We have recently returned from holidays in GS hotel. Overall, it is a good hotel, in great location, with a beautiful sea several steps away. There are, however, few points, that could be improved:
- Kitchen
Our short trip to Cyprus which was a wedding present from our relatives, turned out to be a pleasant surprise as we found ourselves at Grecian Sands Hotel! Extremely affable Welcome at the reception was a start of beautiful chain of events as meeting friendliest staff I’ve ever met in hotels
The rooms are very clean, modern and lovely looking. are restocked everyday and are by the white company which is such a nice touch. The food is really good and these lots of variety
I thought of five star hotels we have been to in east part of mediterranean, but couldn’t even compare the atmosphere which charmed us at this humbly four star hotel. Five Big Stars from me and my lovely wife! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Most importantly for me the beach is sooo nice. Bright blue crystal clear waters, very warm in September. The pool is also lovely and warm. There are always available sun loungers, great drink service on them as well
Comfy room with all necessities, great view, clear and shiny pool, cute seaside beach and Most important; modest and kind fellow guests. People here have genuine smile

Vety good hotell excellent service. Omly criticisms are totally deprndent on people using mobile phones for any hotel information
Pool area was gorgeous, with various pool options, including one with a swim-up bar, was not at all crowded eventhough we were there in peak season and service was good. Particularly loved the dining
The breakfast was perfect, with lots of choice, and the coffee was honestly the best! The beach is beautiful and the staff were very friendly and welcoming
No toilets in the msin foyer are all are only assessible by staires only. Finslly there are no chairs availabke to sit on on the beach only sunbeds. The sunbeds are too low for people mobility to use!!!!
The furniture is a little old-fashioned, but it actually adds some charm and didn’t take away from the comfort. Overall, a very nice and relaxing stay – we’d be happy to come back!
Having stayed at this hotel numerous times over the years , I cannot fault it ! Everyone is so friendly, welcoming, they look after you and cater to anything you might need

For dining, stick to the normal buffet and you can’t go wrong here, the food really was excellent there
Fly with tui from Manchester all went well picked up and dropped off at hotel first impression ok a little work going on outside hotel but tui did inform us before we fly and asked if we wanted to change hotel but it was not bad and did not hear it at the pool ect reception was what you would expect from a 4 star hotel 2 lovely ladies very polite she did forget our wristbands but was soon rectified...
5 miles from fig tree bay and protaras shops and bars along the sea front you can walk it as there is a walk way all the way about 45 to 50 mins there is nothing else around this hotel 1 shop and 1 restaurant up the road Bus stops outside hotel bus 102 to go to Ayia Napa and bus 101 to get back every 15 mins 2 euros each cash only no cards ect The servers in the hotel and restaurant was excellent...
Food: Although you will find always the same food in the morning, for dinner there are always "themes" such as Mexican, Greek, etc. You won't go hungry, and if you have special requests like we did, speak with Christoph
Stayed at the Golden Coast beach Hotel Pernera and I have to say it is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. Excellent rooms with all facilities included in the price
Hotel: The hotel is a bit old and it shows. Not terrible but it does need some renovation. Swimming pool(s): The outdoor swimming pool is big. Has a slide for kids and is cleaned daily
I stayed at Tofinis Apartments in September 2025 with a group of 10 people. Honestly, I was a bit worried beforehand because of some mixed reviews, but overall it was a good experience
The food was absolutely delicious, seriously one of the best parts of the stay. The drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, were amazing as well
On the bright side, the morning aerobics were fun, and there were plenty of activities and things to do around the hotel. There’s also a bus stop nearby, making it easy to explore the area
Eventually, another guest managed to kill it, and it stayed in the corridor for a few days. Finally, there’s a convenient shop right under the hotel with practically everything you might need
The only unpleasant incident was when a cockroach was crawling on my room door. I reported it to reception, and the staff said it had been dealt with, but it was still around
The pool was clean, and there were always sunbeds available, although some guests reserved them early in the morning even if they weren’t around all day
The frozen strawberry daiquiris were particularly good!! We had a meal at a la carte and it was amazingly good!! The Italian chef and his wife came out of the kitchen to greet guests, which was a nice touch
The food is outstanding and I am a very fussy vegetarian. The drinks are very good, the cocktail list is very good
the staff weren't particularly friendly or helpful apart from Maria in the restaurant she was a breath of fresh air. food was nice and a good choice but was never very warm
Arrived at the hotel late which meant we missed our evening meal and we were provided with sandwiches, fruit and cakes on our arrival, which was nice. The room was spacious, clean and had afabulous sea view
She is very entertaining and we giggled a lot! Night time entertainment was good, particularly Natalie and Alex and Greek night with Maria!! They were so good, I danced all night!! The floor was filled with guests, they were so entertaining! The bar staff were very attentive, taking drink orders, we hardly ever had to go to the bar! From cleaners all the way to the management, the staff couldn't...
Bed was very comfortable! Towels changed daily and room cleaned, beach towels provided in the room. The restaurant and bar service excellent, the staff are very friendly

Then he said cheese plate with some grapes is salad bar lunch @ € 16 which again I didn't ask for - soup, salads, cakes, fruit, cheese. Then he said he doesn't have what I would like in a la carte
For a relatively young men with yellow stained all over carries front teeth - yikes for restaurant , to overweight belly out he is hardly the image of upmarket beach resort corporate culture
THEROS restaurant has great atmosphere, lunches my favourite while still space for improvement. What client would like to oder client gets is the motto of high quality customer service
Not even a glass of wine if glass of champagne is out of their reach. Maria supervisor is true host but Marios manager of Theros looks like he is not belonging in NissiBlu
No I was never offered anything "on the hotel", meaning complementary during my many lunches here even though this is what most upmarket hotels do offer
Then one day I asked to order cheese plate and grapes, already on the buffet, and he suggested offers that didn't meet my would-be order
Near the beach. Old hotel. Old rooms. Free food of chosen all inclusive. Good price if you go extra season. When we went we didn't find the quality we expected for that price. We found it expensive!
Amazing Stay at Cali Hotel & Spa — Our Second Year! This was our second year staying at Cali Hotel & Spa, and we were not disappointed yet again
The hotel offers a very good price-performance ratio. We had a great stay, the rooms were cleaned every day. We had booked half board, especially the dinner was very varied and tasty
The food was outstanding, and the service was brilliant from start to finish. The restaurant staff were exceptional — warm, attentive, and always going the extra mile to make each meal special
We also visited the spa, where Panos provided a truly professional and relaxing massage. His skill and care made the experience unforgettable
Food is tasty and plenty of choice. Rooms are clean and perfect for holiday stay! The only problem there is no mini fridge in the rooms and because the weather is hot any drink you take up gets warm

The hotel has 4 themed restaurants and each with its own theme and a bit like going out to a restaurant. The main restaurant is okay and the food is not always hot, the breakfast is good
Our favourite part of the hotel was the newly built swim up bar which was manned by what seemed like our very own barman Ivo , the creator of the dirty banana cocktail. The sun shone and the cocktails flowed
We have just returned from a wonderful 4 day break at this hotel. We are more than familiar with the awful feeling of arriving at what should be a 4 star hotel and actually finding a 2 star mess
The whole experience was top notch. The staff where superb throughout the hotel. During our albeit short 4 day stay we didn't have one bad interaction with a staff member
The staffs on the front desk are helpful, but there are 2 that stood out for us, Eleni (Manager) and Dimitris they always smiled and greeted us whenever we walked past
If you wanted to go to Ayia Napa town, you can either catch a bus (2 euro each way) just outside of the hotel at the back or walking would take about 25mins
Very nice place we stayed 11 days.
Great and trendy helpful smiling stuff!
I love the location children can swim in pool and I in the sea and still using sunbeds together! 100% recommend.
Very good isolated room
Great family friendly and really calm hotel located bit far of Agia Napa center, which is good if you like spend your time chilling without crowds. Amazing location with two beautiful beaches few steps away
a perfect place to relax and feel the summer vibes, loved both beaches near the hotel. the food was amazing and the staff was actually the best in the whole world
This is my third time spending a holiday at this hotel with my now-adult children, and once again, I’m thoroughly impressed by the warm hospitality and genuinely friendly welcome we receive each time
As an emergency clinician working in a high-pressure environment with 13-hour shifts, I truly value a place where I can fully relax and recharge — and this hotel consistently delivers
the pools were clean and neat, the interior isn’t new but is has a certain vibe to it, it requires renovation though
Great stay, excellent service, friendly staff, delicious food at both buffet breakfast and hotel’s restaurant, great spa, spacious and spotless clean room. We’ll definitely come back.
The staff were amazingly helpful. Managed to move us to a much better room without any hassle whatsoever. A beautiful hotel from top to bottom.
We had a really nice weekend celebrating a special birthday. The resort is great, the staff were very friendly and helpful
The only thing is that there’s not much to do around the area and the hotel dining is quite limited
There is a stunning small chapel within the grounds. We selected a half board stay and found the restaurant food to be high quality and plentiful. The breakfasts had a lot of choice but we were less impressed
The staff were friendly and welcoming and we liked the bar. The spa was okay (sauna, steam and pool plus treatments) but the changing rooms were small

This hotel has friendly, helpful and efficient staff. The food is excellent - fresh, tasty & varied. It is clean & comfy with good access to its own sea cove.
For all who read opinions: ignore the negative ones, they are 5yo and older!
Amazing hotel:
+close to the sea, safe and lifeguarded beach
+a lot of sun-beds around the pool and in hotel areas, if you do not want to stay next to the pool you can relax on the grass areas around and enjoy the beautiful view
+food and drinks are so delicious, good selection, if you have all in some drinks are included...
It has both an outdoor and indoor pool. The gym is sort of small for the size of the hotel but enough equipment for a decent workout. The bar prices are quite good actually, cheaper than most beach bars outside the hotel
There's easy and direct access (walking distance) to a small cove where you can swim and snorkel
The views from the rooms with sea view are just amazing
Couldn't fault the attention to cleaning the hotel. Rooms are a good standard with huge bed. B&B stay so can't comment on the all inclusive food. You can upgrade to AI at the hotel but I recommend you go out
Breakfast was the usual choices. Hotel sits in a nice cove with access to the sea. Big swimming pool and lots of loungers. Wine not the best but to be fair wine tastes like sherry in all the restaurants

Location was good and close enough to walk to the harbour
Room only 4 stars because small. Hotel spotless. Staff are friendly and well trained. Great location. Sunbeds ...no worry you get allocated your beds on arrival and can keep them for your stay. No towels required!
Welcome and kind personnel, assistant waiters to accommodate my vegetarian meals I asked for eg. Peanut butter and banana.
The food is outstanding, so much choice and we love the themed nights, the hotel is so clean and well maintained, staff helpful and amazing, definitely stems from the management, manager is just simply the nicest most down to earth man you could meet
Just returned from a holiday in this wonderful hotel. Fantastic friendly staff who were always available for anything that was required. Superb room with sea view, amazing food
We have nothing but praise for this amazing place, will definitely be coming back to cyprus, paphos and definitely here

I particularly liked the draw containing the tea and coffee as it also had two beakers, two wine glasses and a wine/bottle opener. Food was of a very good quality with breakfast in particular being fantastic
Wonderful and excellenr hotel.really 5 star hotel.very good breakfast and dinner
It has all the amenities that you need including excellent WiFi, bottled water, a coffee machine, mini bar (chargeable), robes and slippers and an amazing waterfall shower
Excellent hotel, very serviceable and of a very high standard
A really beautiful hotel, excellent service, a little far from the center, a fifteen-minute walk, and the breakfast is reasonable and there is a large selection
Amarande hotel is simply amazing. Staff is polite and welcoming and the service was excellent. For any foodie out there, the breakfast has more variety than any person could ever hope for and the rooms are luxurious

Best hotel with a friendly atmosphere and the best personal. 100% I recommend Cynthiana Beach Hotel. No complains about this place
On the whole a good stay! But a few points to note, until i arrived i did not know my room was in a separate building to the rest of the hotel cthe Olympic Wing was nice but a trek from the bar and breakfast
great older but well kept hotel. a bit off the crazy paphos path, which is good. Small "real" beach area plus pool. I was upgraded to a "suite" so this was a very pleasant experience
Two good restaurants within easy walking distance and many more not much further. Close to a very good bus service
This hotel is in a stunning location. Well appointed, well furnished. Lunches and dinners good too with efficient service. Had a few problems with cleaning but it was easy to gain access to the General Manager Mr
Rooms were kept really clean although there was the odd thing that could have been smarter - rust on the lampshade, etc but nothing that would have spoiled the holiday in any way. Would certainly recommend it to others
The hotel is clean and beautiful. The service is great and the workers are kind. Great kitchen and good tasty food. The beach is clean and the water were nice. The only problem for us was the language
All the papers and the info writen in german only. There are lot of activities that we missed because of the misunderstanding. Thou wvery question we had we could ask the reception
Still could be better if we could read about the acticities of the day with out reaching the reception every day
What a fantastic hotel! Very friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms, a very comfortable bed, and the food is truly fantastic! We've stayed in all-inclusive hotels before, but never had such good food! There's a nice pool, a bar with a wide selection of drinks, and the location is also great
The hotel is in a very good location, with a large parking area nearby where it was always easy to find a space (in March)
The food was excellent — the variety and quality would easily match many 4–5 star hotels in places like Tenerife. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and understanding
The rooms were spacious, clean, and well equipped, with shampoo and shower gel available. In the evenings there were organized activities such as mini disco and shows, even outside the main season
Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was very spacious for a 4 member family. The hotel though feels a bit outdated and screams for renovation. If you are on a budget this is probably a good option
During breakfast you serve drinks yourself, at lunch you collect them from a service counter, and at dinner the staff ask what you would like to drink at the table

The service was okay, and the breakfast was good. However, after cleaning the room the next day, the hotel didn't replenish any toiletries, including water and towels. The packaging of the toiletries also wasn't very new
Location is Excellent. Amazing breakfast and very friendly staff. Coming back soon.
She was also checking up on me if I needed any request. She has great level of listening and communication skills. She has always given me key recommendation in where to go in limassol. Alexandria keep up the great work
The Christmas decorations were absolutely beautiful without exaggeration, some of the nicest and most tasteful ones we’ve seen in a hotel. You could really feel the festive atmosphere everywhere
Came here with my friend for a short stay and honestly didn’t expect to fall in love with this place so quickly. From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming and thoughtfully done
One detail that really stayed with us was the painting in the lobby where we had breakfast. It completely took our breath away and made our mornings feel extra special

For example, the tap in the bathroom was heavily stained, the balcony door was broken and could not be closed properly, and the YouTube function on the TV stopped working after we moved rooms
Other 5-star hotels that I have stayed at in the UK have offered some kind of small gesture. Overall, service & breakfast buffe is 5 stars but the room itself I would only give 4 stars
I also booked this staycation for my birthday and was expecting a small surprise from a 5-star hotel, as they could see my DOB at check-in, but there was nothing
I chose this hotel because I thought it was relatively new, but the TV was not even a smart TV, and the YouTube function relied on the hotel’s own system
We could not be bothered to change rooms again, so we did not report this issue
However, some features in the room were a bit outdated
Paphos, Tombs of the Kings Ave, 8063 Pafos, Rayon Pafos, Kipr 🧭 Map
Breakfast was ok with a huge spread of food but the hot fry up breakfast was cold and there was a big queue for the coffee machine. Fabulous pool and very clean, with a good bar
Nice hotel by a beautiful beach and good restaurants close by
I m quite happy with this hotel (have visited 2024 and 2025) for weekend stays. The check-in process was smooth and the overall feeling us discrete but always alert service
Additionally there is 1 iron and ironing board for the whole hotel which is pretty inconvenient. Aside from that, the place was extremely pretty and situated on the beach which was fantastic
Nice hotel, clean and impressive entering the lobby. Unfortunately the rooms are not 4 star and the balcony has seen better days. However the room was clean and spacious
Venus beach hotel
Very much a 5* hotel on the outside, good looking, good location on sea front. Great pool and facilities with view of beach. There is a small gym and games room. Staff are attentive and friendly

Fantastic staff and a lovely , comfortable hotel. Plenty to do on the complex. You get taxied about in golf carts.
Everything was as it should be, thank you.
Best and luxury hotel ever I have been stayed if you want to be relaxed and refreshing your mind choose merit hotel at Cyprus , perfect location ,Respectful staff, service is perfect, great pool , landscape design is so cool
The service was mediocre and didn't match the price. It was an all-inclusive hotel, but the food selection was limited, especially since the bars offered almost no "free extra charge" items
At the beginning we were a bit skeptical because of the size and because all inclusive was only bookable. But that was done on arrival. Very warm welcome at check-in, very simple. The room was very clean, large, quiet
Room service was extremely slow; I had to call repeatedly to follow up. There were many swimming pools, and the water was clean
