First thing you notice is a immaculately clean hotel. The floor sparkled and areas were clean. The staff were falling over themselves to help and ensure your holiday was the best it could be

Whilst we encounter an issue with food heat it was sorted swiftly and the quality of food was superb and varied for everyone

Overall I had a great time at papouis hotel , my shower room stunk of excrement and urine for the whole time I was there , i assumed it was a plumbing issue , as I was alone i put up with it

Beautiful hotel clean great staff Food not to my taste but always found something just a shame it closed an was sent to the dump that is the narcissos waterpark

Apart from that everything was fine and all the staff were lovely

We have stayed for 10nights the hotel is immaculate rooms are clean and newly renovated bathrooms with walk in shower also newly renovated no storage for longer clothing rooms bit on the small side but we managed ok plenty of electric points and a refrigerator in room

* right at the start of the strip and close to all amenities so easy for anyone with walking/ mobility difficulties * Modern and stylish hotel * Pool area looks clean, comfy sun loungers and a nice pool with swim up bar ( although we didnt use it as water was too cold in october) * staff gave service with a smile and was polite and friendly * the deck bar at the front of the hotel is nice and clean...

I flushed 3 or 4 times but there was still a yellowish colour to the water and a smell of urine (not good when you're hungover)

We then clocked the mop buckets when we came back from breakfast and just after they had cleaned our room, the water was black so we think that they don't change the water regularly enough causing the musty smell, we stopped baby from crawling around as much as we could, his feet and knees were filthy after crawling around the floor

Others in our group didn't really notice anything wrong with the cleanliness (but their rooms were cleaned earlier than ours) but we all noticed that the towels we had left on the bathroom floor (to be changed) were folded and hung up again

* room cleanliness - the maids did attend daily they swept, mopped and made made our beds each morning but the following could have been highlighted for us due to having a toddler crawling around

we found the room to be very dusty - you can see the dust floating in the daylight and when we put our phone down to charge there was a layer of dust on it when we picked them up again

The hotel service was excellent, making us feel right at home. The breakfast was also very good. I hope to stay here again next time I come back

Nicely appointed hotel in a good location not far from Finikoudes beach and St Lazarus church. Nice pool deck but unfortunately closed from Nov 1 - disappointing as no real alternative outside space

Staff very pleasant, courteous and helpful. But for pool deck issue would have given 5 stars

I don’t think the hotel has lived up to the Indigo standards. It was not bad in terms of the design, but very small and basic, not the typical Indigo that I had expected

Very good hotel - highlights are the staff, service is excellent and. It's a little far away from the nearest town - but there are restaurants around - Sultan across the street is highly recommended

Such a fabulous day spent at this wonderful hotel having afternoon tea with my wonderful friends the sandwiches cakes etc were excellent and service spot on,, they could not do enough for us

Lovely pool area with plenty of beds. Good choices at breakfast, freshly prepared eggs/omelets etc. We had one evening meal at the hotel, simple food, very nice and reasonable price

The room was clean and tidy, the service was very good, and they even offered us tea and coffee for free.

Nice facilities with excellent pools, water park and beach. We stayed in a bungalow which was infested with mosquitoes and smelt of sewerage. Dining was acceptable however seemed to be catering for 1000 people at a time

The location of the hotel is very good. Activities for children fill the whole day. The staff is friendly but the number of staff is not enough for the guests. The cleaning is of medium quality

They have clean rooms and beach is great but animations could be funnier. There’s nothing to do after 10pm.

The food is delicious and the varieties are sufficient. The aqua parks are sufficient for children

We only experienced a few issues with room service. Room cleaning needs some improvement

This part was quiet, with a lovely large pool, a nice clean apartment in small white washed blocks with comfortable beds and terrace. The staff was particularly helpful and Vasilis in particular was excellent

Nice staff, huge rooms, good buffet breakfast, amazing value when staying in low season (Feb). Good location, about 10 min drive from the waterfront and the tombs. Shower temperature was variable

We stayed in a swim up room, which was nice. The bed was comfortable and breakfast good. Loved the shower gel.

If you want you can also access the holiday ‘fishing’ village part adjacent with its large lagoon pool and water park for kids - which is marketed as a different hotel and indeed feels totally different - but if you really liked the tranquility of this bit of the complex you won’t like that as it is crowded noisy and busy

We were quite lucky with weather as for the beginning of March) The resort was approximately empty when we first arrived. We had a lovely view from the balcony and great kitty friends 😍Will definitely come back soon 😌

Some times of the day it was great, other times it never heated past lukewarm. There was a luggage room that you could use but it was unmanned and unlocked

There was a great selection of food at each meal time and the food was of a very good standard. The room was modern, very clean and the beds very comfortable

Breakfast and dinner options were good, and the overall offerings were quite satisfactory — there was always something for everyone. Unfortunately, a major downside was the construction work happening nearby

It is very cool that on the last day, we had a plane in the evening and they allowed the women to stay until the evening at the pool, we left our things in the luggage room, swam all day and then even took a shower and got ready for the road

Nice hotel with great location. Breakfast was good and dinner excellent. A little odd is the glassdoor for the bathroom which you can see through. Bed is good and there is also a little balcony

A nice hotel in Paphos Harbour close to the promenade. Lots of restaurants nearby. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good and served in the nice garden.

The Room wasn't good as expected, a bit too pricey. The Room also wasn't properly cleaned, during our stay. The location is great though.

The hotel is not far from the beach. Winter is the off-season, so the surrounding area is not very lively. The room is not big, but it has basic facilities. The hotel front desk was very polite

Large adult pool and smaller child pool, with evening entertainment some nights, Buffet breakfast was good if lacking some bacon Very noisy connecting corridors to rooms, banging room doors from early morning , cleaning staff making a lot of noise early morning in corridors

Rooms were clean however we were given the smallest room despite we have 2 little babies. Overnight stay is 4000 tl including breakfast and dinner. It seems like a very good value however they dont even give you a water

Do not expect a lay on in the mornings a cleaning staff knock on room door a 08. Evening meal was boring luke warm at best and catered for mostly Turkish guests a complete lack of European food

Additionally, there is only 1 pool which is not big enough and it becomes very dirty towards afternoon. Lastly, food is fairly good but they dont replace the finished items in the buffet

Modern recently built hotel with lavish lobby ,rooms were good size ,good air con, good wifi, good size bed and wardrobe space

My place for calm and peace in the Cyprus mountains. This hotel is really luxurious, you can feel it from first step into it, all stuff super friendly and helpful, everything so beautifully decorated and made

The spa can be crowded on weekends. You may even have to stand in line. On Monday morning, the spa was noisily cleaning, but guests were still allowed in.

This is not our first time here, the spa area and the suites themselves are very cool. Meeting the sunrise is simply incredibly beautiful.

The stay was absolutely perfect!!! Amazing staff takes care of every little detail and in every hour possible. We had an amazing time!!!

The only other thing was that the sunbeds get limited sun throughout the day, perhaps it's the time of year but the shade appears very quickly so you constantly have to move around to stay in the sun

What a lovely hotel! We had the most relaxing stay and we definitely needed! From the moment we arrived until the day we left - we felt welcomed and treated so kindly! Thank you so much to all the staff! Our rooms were simple, but clean and with everything we need! Food and pools were more than amazing and we highly recommend this place to everyone!

A lovely stay here and worth the money. Food was superb, not too many options which sometimes means a sacrifice of quality. The service was impeccable, from the bar staff to the chefs

We really felt like we were being spoiled! The service was also wonderful and every staff member that we interacted with was so kind. Shoutout to the manager and the life guard at the pool - both women were so helpful

The only downside is that the rooms are quite small so there is nowhere to store luggage without it being in plain sight. The pool was also freezing which is a shame, a heated pool would have been great

Cannot fault this hotel at all. Spent (a far too short!) 6 nights at Cavo Zoe last week, and loved it from the moment we stepped into the lobby

The location is excellent with nisi bay and Ayia Napa centre walkable or bus which are regular. The beach directly outside the hotel is clean and safe. All in all I would highly recommend

I can not think of anything negative to say about this hotel. The staff are amazing and can not do enough to make an enjoyable stay. The general manager checks on guests every day which is a lovely personal touch

The hotel is practically on a beautiful beach about a 10 minute walk to nissi beach if you want to party! This is my 5th time here, I wouldn’t normally keep returning to the same place but this hotel and staff have won my heart, I’ll be back in 6 weeks with another friend

Week away for sun with girlfriends. This small adult hotel is fabulous, the staff are great and canny so enough for you. It has about 100 rooms and they are kept spotl esslclean

Check was smooth and swift and I was soon on my way to the room. Room was clean and spacious and had everything I needed. We were bed and breakfast and I was very pleased with the selection

The breakfast is superb and sets you for the day. The location opposite a small beach with clear water is perfect. Being on Nissi Avenue it has tavernas all around

Stayed here August 2020 and all I can say is the hotel is absolutely perfect! Everything is brand new, the hotel is beautifully decorated and all the staff are super friendly and can’t do enough for you! Would definitely recommend, we look forward to visiting again

Such a gem of a hotel friendly helpful staff , food very varied loads to choose from. Rooms clean and comfortable only downfall for me was it's just a little out of the way but wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Little things to think of as improvements would be iced coffee on the all inclusive, ice cream in the restaurant with the desserts, full length mirrors in the rooms and bedside tables with drawers or storage , more entertainment choices of an evening ( same acts every week got a bit monotonous ) … apart from that this hotel is one I return to again and again

Don’t listen to any of the bad reviews Staff are lovely, all of them very helpful and friendly. The hotel looks and feels brand new with hotel rooms in great condition

The entertainment needs some work although we were here early on in season the first week actually. With any all inclusive food becomes repetitive, but they is always choices and waitress served drinks lunch and dinner

Perfect place to stay! Villas is beautiful, clean with all necesary for a perfect stay in Cyprus. More over - support from the host is excellent

Beautiful villa well presented with a pool set in lovely garden area. We had a couple of nights in the villa and enjoyed a lovely meal and netflix movies relaxing in the modern lounge area

They even left fresh bakery in our villa three times during our stay and ordered us pizza on arrival catering for our dietary requirements. They surprised us with a wedding card and gift the day after the wedding

Everything we needed was supplied by our kind hosts who went over and beyond to ensure our stay was as perfect as it could be. Welcome pack was provided ,also a yummy orange cake from Anastasia

Our hosts were Mr Constantinos and Anastasia. The villa was very spacious and well equipped. We had a lovely pool and nice patio area. The hosts were very attentive, we were given a full operational tour of the villa

Well presented hotel, friendly accommodating staff with a great view. A good variety on the menu and the food was great. The rooms are clean and well thought out. Great for couples.

Nice self contained apartment with everything you need for a short stay, washing machine, iron, good modern smart tv, etc. Restaurant and facilities all nice but standout is the spa treatments

Restaurant nice lots of space, prices a little high but it depends how you look generally 10-15 euros for a pizza and a drink , for me ok. Although next door at the Resort I ate twice as much pizza and beer for less

My husband booked for my birthday couples hammam and massage package. It was 90 euro per person for two hours. The spa therapist were Balinese and very professional

Pool great , fit 140 cm a person feels safe in it. Comfortable sunbeds in general recommend !

The staff were absolutely incredible, from the domestic, bar, waitresses! Silvio and George were the best hosts, nothing was to much trouble, made our holiday so much fun

Although it was only a one-day stay, we were very pleased. The room's amenities were excellent. Because it was a separate suite, it was well-insulated from noise. Having its own entrance was a nice touch

Nice, clean and quiet hotel. Excellent breakfast and food in beach bar. And on the top of everything, very friendly personel.

We only did breakfast and it was fine, but a little more variation would be nice for a long stay like ours of 2 weeks. Ok drinks at the lounge and pool bar. Air conditioning in our room broke once in the evening

Super nice spot. Hotel is clean and nice. Right next to the beach and has a pool. If you go for the all inclusive you might get tired of the lunch menu if you stay for more than a week.
