For value for money this is an excellent large hotel in a lovely mountain setting. The bedroom was very large with a comfortable Bed, good lighting etc

The hotel is in a lovely place at home with nature The staff are very friendly and welcoming The food is very good The hotel is tired and is in need of a refit We still had a good stay

The Hitel in areas in need if some refurbishment but for overall value its a good choice

A "Forest" paradise in the mountains. Old, mature and full of history. It's my second time staying at Forest Park hotel. Stayed during winter, it was snowing and it was magical

But the summer heat is strong this time of year in Cyprus, so I advise to stay inside and enjoy the air conditioning and the other amenities and delicious food

This time it was summer and it was as beautiful as it gets. The smell of trees in the summer, listening to the soft wind passing through the trees

The towels were changed after only after 5 days and it was one night before our departure. The bed sheets were not changed at all during 6 nights, for a 4 stars hotel it is not normal

Very nicely renovated hotel! We spent a few days in a deluxe suite overlooking the sea, our entire stay was very comfortable, modern furniture, up-to-date technical equipment (TV, kitchen), beautiful view from the balcony, delicious and varied breakfast, kind staff

It was nice to have beach towels, even if you had a deposit to pay, I think it is normal because there are tourists that are not returning back the towels. The beach is 3 min walk, which is very convenient

The only thing I didn’t like was the cleaning of the rooms, I am sure the staff is not enough. We had a lot of hair in the bathroom that was not cleaned during our stay

The only problem is that the breakfast is very repetitive, you have the same choice every day. The staff is very friendly, polite and helpful with every request we had

The area is very quiet and I truly recommend it if you want to stay away from the busy area. The hotel has free parking and for us it was a plus

When I reiterated I would like to speak to someone in charge I was told there was no one!! Eventually when I pointed out someone must be ultimately responsible for the hotel a ‘general manager’ was wheeled out

To compensate us for the lack of communication we were offered (after he had rung the manager at his home) a free evening meal. The food was absolutely terrible

The hotel is promoted as the Arkin Palm Beach hotel and Casino. There was no communication from the hotel that the casino was no longer available

When I asked to discuss this with a manager I was told the manager was at home and I was not important enough for him to speak to me

The room i had , had a view to the sea and it was wonderful. Spacious room with a balcony and view to the sea 💞. I also enjoyed the gym which was spacious and had a lot of equipment. I am planning on returning here!

The hotel grounds were beautifully maintained, full of greenery, and everything was spotlessly clean. Room service was excellent – quick, polite, and reliable

Great hotel! It's our second time coming back to this hotel. It offers variety of amenities, due to COVID-19 it was not crowded so we had the pleasure of enjoying all amenities without waiting in line or disruption

we truly enjoyed our stay! It was a wonderful holiday, and we were impressed by the size of the hotel, its great facilities, the kids club, the slides, and even the casino at night. The food was delicious as well

The rooms are nice and comfortable, the breakfast is delicious, but what stands out the most is the staff. They always have a smile and a warm greeting when you encounter them

Small suggestion for the breakfast : do not hesitate to change a little bit the options, we stayed for 10 days and I wish we had more choice of food - but still it was ok!! Kind regards

Our recent stay at this hotel was fantastic! The location couldn't be better, offering easy access to everything we needed. The pool area is superb – the perfect place for a refreshing swim

You need to check number of your room. From 001 to 015 you will have view on the wall of neibour building. not city center but near to the excellent Pantachou beach. Service not good, Curly girl at reseption was Annoying

The apartment was excellent, in a good central position of Nicosia. Marina and Tasos, with who I dealt with, were extremely helpful. I received prompt and clear communication with excellent instructions

Modern Apartment with good facilities. Wifi excellent, spacious apartment for a couple, with a good sized balcony. Parking undercover or on the dead end road. Efficient lift with excellent security

I felt that, although the apartment was clean, it wasn’t excellent. Also it would have been helpful if there was a toaster in the kitchen. Having said that, I would definitely stay there again when staying in Nicosia

We booked a night after our flight was delayed overnight and needed emergency accommodation. Were amazed at how clean and spacious it was. It was comfortable with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a huge balcony.

Close to the centre, quiet location, very cosy and nice inside, spacious with all needed facilities included. Will definitely stay again.

Good hotel near one of the best Mediterranean beaches. Good cuisine and room service, large rooms with panoramic windows and all amenities. The only drawback - many Russians among the hotel guests

Very nice hotel and the staff are so friendly and a brilliant location but the food is just terrible I’ve always done all inclusive and it’s hard to find a good one but this is the final straw for me it’s put me off I won’t be doing all inclusive anymore

We are here to spend our holiday in Christofinia hotel in Aya Napa. Our room clean and big enough, the wifi is super fast

On my birthday the hotel stuff and management surprised me with a basket with some wines and friuts and a card. The therapist were professional. After the treatment i felt lighter and happier

We were given a large bottle of water for free. Very lovely stay, literally a 5 minute stroll to the beach and a few minutes more to nissi beach. Also the enclosed little park the kids loved

The hotel has a nice and big swimming pool. Every day the hotel offer the program for the guests. The Nissi beach 5 minutes from the hotel by walk

Perfect location, great services, delicious food and adults only! Good quality beds and linen, clean room! Perfect view to the see from the 501 and the jacuzzi on the balcony is a great idea! 😀 Free parking at the front of the hotel

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and cleaned daily, air-conditioned, and equipped for making basic drinks (coffee, tea)

The beds were fairly comfortable, although in my opinion the pillows could be better. As for the stay itself, I have absolutely no complaints. If I were to return to that region of Cyprus, I would choose this hotel again

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Leonardo Crystal Cove Hotel in Cyprus. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The food was outstanding – delicious, varied, and always fresh

The apartments themselves feature a fantastic outdoor BBQ area, perfect for self-catering. The kitchen was well-equipped with plenty of utensils and a large fridge, making it easy to prepare meals

The best part of fluorosis’ gardens is the pool area plenty of sunloungers sunny all day and always able to get a bed

The downstairs area was lovely and spacious, with a kitchen/diner and lounge. If we were to visit again with three children, we would opt for the villas across the road for the extra bedroom

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Flouressia Gardens in October 2023 as a family of five. Our only regret is not booking directly with them rather than using a third party website

First thing I noticed was strong smell of cooking from apartment above but only noticeable in the communal area once in the bungalow I couldn’t smell anything

This little apartment hotel situated near the beach offers everything you need - a small kitchenette with the necessities, cleaning every day, a pool, the possibility to order a simple breakfast, a bar and a great location with walking distance to the old town

But what makes it stand out is definitely the staff - kind, caring and helpful and they just make a great effort to ensure your trip and stay becomes a little bit better!

Had breakfast it’s €10 and ok, a fixed menu with fried eggs, coffee machine coffee is poor there are great coffee shops nearby instead aswell as great brunch / breakfast places

Very good location. Close to park and boardwalk! great attitude. they gave us coffee and sent us off early in the morning. The room was cleaned every day!

The gym was also pretty good, with lots of Hoist weight machines, but sadly, no free weights (no dumbbells). Also a good range of high-quality cardio gear

From day-to-day enquiries to organising transport to and from the wedding venue, the staff were always friendly, polite, and eager to help

It’s perfectly located on the outskirts of Ayia Napa — close enough to town, yet peaceful and relaxing. We couldn’t praise the staff enough

A nice hotel but has no soul, no music playing, entertainment is terrible and no entertainment at all on Sundays, the food choice is good but it doesn't deliver on being hot or cooked just right, meat is dry etc

Great rooms, great seafront location midway between Ayia Napa and Nissi Beach, super friendly and helpful staff. Food variety and quality was great

Everything in walking distance! Have to say a very clean hotel and service is excellent and food. A couple of niggles like no disability toilets or toilets by pool

The only negative was the slight inconvenience of no WC facility at pool / reception / restaurant level - you needed to go either 1 floor up or down

Positive things def gym got aircon and water and very decent set of equipment very positively surprised. There is a volleyball pitch and beach is close enough. Very friendly bartenders and restaurant staff

The Sun Hall hotel is excellently situated for sight seeing (bus terminal about 5 mins from hotel for info and rover ticket passes or buses stop up from hotel). Right across thd road from a sandy beach

The location is excellent, right next to the seaside promenade, and close to both the Intercity long-distance bus station and the Larnaca bus station

The room was clean and had a nice mattress. Not so much on the pillow. Great shower pressure.

The pool area at the hotel is licated down 5 steps so if you need so not accessible for wheelchair users (something the hotel could remedy by providing a ramp) but then the pool is accessed by "ladder type" steps

Asked for a sea view, and the view was amazing. Nice rooms, good bar, good breakfast, good service, decent sized pool and the hotel is in a great location next to the beach and next to all the nightlife and shops

Lovely hotel breakfast very nice rooms lovely and staff very nice. Round the pool was nice and staff looked after us very well . Rooms very clean. The only bad thing was our shower was not very powerful

We found the staff on reception friendly and helpful and although there are issues with late check out we were offered full use of the facilities near the spa to get a shower (I was the only person in there) and storage for our cases until our flight that evening

3 minutes walk to the sea front and a beautiful walk to the harbour area with stunning views of the coast line and sea. The hotel is in the most perfect position for the restaurants and bars and the sea front

Tired but OK Generally reasonable property that is definitely showing its age. Could use some renovations, but it has everything one needs for a reasonably good stay. Breakfast buffet was good and plentiful

Just one general comment: Regarding the Spaghetti Napolitan, it’s supposed to be mostly pasta and tomatoes. In my case, it was mostly pasta and red peppers, with very few tomatoes

I had a lovely time at the hotel on a B&B basis. The room was big and clean and tidied every day. The pool area was excellent with lots of beds a great pool

Solid simple hotel in a great location on the boardwalk. Good breakfast, attentive housekeeping, simple but comfortable rooms with balconies

I had a few evening meals and the food was ok with a good chance. All the the staff were very professional and very friendly

No toiletries provided and the towels were rather worn out, and weirdly there's a big vacant lot between the hotel and the sea, but overall the property is great value
