was smooth and the overall feeling us discrete but always alert service

Additionally there is 1 iron and ironing board for the whole hotel which is pretty inconvenient. Aside from that, the place was extremely pretty and situated on the beach which was fantastic

As we stayed in November there was not a shortage of sunbeds available but there are plenty of areas to sit & the position of the hotel was great too & so lovely to be able to step straight onto the beach

The hotel is really clean with beatifull sea view (recommend to extra pay beacuse the room from street are a bit of noisy from car street). Area is safety and great for long walk with beatifull view

From the moment we checked in the Hotel staff were very helpful & friendly & the beautiful Christmas tree & decorations was very welcoming

The room was spacious and very clean. Toiletries and slippers were provided, which was a nice touch. The coffee machine was a big plus, and it was replenished daily along with a complimentary water

Housekeeping cleaned the room twice a day, which was excellent. Thank you for the chocolates The indoor swimming pool, sauna, and steam bath were great bonuses and added to the overall comfort of the stay

Just popped in for a meal and some drinks. Excellent service, good variety in the menu and a well stocked bar. Priced quite reasonably for the area. I would definitely recommend it for a quiet evening meal.

Welcome fruits in the room and made up the room every night with chocolate was a lovely touch. The service at breakfast was excellent. The waitresses/ waiters were attentive. We specifically enjoyed the outdoor cold pool

Friendly staff. Tried both of the formal restaurants and they were both excellent. Well laid out grounds meant lots to keep kids busy - outdoor pool, indoor pool, kids slides, floating obstacle course, pier jumping

Ok, started with the bottom line: excellent. We took two connecting rooms, the beds are excellent and so are the showers. All facilities are very well maintained. It's fun to be anywhere and there are many places

There is an excellent pool for everyone and there is a pool for children and there are 2 other swimming pools for adults. There is an ice cream restaurant and a bar that overlooks the sea

The hotel has huge lawns with 2 good beaches. All the staff are very careful and polite. The price level is a bit high but worth the investment they give
