Hotel are complete fraud. The facility is not working. The hotel was booked a couple of months ago, but I received the notification about the hotel change an hour before the flight. The hotel has not been open for a year, but they are still issuing reservations on booking. Booking also did not inform that the hotel was not working, but accepted the reservation and took the money from the account.

Just back from a week here with the children. Grumbles first: Enjoyed the break but the hotel could really do with a facelift. Rooms were dirty and invaded by ants, bed linen full of stains and we were covered in bites by the end of the week. Room cleaning was sporadic at best, and cleaning staff didn’t know how to smile. Had to take our own loo roll off their trolleys as they never topped up the room! Water park was closed but a free and regular bus was laid on to a nearby hotel to use their facilities, although we were not too fussed. It probably shouldn’t be advertised as having a park if it’s shut though. Food was fine if you ate meat, but very limited choices for vegetarians and forget it if you are vegan. Lived on plain pasta, chips and salad most of the week! Positives: The location is fantastic with the beach right outside the hotel. Pool was large with no troubles getting loungers. Most of the hotel staff were helpful and cheerful, and the weather was lovely for late October. Entertainment was hit and miss and was over by Midnight but then it seems to be family oriented hotel so not unexpected. Despite the negatives we had a lovely week away. I just feel the hotel should probably be advertised as 3 star. If they just need to improve the cleaning regime and food options.

Honestly, I'm so glad I didn't change hotel after reading some of the comments on here. Honestly one of the best places I've been, location is fantastic, staff are friendly , beeches around are all great ( as long as you walk to the right), food is much better than I anticipated after reading reviews on here. I have 2 fussy eaters and they always find something they like. Only reason it's not 5* you can see wear and tear on the building... public toilets look like old staff ones opened up to us when the proper ones broke, could do with a little freshen up. PLEASE DONT AVOID ITS LOVELY HERE

The hotel was advertised as a holiday village but was more like a village of the damned. Food was inedible for an all inclusive resort. Rooms disgusting with left overs from previous occupancies still under beds and sofas, food remains due to lack of cleaning. Fresh towels with blood on them. The pool surround so sharp that you cut yourself getting out, Bar closes at 12, and if you are later they turn the lights off so as to say time to go. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a holiday without living in squalor. Please avoid for your sake.

Apart from the friendly staff this has got to be the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Completely gutted that we paid a few thousand pound based on the description of the hotel given on love holiday website and it not delivering or meeting my expectations. Total false pretenses advertising the water park that wasn’t even open. Baring in mind we booked around the water park being on site as we’re travellong with 4 children, one of whom disabled and another just 2 years old. The waterpark had been shut down for over 2 months due to needed repairs and for health and safety reasons. We were never informed of this and weren’t given an opportunity to perhaps change our accommodation choice. The food was so bad, we skipped majority of meal times and ate out. In the end I didn’t even get up for breakfast because there was no point in going down for it, as what was being served was some of the worst food I have ever encountered. Even the waiting restaurant staff said to me, that it’s so bad there and that when they are on shift they never eat the food there. The only food that was edible was the homemade chips from the snack bar. The beds were broken and missing slats, it was the worst most uncomfortable nights sleep. My back was in agony, crippled and I needed to take strong pain killers to manage my back pain caused by the beds. The cleaning was poor, rooms were never once swept or mopped in a week. It was hit or miss whether the maid would leave clean towels. One time she left 2 clean towels for 5 of us. Odd. Thick Cobwebs in every corner of the room. The glass on the balcony was filthy and thick with grime marks. The balcony itself (tiles) were dirty. The shower when on flooded the whole bathroom. The room has no cups or teaspoon to make tea and coffee but had a kettle. The lift in main reception was out of order so no good if you can’t take the stairs or are a wheelchair user or have a pram. On arrival after a evening flight and long delays, hungry, tired and thirsty we were told to help ourselves to the driest cheese and ham sandwich , the ham looked and tasted about a month old. The cheese was like soft plastic. I could cry how much we spent on our holiday with our savings after not having a holiday in 3 years and it was the worst. I feel completely conned and disappointed. I would never visit again and certainly would never recommend to anyone.

I don’t normally review things as I’m quite easily pleased but felt this was very much needed and justified. We arrived at midnight with 3 children. Staff on reception are very friendly and gave us all sandwiches on arrival. Arrived at our room which was roasting hot..after several attempts the air con did not work..most of the unit was taped up and batteries taped too remote. Reception sent security up which informed us to change room however the extra bed was in that room and the only option was for my husband to carry it two blocks down-not ideal! The room is basic as is the food which is expected from a 3* hotel but the dining room had no aircon working despite 3 units in there so you could barely spend longer than 15mins in there. The pool area has a bar and food area and this food was probably better than the restaurant however the pints were served in tiny plastic cups not full and just pointless. Only ever one member of staff at the bar which was clearly very overwhelmed by their workload. Cleaners were friendly and present every day but clearly short staffed and the bed was made and towels changed every few days..the bathroom/sinks/floors/toilet was not touched in two weeks to the point I had to buy my own bleach and Clean it myself despite reporting it to reception. The pool in the hotel is large and good depth for children as not too deep and allowed use of floats etc. This was cleaned every day but the area around the pool is poorly maintained. Steps removed at one point due to being so loose and sharp edges, loose grills and sharp edges to pumps. No where near enough sunbeds for the amount of people staying there and half the ones there and umbrellas were broken and unusable. No management of sunbed saving so people putting putting them out the night before! Be aware although 6 lifeguards are present at the pool they are sat completely out of view of the pool, sat in against the wall in a circle vaping, taking pics of each other and messing around. No diving signs everywhere yet they spend most the day filling each other diving in. Worrying in a large family complex. The biggest disappointment is the water park which we booked this for was closed and clearly had been for a while with no signs of reopening at all. A bus was put on but not food and drink available for free at this hotel and nowhere to sit. Very Poor! The location is good between the town and beaches. We hired a car which is highly recommended. I would not stay at this hotel again but would return to this beautiful country and ayia napa-fantastic holiday destination

Excellent food, nice polite staff always a smile on their faces and helped with everything that we needed. There was a show on every night. Very enjoyable family place, had animators during the day and night for children. I denifinately will come again.

We booked this hotel under the assumption that it had been re vamped , there were 22 of us and I can honestly say that this is the worst hotel we have ever stayed in! The sun beds are mostly all broken and need replacing as they are torn and have metal screws sticking out. The pool is freezing cold and has plasters floating in it . The inside bar wasn’t open and the Pool bar constantly ran out Vodka, Hot chocolate and juices. The staff are absolutely lovely and I really felt for them as they clearly worked very Hard Especially Dorina Andreas they catered for our every need and always had a smile and a greeting to my Grandaughter. This is listed as a 3 star hotel BUT I would list this is as a 1 star at best! I am never ever negative about places we go to unless it’s justified and can honestly say if you have time to change your holiday , do it! Unless your happy with kids kicking footballs against the wall at 2 in the morning and people shouting & swearing at each other because they are totally Hammered in front of their children as they’ve been drinking since the bar opened! This is an honest Review…..

Nice little 3 star food average at meal times .. drinks good. Hotel itself is ok for 3 star but Needs a lot of renovation esp the water park very tired looking . The first room we stayed in had a massive hole in the wall and wasn’t that clean but we got moved to a better room. Cleaners came round but not everyday . Was ok for a cheap get away. But I wouldn’t go back

The food tastes really bad. Most of it is room temperature and tasteless junk, the only edible things are the spring rolls. Dessert is also a joke. Dry, old-tasting cake or iced water, milk and flavour syrup in a cup are your choices on that one. The whole dining room is unsanitary and looks outdated and unpleasant.

The WC is stained yellow and the taps have corrosion on them. You can only get one card per room and the card is required to be in the room in order to get electricity. Also, the card slot is designed so you can't put any other card besides the room card there or it will not turn on electricity.

Despite having the all inclusive thing, towels cost extra. Tap water is not drinkable and the hotel does not supply bottled water, so the options are either to take water from the bar in cups or "buy from supermarket" as the receptionist said.

The one positive thing I can say about this place is that it was walking distance away of the Nissi beach.

Definitely not recommending this and also will be my last trip here, ever.
