The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and professional, always with a smile. The pools and spa area are excellent and perfect for relaxation

Large supermarket on site which sold hats, swimwear snacks and drinks. Several pools, one with a flume and one large indoor heated pool (seasonal) The hotel is located beside a sandy beach

Everything is perfect! Every part of the hotel is clean, the food is varied and delicious! Sweets, you don't know who is better than who! :) The staff is really friendly, from the maids, to the receptionists, to the waiters, cooks, managers! The beach and the COLOR OF THE SEA are wonderful! We will come again in the summer for sure! :)

I have been meaning to write this review since May when I stayed at the Adams Beach Hotel. The service here is truly amazing, and every member of staff goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome

The food was tasty with a good variety, and everything was well organized. Even during the winter season, the atmosphere was calm, cozy and very pleasant

Perfect choice for couples and anyone looking for a relaxing and high quality holiday. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to come back

This hotel is amazing! The room, different pools, entertainments, food and drinks, location, close to the lovely beach, staff and everything basically was just wow! Food in the reasturant was different every day, live cooking, so fresh and always filled up! Small playground, serveral poolbars and a great play area for bebies and younger kids with water games and slides

8am or sooner all sunbeds are taken or covered with a towel and most not used during the day despite notices saying they will be removed, they are not!

We stayed in a family room with pool view, second floor in the bungalows and we enjoyed it so much (private pool would have been prefered but our kid would never have stoped swiming😅) The views in mainbuilding looks amazing but we don't want to be dependant on an elevator

The food was good and the staff were kind and helpful. The main pool is the cleanest and the largest pool I've ever been and it is wonderful. Also the hotel itself was so clean everywhere

We spent a week end of October with family 2+2 and it was a great stay. The rooms and hotel are very clean, pool is nice and well maintained even the fitness club is very well equipped

Huge pool areas and rooms are gorgeous. A huge shout out for Rabin! Such a lovely, pleasant barman!

Other than the fact that we were told by our tour agent that the swim bungalows were adults only, this hotel is second to none. We come to cyprus several times a year and can safely put this in our top 3 hotels

Our favourite was Don Pepe, where Neophytus took great care of us throughout the meal—such a kind and genuinely lovely person to interact with. There were plenty of sunbeds available, making it easy to relax by the pool

Had a great meal in Aroma Restaurant Mare Ayia Napa. Hamid was extremely helpful. I follow a strict GF diet and the team were v helpful and accommodated me very well. Highly recommended. Thank you!

Our room was clean could not have asked for better. There is a lady at,Reception called Nahmeih she went over and beyond for myself and my Daughter. We will definitely be visiting again especially this Hotel

The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped — perfect for a relaxing family holiday. The pool area was great for both kids and adults, with plenty of loungers and shaded spots to unwind

All were absolutely beautiful The swim up bungalows with fully luxury amenities and vibes top location calm atmosphere and the food in the dining and in the restaurants was high quality with many options We definitely visit again Mare!

We have just returned from an Easter holiday break as a family of three we had a great time and found this hotel a very good base for our travels Food we found the good great great variety and great selection of snacks from the back bar just thought could if been a little hotter at times the food was cooler than we liked Drinks the alcohol variety was good and I enjoyed the sparking wine the soft...

The pools and surrounding areas are also cleaned daily. The whole hotel is always kept so clean and tidy. We felt that the entertainment was much improved this year

Great location for a wander to the beach or up to the resort centre but a great place to just chill at one of the pools. Rooms, food & drink outstanding

The chefs work so hard to provide great tasty food. At breakfast you can have an omelette freshly cooked which are always lovely. A big shout out to Mr Mario, Ali and George and the rest of the restaurant staff

Gino and his team were brilliant and we saw some good new acts too. The food is always fantastic with so many different choices. The desserts are especially good (if you have a sweet tooth like me)

We did have a couple of small issues once, but as soon as we let reception know, these were quickly sorted. Rooms are spotless and cleaned everyday. Housekeeping always greet us with a big smile

We were immediately taken care of and shown where all facilities were located: restaurants, cafes, sitting areas, spa & indoor pool. The rooms were a standard size, clean and bright with a walk-in glass shower

The hotel room was overlooking the beach and pool area, which was lovely and quiet we had no issues getting on the sun lounger four poster daybeds with curtains by the private pool

Positives first the hotel is modern and immaculately clean! The staff are fabulous and friendly the pool area lovely and the entertainment staff work very hard

Upon arriving, during check in, two lovely welcoming friendly staff members instantly gave us an upgrade to the Keliva luxury suite. We were then driven across to our new accommodation and It was absolutely stunning

Everything in the room was operated by an electric panel, it had electric curtains that when opened revealed breathtaking views of the beach and ocean with a very large balcony

There’s a shop attached to the hotel with everything you could think of. Perfect location , beach is just crossed the road with the best bars. We did not notice any noise during the night and felt really safe

The hotel also has bikes you can rent for €10 for the day, which is good fun and something different to do! Ayia Napa is only a short bus journey away with the bus stop practically outside the hotel, which again was convenient and great! You can always walk there, with lots of shops along the way to look in

What an amazing hotel! It is absolutely spoless , food is amazing and so much choice for vegetarian , gluten free , kids menu… you name it The hotel is huge and they have everything for families/kids

Our first visit to Cyprus as a couple, the hotel was clean and rooms spacious. The grounds were immaculate and location is a 2 minute walk to Nissi Beach which has plenty of bars and restaurants

3rd visit in a year the hotel is excellent staff are friendly shocked that they knew what i drank and said welcome back and even knew where i sat in the adults restaurant ,the hotel is clean food excellent and staff go the extra mile, already booked for june 2026 can't wait,last time wad upgraded wow what an experience

let's start with a room that was spacious, clean and smelled really nice. The shower is also spacious and super clean with a side balcony overlooking the sea. the gym, pool, sauna and jacuzzi

The hotel was clean and well maintained. The staff was overall very friendly, especially Preet, the spa lady, and the ladies at the towel station

She was incredibly attentive and proactive, recognized me on the second day, and made sure every morning that I received soy yogurt. Even when I asked someone else, she noticed immediately and stepped in

The sunbed reservation system is a real highlight, making mornings much more relaxing without having to look for available loungers

Upon arrival, they gave me the wrong room and insisted it was the correct one — my sea-view room had actually been given to other guests, and I could only move into it the next day. Not ideal after a full day of travel

On the positive side, Rapahels Restaurant was excellent, offering classic Cypriot dishes in vegan versions. Even if you are not vegan, the dishes are impressive! My boyfriend is not vegan and was amazed, too

The Chef has excelled offering new and delicious menus, especially with a few unexpected and delicious surprises. Cleanliness maintained throughout the hotel. Pool areas kept spotless and supervised

A few steps or path to a beautiful beach. Soft sand and crystal clear water. (Beach sunbeds not part of hotel) My husband enjoyed playing table tennis. There was always someone to play a game

Activities through out the day (pool area games amazing) Location is perfect if you prefer to stay in your hotel and like quieter locations, To access the hustle and bustle of ayia napa it's roughly 10 mins in a taxi

This was our third time stay at this beachfront hotel, and once again it did not disappoint. The location is perfect, with beautiful sea views and easy access to the beach. The atmosphere is always relaxing

The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and very welcoming. I especially appreciate the peaceful environment and the attention to detail throughout the property. It truly feels like a home away from home

Enough sunbeds for everyone, not allowed reservations with towels before 8:00am. The pools nice and ground areas clean and well maintened. Also the hotel premises and corridors where clean and smelled fresh

For a bottle of wine charged triple the price I do deserve at least some peanuts. - At elegance rooms there was nowhere to hang the hand towel except behind the door. More hooks needed next to the sinks

-The beach was dirty during my stay with plastic bags and other human plastics… even a tampon was floating next to me…discusting. The hotel pool attendats should clean the beach everyday

Also never saw a cleaning lady at beach pool ground premises anyday.   - The elevator doors on 3rd floor where dirty with hand stains and never cleaned during my stay

The breakfast with plenty of choices. The sushi at socci restaurant was great and the prices fair. Glasshouse restaurant and bar with great views and service. Vala beach club with great beach view and nice ambience

Teach your staff basic customer service pls. -The “fresh” orange juice at breakfast was not fresh at all but sugared orangejuice with water. Unacceptable for a five star hotel

From walking into the hotel to leaving nothing was to much trouble for any member of staff Our room was wonderful and cleaned 6 days out of 7 We walked out of our room and there were sun beds/pool were right there( also pool towels are included for your stay) The food was great in the restaurant & pool bar and in the la a carte restaurant (which you get included if staying AL for more than 5 nights...

A few things that let it down was- there’s not really at atmosphere around the pool, the sun beds are taken by about 9am with towels over them even though they are most uncomfortable things I’ve ever led on

Pool was good and really clean the day we used it but we are note beach focused on our hols and love the sea. Location is great and near everything you need with some great beaches nearby within walking distance

The hotel is different to what the norm is with it being laid out in small blocks which I found really nice but my wife likes the traditional hotel layout. She did enjoy her stay though and grew to the idea

Rooms could do with a little touching up in places ie the shower silicone in room 4313 could so with a renew and tidy up. Other than that the rooms are very large and everything was as it should be

The staff were very welcoming from the time we arrived to the day we left and were always happy to help us

A/C did not go under 22 degrees Celsius which meant we were hot at night. Cleaners were excellent, pool towels supplied however l could not use the pool as ladder entry/exit only. They need steps and a railing

Beach access was great however had to pay for umbrellas and sunbed. Shower supplied and foot rinser. Hotel shop very expensive, walk down the street for cheaper clothing, souvenirs and restaurants

Free parking which was great and it felt safe to leave the car and walk around at night. Overall we loved our stay but had i been able to use the pool, it would have been better

Room was great overlooking the garden and ocean. Balcony too small to sit comfortably and our clothes blew off the drying rail never to be seen again as there is a gap between the wall and balcony screen

Quality Quartet, good food, themed dinners on the schedule for 2 weeks. In the evening live music and performances. Shops and cafés are 100 metres away

The shop around the hotel is close , the show in the hotel is poor boring ,i can not see brink my kids to this hotel. Pool need to be warm or either in a way that a human can swim not just to look at it

I did not like the fact that the hotel does not have showers on the way from the beach to the pool. There is also no natural shade.

-the food was good -the all inclusive doesn’t include the cafeteria from some redone so no food besides the meals. -the head of the shower was very basic.

The hotel is really nice and comfortable with a lot of possibilities for couples or families. Pro: big room with comfy beds, 3 big pools, indoor pool for free, direct sea access with amazing water

The pool and gym facilities were great, we got a yoga class on the first day too which wasn’t advertised anywhere but was a really nice bonus

We been there for a one week , the pool is very very cold , the indoor pool was hot only 2 days from all week then it was cold. The only thing we do is eat and go sleep

The hotel is only a 5 min walk into the centre, but also has a beach just on the boundary, within 30 seconds of the hotel and pool. There is a steepish incline down to the beech, but manageable to walk and for buggies

Our short trip to Cyprus which was a wedding present from our relatives, turned out to be a pleasant surprise as we found ourselves at Grecian Sands Hotel! Extremely affable Welcome at the reception was a start of beautiful chain of events as meeting friendliest staff I’ve ever met in hotels

I thought of five star hotels we have been to in east part of mediterranean, but couldn’t even compare the atmosphere which charmed us at this humbly four star hotel. Five Big Stars from me and my lovely wife! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Most importantly for me the beach is sooo nice. Bright blue crystal clear waters, very warm in September. The pool is also lovely and warm. There are always available sun loungers, great drink service on them as well

Hotel has a lot of sunbeds around pool and near beach free of charge for guests which was a big advantage. We never had a problem finding unoccupied sunbeds

I was not a fan of package/all inclusives before this trip but Tofinis has turned my head, it feels special and we want to return

The food was absolutely delicious, seriously one of the best parts of the stay. The drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, were amazing as well

The pool was clean, and there were always sunbeds available, although some guests reserved them early in the morning even if they weren’t around all day

Firstly, Tofinis is located at the best end of the Ayia Napa beach, golden sands run into clear blue warm water without unwanted stones or seaweed

From the beautiful beach water sports are available on tap, jet skis, inflatables. Pedalos and more, there are also bars and parasols

The splash park is great fun, pools are not heated it must be noted and the sea is much warmer than the pools

so many kids even though it was in term time and some of them were really loud and some of them swore a lot! im no prude trust me but there are families with young children round the pool

Arrived at the hotel late which meant we missed our evening meal and we were provided with sandwiches, fruit and cakes on our arrival,which was nice. The room was spacious, clean and had afabulous sea view

The family pool is very nice and it had a bar as well as snack bar, which serves the most delicious snacks!! The children's club is excellent and the lady who is running activities there is very nice

Bed was very comfortable! Towels changed daily and room cleaned,beach towels provided in the room. The restaurant and bar service excellent, the staff are very friendly

She is very entertaining and we giggled a lot! Night time entertainment was good, particularly Natalie and Alex and Greek night with Maria!! They were so good, I danced all night!! The hotel also has a nice pool with plenty of sun beds, overlooking the beach. The breakfast had various options, but the quality and the taste of the food wasn’t great

As London girl I have truly enjoyed Nissi Blu unpretentious elegance since opening. But this summer too many sunbeds, looks less elegant, less supposedly 5*. Most guests are middle class so they don't care anyway

I cannot fault the service or hospitality in any way and will certainly look forward to returning to this hotel in the near future

For a relatively young men with yellow stained all over carries front teeth - yikes for restaurant , to overweight belly out he is hardly the image of upmarket beach resort corporate culture

The pool allocation system worked well and due to it being November, we chose a specific area for our sun beds which was great! The only cons for our trip were a stain on the headboard and some rubbish left by previous guests on top the cupboard in our room

An amazing stay from start to finish. Great food options and amazing service. The service and quality of meals was consistently high in all areas. Allocated sunbeds works well and the lazy river is amazing.

Our favourite part of the hotel was the newly built swim up bar which was manned by what seemed like our very own barman Ivo , the creator of the dirty banana cocktail. The sun shone and the cocktails flowed

Add to all this wonderful decadence the fact that the hotel grounds are also populated with well cared for cats and kittens and you have a splendid holiday experience. Thankyou , we look forward to a return visit

We have just returned from a wonderful 4 day break at this hotel. We are more than familiar with the awful feeling of arriving at what should be a 4 star hotel and actually finding a 2 star mess

The whole experience was top notch. The staff where superb throughout the hotel. During our albeit short 4 day stay we didn't have one bad interaction with a staff member

Very nice place we stayed 11 days. Great and trendy helpful smiling stuff! I love the location children can swim in pool and I in the sea and still using sunbeds together! 100% recommend. Very good isolated room

Of course it is not luxurious or a 5 star room but let's be honest why would you spend much time in the room when the pool and the beach is that great

the pools were clean and neat, the interior isn’t new but is has a certain vibe to it, it requires renovation though

It could do a deep cleaning but again we just done a bit extra cleaning on it by our selves. All in all I would say the room is a good 7. Few comments mentioned that the food is not great, repetitive or tasteless

The pool area had lots of seating - but that pool was blooming COLD even in the mid-day sun. The bar and service staff very friendly - drinks are reasonable

The even number rooms on all floors have the Street view with a Sea view off to the right. The odd number rooms have the best views, but at night the fair rides operational, so a touch noisy, but did not disturb me

Hotel/room was lovely, clean, modern. Location is great as it was a short distance from all main destinations in napa without too much noise around. Some staff was very nice and polite but some were very rude

The entertainment staff, Billy and Ellie, were lovely and helpful they need a pay rise as it made up for rude staff therefore atmosphere was 8/10

Easy to get around, everything in walking distance - Getting a taxi is easy but ASK the price before you get in, you can be overcharged
