Where do I begin! We got married here in October 2025 and stayed for 2 weeks. The wedding ceremony venue is beautiful overlooking the sea, Thalassa for the reception is amazing. Charlotte the wedding planner goes above and beyond, our day was outstanding! Such a lovely hotel and amazing staff. Everyone was so helpful and friendly! Sadly our last visit to this hotel we have been here 5 years running and thought I had found the best place I had ever been to and that was the case until the last visit. The wedding parties that were there ruined the whole holiday for us and for many others. A few of the guests were drunk from early on in the morning and as the day went on got louder and louder. Fantastic location with exceptional staff. Hotel is immaculate and the food was great. Plenty of lovely places to walk to and are close by. Lovely scenery with a view of the sea that you wake up to every morning. If you are looking for nightlife? Protaris is just up the road

We had a lovely spacious room with great sea views. The meal we had in the a la Carte restaurant was devine. One of the best meals we've ever had. I have to mention the pancake lady. Who not only made delicious omelettes but was one of the loveliest people I've met. Also the lovely room maid who did a great job of keeping our room clean.

Hotel ok. End of season specialty restaurants cloed down on Wednesday. Only one bar area open very noisy. Reception staff ok except for one person who was not very helpful. FANTASTIC PLACE... Away on vaccation and feel lik you are at home with your familly. The staff in restaurants are outstanding, they make you feel so good and at home. Lovely hotel.The beach it backs on to is amazing. Location is perfect. With plenty parking. When I stayed kids where running up and down 8am so if that bothers you properly wouldn't be the place for you. Great if you have a family and like to get up early on holiday.

A typical three star hotel with overworked but very very friendly staff. Unfortunately, the hotel is also understaffed in general and that's why the hotel is dirty, in some places filthy. The rooms are old fashioned with old furniture but the food is good. The service personnel were awesome and very helpful. Would I go back? This is close to a public beach but it is not a private beach. The hotel doesn't have porters so we need to carry your own luggages up and down. Maybe a problem for older clients. The hotel is clean but doesn't have restaurants. The surrounding areas have many restaurants so not a big issue.

I am here now and have been woken up at 0730 once again by the unbearable noise generating from the building work at the marina directly next to the hotel. There are major woks going on including pile driving which is very loud and subsequent noise from the many heavy plant vehicles. The pre travel notifications from jet2, stating this work would not affect our holidays are nonsense.

Cracked wall tiles where the bathroom mirror has been drilled to be fitted and the tiles have been broken. I have recently returned from this hotel and couldn’t recommend it to family and friends enough! When we arrived our flight was delayed so didn’t get to the hotel until 4am however the night duty staff booked us in and provided us food and water so we didn’t go hungry free of charge. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay. The restaurant offered a good variety of food, everything was tasty, and the waiters were extremely kind. Fantastic location, lovely beaches and coastal walks from the doorstep, with excellent bus service directly outside the hotel. The hotel was luxurious, spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds. Special mention to the wonderful staff, the reception staff who were so helpful and the catering team and cleaners who worked so hard to give us a brilliant holiday.

Lovely stay, very clean, good food and perfect location with frequent reliable buses. Some beautiful beaches nearby, most had toilets and showers.

Clean rooms and friendly staff. The hotel lobby smells amazing and is so clean. Bar staff are so efficient and friendly. Good selection of drinks on offer and reasonably priced. Nice pool area and beach virtually next to the hotel. Lots of other beaches close by to chose from.

Clean hotel with great location

Very amazing entertainment team! Everyday there were fun activities to take part in. Super nice atmosphere. The rooms were quite nice. I think the location of the hotel is perfect. I would definitely recommend everyone to go here because it’s safe, beautiful and fun. I would love to come back!
