The hotel was nice and in a great location. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was breakfast included with an ample selection of items. There was also free secure parking

Good location with friendly staff

The hotel facilities are new and well organized. The room has many electric sockets for charging various devices. Their receptionist, Carine was so helpful and always gave us warm greetings when we were in and out.

Room cleaned every day, breakfast choice is good, fried stuff, cereal, pastries or fruit. The staff are very helpful and many amenities close by. If you have a dog under 20kg, you can bring them, as we did

The place offers lovely, family-oriented lodging. The rooms are spacious enough and cleaned daily — plus you get a complimentary bottle of water every day. The pool is warm, clean, and absolutely perfect for children

They can jump, dive, swim — anything they like. Breakfast is sufficient and satisfying. You really feel at home here thanks to the cozy atmosphere and welcoming vibe. The staff is wonderful and always helpful

Wry beautiful place with wonderful amenities and very relaxing and chill outdoor pool/garden. FYI is one of the few pet friendly places you can stay in whole Ayia Napa. Very clean and great location.

Arrived early hours of the morning around 2am, after travelling all day, taxi dropped us at the closed part of the hotel, it then took us another hour to actually find reception, so automatically it was a bad start, got to reception and was greeted by a lovely guy who got us checked in prompt and helped us to our room

The Cypriot breakfast was absolutely FABULOUS! Every morning we were given amazing organic fruit and vegetables/salad grown from the garden on the hotel grounds. The produce just could not have been better

A calm and peaceful place to relax and enjoy the unique flowers on the way to the resort ad of course the resort itself which is wonderful to sit and meditate or to swim

We also thoroughly enjoyed the homemade bread and cakes and flat bread every morning and of course, some strong Turkish coffee! The hotel is situated in a perfect location, we didn't even end up hiring a car as we just used the Dolmous on the main road to get to Kyrenia and other places

It was our first time in Northern Cyprus and we stayed at the Topset hotel which has just been re-opened after two years of being closed due to the Pandemic

Bartender Antonis made the best pina colada, and Arnold and Irina made many good drinks and was so nice. The snack bar meny was the best snack bar meny I have ever experience, it was much better than a 5 star hotell

The staff at the reception is not very helpful (lacking English skills, not well-informed about anything). There was not much for children

Such a beautiful and nice hotel, the stuff are super nice especially Petrina, she's just amazing. There's a news owner and it feels so fresh, they really do they best that you'll have a blast of a holiday

Our double room was big enough with a nice balcony and AC included! Cleaning was good and done every day. Unfortunately, we haven't tried the pool, but many people did, and it looked great and very clean

We just came home after spending a week at Captain Pier Hotel. This is a really good 3 star hotel. The rooms were big and really nice and clean, The air condition worked perfect. The staff was really nice and helpfull

A lovely stay here and worth the money. Food was superb, not too many options which sometimes means a sacrifice of quality. The service was impeccable, from the bar staff to the chefs

The only downside is that the rooms are quite small so there is nowhere to store luggage without it being in plain sight. The pool was also freezing which is a shame, a heated pool would have been great

We only did breakfast and it was fine, but a little more variation would be nice for a long stay like ours of 2 weeks. Ok drinks at the lounge and pool bar. Air conditioning in our room broke once in the evening

Super nice spot. Hotel is clean and nice. Right next to the beach and has a pool. If you go for the all inclusive you might get tired of the lunch menu if you stay for more than a week.

Dining alfresco overlooking the bay in the evening was special. Staff were very helpful & polite. Beach is sandy, and has lovely bay with an outside restaurant, food very good. Pool is very big with plenty of sun beds

If you want to relax and enjoy the sun this beach is a great spot. We checked also the food on the restaurant that you can eat but we decided not to eat it. It was in our opinion too expensive and didn’t look so good

We visited for the day, as local beaches are litter-strewn in northern Cyprus it seems, but hotel-managed ones aren't. This is a lovely beach and facilities, great food, clean sea, and very lovely staff at the site.

Deniz Kizi and Golden Bay are adjacent to each other in an area called Karavas/Alsancak, North Cyprus. The sea is shallow and perfect for swimming. D Kizi has a lovely pool and the beach is shared with Golden Bay

Ideal accommodation in Nicosia. The room is clean and functional, the cooling is good, the location is good, and the staff are friendly. The hotel entrance has many steps, making it challenging to climb with suitcases.

Only one staff at breakfast who ignored me as I thought I had to give room no on entry. Dinner like breakfast was was not worth coming down for. My balcony looks onto someone's roof, not worth an extra 10 euros

Rodon Hotel & Resort We recently enjoyed a Four Night stay at Rodon Hotel & Resort which is situated at the top of the Village of Agros some 1100m above Sea Level

Breakfast choices were very good and the food was of a good quality and replenished regularly. We ate at the Hotel one evening and tried the Buffet which again had a good choice of dishes and decent value

A good base in the Troodos We stayed at the hotel for two nights in October and had an overall pleasant experience

Staff were generally helpful and efficient plus there were enough staff to cover all areas at all times. So so Peaceful and Tranquil and a Great stay in my view and I would certainly return
