The staff was very polite and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, it's rare to find such quality in a buffet. The pool, sauna, massage, and Turkish bath services were also high quality

The rooms could use a renovation, but the cleanliness and amenities more than made up for it. The Wi-Fi was large enough, and the service was good. The food selection could be expanded

We booked our stay originally with breakfast and dinner, at our second day we‘ve been told that we can switch dinner with lunch just how we like, I really liked that, easier to plan the day if you are not feeling like eating dinner one time

The room was clean good and modern ( some reviews said the rooms were old ) The reception staff are let's say neutral but understand how stressful it can be to stand at the reception and have to deal with every single complaint including holidays booked on websites that have nothing to do with the hotel

Staff were excellent and very helpful and the breakfast was incredible! The location is great and I recommend getting a massage in the fitness centre. Would absolutely stay here again

I went here for my birthday last week - all inclusive, and had the most amazing time. The staff were so lovely and attentive - their customer service was excellent

The rooftop bar is incredible and a good place to relax if you need some shade. On my birthday, the staff gifted me a bottle of red wine and fruit which was so lovely. If I come back to Napa, I am 100% staying here again

Our rooms were clean and comfortable; when we had an issue with the shower, we called reception and the maintenance man showed up within less than 5 minutes

There was a good range of food, drinks and cocktails (lunch was my favourite)

Shopping, good restaurants all around. A couple of the things that did not satisfy us we addressed to the front desk got covered immediately. The kitchen team and the bar attenders are so friendly and responsive

The location is decent, and the service is good. However, the dinner buffet had a somewhat limited selection.

The pool was quite spacious and nice. The beach wasn’t exactly perfect — we had to go quite far out to be able to swim properly — but it was very safe for kids. Its proximity to the city makes it ideal if you have a car

Staff were brilliant though and overall a good hotel. The hotel location is on the outskirts of the town but there were shops, restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk

Hotel was excellent, everyone very helpful, when we turned up to the room, the floor was really dirty, we told the receptionist and it got sorted out that day

The room was large and the view from the balcony was lovely looking at the pool. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was basic but ok. The pool was only open from 9. I would stay there again as very good location

The hotel is next to the Casino Opera. The soundproofing is excellent, so the room is very quiet

We stayed for 4 days, it was really good, they helped us to check in early, the hotel is very clean, there are 3 different buildings, the rooms are clean, the bathroom is very large, there are 2 pools in the hotel, the staff is very polite and friendly, it is 15 minutes walking to the center of Kyrenia

First thing you notice is a immaculately clean hotel. The floor sparkled and areas were clean. The staff were falling over themselves to help and ensure your holiday was the best it could be

A very lovely family run hotel in Ayia Napa. Spacious and clean room. Good price, a bit far away from the village centre, but can be easily reached by a bus that stops next to the hotel.

The staff were absolutely superb, the room and cleaning staff were great, around the pool was fantastic with the huge screen TV to watch the sport whilst the resident DJ played some class house music throughout the day and the entertainment in the white star pub was brilliant, I live a tribute act and saw Elton John and Michael Jackson

Yes there is people trying to sell you ***** on the main ***** which is a 2 minute walk away but it's no different to say Blackpool in England, you just politely say no and they don't bother you whatsoever

Nice facilities with excellent pools, water park and beach. We stayed in a bungalow which was infested with mosquitoes and smelt of sewerage. Dining was acceptable however seemed to be catering for 1000 people at a time

It's a little small, but it's the only room we could manage for a family of three. It's not far from the airport and the business district, and it's very convenient for visiting the salt flats and mosques.

We arrived at the start of the season so was quiet, but the entertainment team made sure we were all occupied!! Ryan and his team really lifted our holiday, the entertainment staff were fantastic and laughed and joked with us throughout the holiday

General vibe for the Hotel is a little more rustic than modern with rooms reflecting that but cleaned everyday by the cleaning staff even going beyond to wash the pots that we’d left without being asked and making sure the rooms were beautiful for us to return to ❤️❤️ Sunbed situation is always a contentious subject but here there were no issues, if people left beds unattended when the lifeguards arrive...

Few meters from the hotel, on the coast side you can find the coast path- mostly built, leading to the Pafos archaeological site- perfect for the bicycle trip- nearly 10 km long-maybe longer

Some people say it is a bit remote but there are buses every 15 mins from right outside the hotel that will take you to coral bay or the kings mall terminus in Paphos for €2 a trip

Overall it was a good stay, just a shame that it is not within walkable distance to anything, however, public transport is great which makes up for it
