The staff were very friendly and did their jobs to a high standard. Very clean. Sleep overall was good but neighbouring rooms having the aircon on all night caused a little discomfort.

Also she seemed to be rude to her colleagues (and guests) and I saw her multiple of times checking her phone. I was hoping she could be more professional if she was in a higher position as her other colleagues

overall a great hotel for a girls holiday! the hotel was very very clean, check in staff were so polite and got food upon arrival late at night. Food was good, a large range and as a Vegetarian I always had options

all inclusive drinks are okay, bar closes at 11, which was early for us but may not be an issue for others. a clean hotel, lacking some entertainment options and facilities, overall good

I have read other reviews about staff's professionalism and behaviour but I only experienced this with Andrea. I want to send a special thanks to Damna who was working at the bar

The only complaint I have really, is I wish there had been a designated smoking area, couldn't sit outside by the stage in the evening as lots of people smoking and vaping, it would also drift into the bar area and could

Restaurant manager George is always absolutely fantastic, each time I have stayed he has remembered me and is just so friendly and welcoming, he celebrated his 60th birthday during our stay and seeing the celebrations round the pool really made us feel part of a family there

pool area spotless plenty of sunbeds and was a 5 minute walk to the beach. We will definitely be back, Margaret and Tricia PS only one suggestion could have a seat or bench in the spa showers to sit your clothes on

The food is also wonderful there, there are theme nights each night so the food is always different and having an à la carte lunch each day really feels special

Absolutely love this hotel, I’ve been three times now and loved it every time, the facilities are amazing and the staff are absolutely wonderful

There is free parking, and what stood out most was the exceptional friendliness, helpfulness, and attentiveness of the staff. The service level felt genuinely outstanding

We also used the spa and the massage was excellent. The therapist was clearly well trained and knew exactly what she was doing. The rooftop bar is another highlight with a great atmosphere and reasonable prices

We stayed at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Larnaca for one night over Christmas and truly enjoyed the festive Gala Dinner. Overall, the hotel made a very strong impression

This will come as no surprise to the management as the fantastic restaurant manager (George) what a very nice person, we bought a bottle nice wine most evenings and he was again very knowledgeable about all the wines on the menu he had the restaurant running like a well oiled machine, you could tell when he wasn't there, enough said

entertainment in the bar area was absolutely brilliant we were lucky enough to be there for two of the Greek dancing nights, they have a gentleman who balances glasses on his head sounds boring it is a sight to be amazed at

While we are on about the bar i hope the management take note of this there is a waitress Georgina small in stature and very long hair, she is amazing so happy cant do enough to help you she never stops from starting work to stopping cleaning tables for you collecting glasses and bringing you drinks she is a real asset to the hotel

As someone else reported if you want a mug of tea/coffee take your own mug the cups while clean and washed every day are on the small side, plenty of tea and coffee supplied and replenished every day

The all inclusive drinks are as you get anywhere, but i found that if you ordered two gins and bought a fever tree tonic(£2. 15) you had two really nice drinks

The swimming pools look amazing a little on the cool side for me but i used the indoor pool and that was again very clean and tidy amazingly with a life guard

Very good hotel, very comfortable. What needs to be improved is that the faucet in the bathroom is very inconvenient to use. It is difficult to adjust the water temperature and water outlet to the correct way

Advantages: - Warm and courteous service - The Turkish bath is a highlight; I used it twice in two days. - The breakfast has a Mediterranean feel

I also suggest booking directly through Agoda; I booked through Ctrip, and they also booked through Agoda, so the price was better

The hotel is located in Nicosia, so I wouldn't recommend it for those without a car, as it's inconvenient to get around

Getting around Northern Cyprus without a car is extremely difficult, and taxis are too expensive

Just back from a lovely week at the Toxotis hotel. Booked as a last minute family holiday and we got a great deal. The staff are brilliant, all very friendly, professional and made our stay really enjoyable

Management were very visible walking round the hotel daily and asking for feedback throughout. We did have an issue with the lifeguard but was quickly resolved by the management team

Just had 14 fantastic days at the Toxotis hotel Definitely 10/10 The beds comfortable, great air conditioning, the pool big, the food great the pool bar nice and shaded the drinks flowing and the sun shining Demetrius was magnificent and made sure things ran well in the dining room, he was one cool dude !! If Cyprus make a James Bond movie he would be the man ‍♂️ The wi-fi was a bit hit and...

The entertainment team did try hard to get activities going during the day but didn't have much interest (hopefully this will pick up as the season gets busier)

Marta did put on mini disco in the evenings even though numbers were low. It was better when she moved it to the bar area, rather than been tucked in by the kids club

It's located right on the beach and has plenty of sun loungers. My room was comfortable with an excellent shower and a beautiful sea view. The smoothie bar is a real plus too

Good pools, good beach (a ***** of stone on entry, but sandy bottom further on). Nice seaside walk running for miles to Larnaca. A room a bit small but functional. Breakfast tasty and good quality

Hotel should research for any small water deposits (building site?) and use some chemicals to rid off mosquitos. The key card stopped working at 11. 30 am - the reception explained that it was OK as in just 30 min at 12

However, it is far from the airport, city centre and the shopping mall. It depends on your needs and breakfast was good!

The food in this all inclusive package was some of the best we have had , over the years we have been travelling. There is such a variety and each night has a themed menu

Food and drink quality is very good. Maybe hot food selection could be broader but it's end of the season so it's understandable. Overall this hotel exceeded my expectations

From arrival to departure all the staff make you feel welcome. The room was modern and bright, with tea/ coffee facilities in the room. The safe and air conditioning are free to use, there is also a small fridge

The bathroom had a walk in shower with shower gel and shampoo. The bed was lovely and comfortable. The cleaning was excellent, with beds & towels changed frequently

We loved the Mesogios Restaurant which you can dine in once a week. Maria was so lovely and welcoming and the food was excellent

The view was very special especially from the Whirlpool Bath! We really loved the room. The bed was so big and comfortable. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets from the balcony and the lovely big sofa was definitely a bonus

Loo ended up not staying here as they had a problem with a guest that was not feeling we’ll and sent me to another hotel, perfect service, called me a cab and I started a bit farther away from marina but still good hotel!

The hotel is in a good location, 100 meters from the beach. Breakfasts are delicious but repetitive. Cons: The plumbing is old and inexpensive, and they didn't provide toiletries, only soap and shampoo

The staff really try had to maintain the cleanliness of the place. They are 3 stars but have good potential to move to a 4*. The WiFi is great and a password is given with your room key

They can cater for you for lunch and breakfast but bear in mind it cost 20euros per person and that does not include drinks. We found this very expensive but there are lots of restaurants around you can eat

She will even give us fresh bed spreads each day, she really impressed us. There was no entertainment during our stay but trust me you will have a lot to get do outside that you won’t even mind this

The mini disco songs have become a permanent part of our playlist, and every time we hear them, the smiles and memories come rushing back

8th April for 10 nights All inclusive. Hotel is modern and clean, pools are clean and staff are very friendly. Was not given much info on arrival apart from scan QR code. So we figured ourselves regarding mealtimes,etc

unfortunately the children would not use the pools/waterpark as they were freezing! Hotel would benefit from heated pools in early season. Rooftop restaurant/bar was closed. Indoor pool is extra cost and is not heated

Thank you also for the face painting and football games – our child was absolutely thrilled! The entire stay was wonderful – from the first to the last day

Entertainment was poor in all honesty we ventured out most nights. The big letdown for us as a family was the All Inclusive, we upgraded to this option which we do regret, food options was very limited same most days

River Rock hotel is excellently situated in Ayia Napa for the harbour, shops, restaurant, bus route etc. The staff are brilliant and so well trained to look after customers

Best Hotel ever!! We stayed at this hotel September 2024 and didn't want to leave - never felt like that at the end of a holiday before! We thought we would try a different country this year, but wished we hadn't as we kept comparing everything to the Ivi Mare and there really was no comparison, so we have booked again with Ivi Mare for Summer 2026 and simply cannot wait

Bit of a ropey start to the holiday and we found easy jet flights to fly home (late arrival, grumpy staff at the snackline, we were travelling with another family and despite having spoken on the phone and arranged rooms to be close we were literally put opposite ends of the complex and trouble with the two apps with booking stuff)

You’re greeted by Duyagor and Husain on reception who do there very best to assist your every need. The rooms are a good size with a amazing roof top pool with views over looking the Mediterranean and the harbour

Very good, clean spacious rooms, air-con is fantastic/ very good location to the harbour/ the roof pool is very good/ the lift is good/all staff are very nice and attentive helpful and try as much as they can! The wifi is good, I’ve seen some people reviews not happy with it but has been very good for me and inside the room

The breakfast are plentiful and good quality. Restaurant Quality / price of bar are in my opinion good value and definitely worth a try. Just a couple of worthy pointers? No tea or coffee facilities in bedrooms

Manager Oya in particular was great, helped book airport taxi to larnaca - the location is in walking distance of many shops and cafes we also walked into old town (20min walk) - the hotel and rooms are very clean - if staying a few days worth booking a premium room to get a bit more space

g Bedside lamps - the pillows are extremely thick which if like me you prefer slim pillows so neck isn't craining in bed. -Coffee in breakfast isn't great but can be easily rectified by the hotel

Located on the Turkish side of Nicosia/ Lefkosa. This is a great value city hotel in walking distance of many shops and cafes / amenities. We stayed at the Hotel Sun for 5 days in a premium room

We were a party of 2 middle aged couples and had planned to go to a different hotel but 18 days before the holiday we were warned that there would be construction work outside and were offered the chance to change to the Napa Plaza

The lunch was served in the lounge area near the pool, it was from ala carte menu. Breakfast was also delicious and served as an buffet. High quality liquor, wines an beers were served in the pool bar near the lounge

One of the good things about adult only hotels is that none of the pool is lost to a shallow end and so there is plenty of room to swim or just chill

The suite i spacious and do have a lot's of storage. The bathroom had both an shower and an jacuzzi. An small group in an sitting area. The room was kept spotless by the housekeeping staff

All of the food we tried was to die for! So so good! The other nights the dinner was served in the buffet restaurant and that was also really good and high quality food and wines

The noise from the street or the restaurants under the room didn't bother us at all. We do normally live in an bustling city so we like the noise more then a totally quiet place

Apartments ok, comfortable beds, good showers and well equipped. Watch out about the cleaning personal, since 7-8 AM they like to talk loud and clear to each other, hitting everything they can

lots of good restaurants within walking distance and a great little beach direct line to the seafront (10min walk). 50 for a sunbed all day, shower, toilet and water refill station all included

We've just returned from a 4 night stay at Paphos Gardens, it was fabulous. The staff that we interacted with were professional, friendly and helpful. Our flight was delayed so we arrived after midnight

2nd time we've stayed at this hotel and we cannot fault this place at all. Very friendly staff, rooms are clean and tidy and the food is superb and plenty of it!!! Great location too
