Everything is perfect! Every part of the hotel is clean, the food is varied and delicious! Sweets, you don't know who is better than who! :) The staff is really friendly, from the maids, to the receptionists, to the waiters, cooks, managers! The beach and the COLOR OF THE SEA are wonderful! We will come again in the summer for sure! :)

Large supermarket on site which sold hats, swimwear snacks and drinks. Several pools, one with a flume and one large indoor heated pool (seasonal) The hotel is located beside a sandy beach

The food was tasty with a good variety, and everything was well organized. Even during the winter season, the atmosphere was calm, cozy and very pleasant

The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and professional, always with a smile. The pools and spa area are excellent and perfect for relaxation

The hotel is beautiful, well maintained and located right by the sea with stunning views. The rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable

We were immediately taken care of and shown where all facilities were located: restaurants, cafes, sitting areas, spa & indoor pool. The rooms were a standard size, clean and bright with a walk-in glass shower

The restaurant quality & service was of excellent quality, fresh, wide selection of local & international dishes with a rich dessert buffet. The waiters were polite and and so helpful with the kids

It is also close to the port and central Ayia Napa filled with restaurants, cafes, coffee houses, boutiques and souvenir shops

The drinks package on all inclusive was very limited and the quality poor! Keo is considered a premium beer here and attracts a charge as does anything more than basic drinks

We are a family of 6 and it was an incredible experience. !!! The parking area is small and so I parked next to the hotel. We were greeted at the reception with a punch cocktail

Some typically brusque waiting staff, pools surprisingly chilly and maintenance of gardens, main building etc could be better. Still 5 stars though..lovely food, beautiful pools, nice rooms. We had a lovely.

the position of the hotel its literally cross the street from the best beaches with clear water, we stayed all inclusive, food was great,pool area's are not to crowded, massive swimming pools, plenty of space for everyone

you have the ones that are happy to work there and the ones who aren't (those usually are at the bar's pool area quite rude and grumpy)

A lot of patch work on pool, floors and walls. The water features in the pools weren't working. 5 star, Quite a lot of filler products. The evening shows were amateur performances, Reps doing most of it

The poolside entertainment was very repeatative. Definitely not worth the money we paid. Very expensive for 3 stars Holiday. The waiters and staff were friendly

We usually book adults-only hotels, but thankfully there were only a few children 🙏 I loved the cats and hope they are well cared for during winter 🥺 I also really appreciated the art details throughout the hotel

Buffet breakfast for so many and all you could wish for. It's Aiya Napa, so you know what to expect with the busy beach

She was incredibly attentive and proactive, recognized me on the second day, and made sure every morning that I received soy yogurt. Even when I asked someone else, she noticed immediately and stepped in

Plant based milk alternatives were available, but for anything else you had to ask the staff. Sometimes it seemed the staff didn’t clearly know the difference between vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free

Before arrival, I asked by email about vegan options. On site, the announced vegan buffet on the main buffet turned out to be a gluten free corner with cornflakes and no vegan cold cuts

There were signs on items like bread and desserts indicating whether they contained milk or eggs, but a clear vegan logo would have been much more helpful

Enough sunbeds for everyone, not allowed reservations with towels before 8:00am. The pools nice and ground areas clean and well maintened. Also the hotel premises and corridors where clean and smelled fresh

Also never saw a cleaning lady at beach pool ground premises anyday.   - The elevator doors on 3rd floor where dirty with hand stains and never cleaned during my stay

The breakfast with plenty of choices. The sushi at socci restaurant was great and the prices fair. Glasshouse restaurant and bar with great views and service. Vala beach club with great beach view and nice ambience

 Some things need improvement though: -The reception never replied my calls when i had a problem with the tv control in room. -The wc area in the vala beach club was dirty

-The beach was dirty during my stay with plastic bags and other human plastics… even a tampon was floating next to me…discusting. The hotel pool attendats should clean the beach everyday

We witnessed this happen daily with the sunbeds people taking them when people were swimming in the pool or the sea. The pool was great for the kids but we definitely wouldn't stay here again for the price it's cost

The beach of fine white sand. Different depth. Comfortable with children and adults. Is where to eat.

Beach access was great however had to pay for umbrellas and sunbed. Shower supplied and foot rinser. Hotel shop very expensive, walk down the street for cheaper clothing, souvenirs and restaurants

Free parking which was great and it felt safe to leave the car and walk around at night. Overall we loved our stay but had i been able to use the pool, it would have been better

Beautiful resort, clean room and very helpful and friendly staff. Only problem was the green seaweed washing up at the beach.

There’s a shop attached to the hotel with everything you could think of. Perfect location , beach is just crossed the road with the best bars. We did not notice any noise during the night and felt really safe

The pool area is lovely and spacious, but the layout is quite odd, and it would really benefit from having a couple more bridges to make it easier to get around

What an amazing hotel! It is absolutely spoless , food is amazing and so much choice for vegetarian , gluten free , kids menu… you name it The hotel is huge and they have everything for families/kids

Our first visit to Cyprus as a couple, the hotel was clean and rooms spacious. The grounds were immaculate and location is a 2 minute walk to Nissi Beach which has plenty of bars and restaurants

3rd visit in a year the hotel is excellent staff are friendly shocked that they knew what i drank and said welcome back and even knew where i sat in the adults restaurant ,the hotel is clean food excellent and staff go the extra mile, already booked for june 2026 can't wait,last time wad upgraded wow what an experience

Excellent family and adult resort. I have never been to a resort with so much water and swim up rooms. This makes it a really exciting resort for everyone with bridges and what appear to be islands surrounding the water

Other than the fact that we were told by our tour agent that the swim bungalows were adults only, this hotel is second to none. We come to cyprus several times a year and can safely put this in our top 3 hotels

Our favourite was Don Pepe, where Neophytus took great care of us throughout the meal—such a kind and genuinely lovely person to interact with. There were plenty of sunbeds available, making it easy to relax by the pool

Had a great meal in Aroma Restaurant Mare Ayia Napa. Hamid was extremely helpful. I follow a strict GF diet and the team were v helpful and accommodated me very well. Highly recommended. Thank you!

Our room was clean could not have asked for better. There is a lady at,Reception called Nahmeih she went over and beyond for myself and my Daughter. We will definitely be visiting again especially this Hotel

The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped — perfect for a relaxing family holiday. The pool area was great for both kids and adults, with plenty of loungers and shaded spots to unwind

All were absolutely beautiful The swim up bungalows with fully luxury amenities and vibes top location calm atmosphere and the food in the dining and in the restaurants was high quality with many options We definitely visit again Mare!

We have just returned from an Easter holiday break as a family of three we had a great time and found this hotel a very good base for our travels Food we found the good great great variety and great selection of snacks from the back bar just thought could if been a little hotter at times the food was cooler than we liked Drinks the alcohol variety was good and I enjoyed the sparking wine the soft...

Returned for some October sun, another great stay. The end of season was close but still everything was still perfect

Great location for a wander to the beach or up to the resort centre but a great place to just chill at one of the pools. Rooms, food & drink outstanding

The hotel is well situated and close to shops, the harbour and bars. The beach is just across the road. We've stayed in many different rooms over the years and they have always been great

There are designated areas for smoking at this hotel, we have heard guests complaining about this. As a non-smoker, it is nice to be laid on your sunbed and not have smoke around you

The pools and surrounding areas are also cleaned daily. The whole hotel is always kept so clean and tidy. We felt that the entertainment was much improved this year

The shop around the hotel is close , the show in the hotel is poor boring ,i can not see brink my kids to this hotel. Pool need to be warm or either in a way that a human can swim not just to look at it

The food is varied and had lots of fresh options, we had the half board package

-the food was good -the all inclusive doesn’t include the cafeteria from some redone so no food besides the meals. -the head of the shower was very basic.

Also had to ask several times for a double bed which should have been done before our arrival. Hotel itself is lovely and pool is great but the cleaning staff were very poor at their job

We been there for a one week , the pool is very very cold , the indoor pool was hot only 2 days from all week then it was cold. The only thing we do is eat and go sleep

but exceptionally disappointing that you have to pay extra for the sauna and steam room! Perhaps understandable during peak season but really shouldn’t be the case out of season! Only real criticism

In one word wow. Excellent hotel, great location huge swimming pool, large and very Very bright room, good food and restaurants, great beach near the hotel, Fun entertainment programs and more and more.

Nice location with access to beach. Very good service. Side sea view room was dissapointing due to noisy air condition etc machines under the balcony

Arrived at the hotel late which meant we missed our evening meal and we were provided with sandwiches, fruit and cakes on our arrival,which was nice. The room was spacious, clean and had afabulous sea view

There are two adult pools and a bar if you fancy quiet area

She is very entertaining and we giggled a lot! Night time entertainment was good, particularly Natalie and Alex and Greek night with Maria!! They were so good, I danced all night!! The floor was filled with guests, they were so entertaining! The bar staff were very attentive, taking drink orders, we hardly ever had to go to the bar! From cleaners all the way to the management, the staff couldn't...

The frozen strawberry daiquiris were particularly good!! We had a meal at a la carte and it was amazingly good!! The Italian chef and his wife came out of the kitchen to greet guests, which was a nice touch

Special thanks to Maria and George at reception who were always on hand to answer any questions we had,very helpful and professional. I recommend this fantastic hotel to adults as well as families

What an enjoyable experience, one of the best a la carte experiences we ever had! The daytime activities were varied, I've particularly enjoyed zumba with Meta, as well as jenga and darts

Rooms are clean and in general hotel is very modern and has a good location

For a relatively young men with yellow stained all over carries front teeth - yikes for restaurant , to overweight belly out he is hardly the image of upmarket beach resort corporate culture

The facilities were top-notch too – the pools were crystal clear, the spa was serene, the gym well-equipped, and the rooms spacious and modern with stunning sea views

Whether it was the breakfast buffet with endless options, or the à la carte dinners with local and international flavors, we looked forward to every bite! The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable

I have hoped there will be more creativity from culinary team such as cold chicken breast, smoked salmon, rosebeef, gammon ham. After my emails to the hotel management were ignored it is obvious they don't care

An amazing stay from start to finish. Great food options and amazing service. The service and quality of meals was consistently high in all areas. Allocated sunbeds works well and the lazy river is amazing.

Everything about this hotel is amazing, the food, drinks, pools and restaurants, have nothing negative to say. My friend Gary loves cats so the number of little pussy cats made his trip even more special!

We stayed at the Olympic Lagoon Resort Hotel outside of Agia(Ayia) Napa November. Its near the Landa beach and 15mins was to Nissi beach. These beaches are so tranquil and shallow to swim in

This may have had something to do with the fact that they had more staff members than guests due to it being so late in the season but let's not be churlish

The location of the hotel was really convenient for us, quiet but still near to the lovely Nissi Beach and some shops. We can only recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and carefree holiday

The only down side was the evening entertainment, I suppose we went out of season and they just had singers every night (some were a bit awful)

Very nice place we stayed 11 days. Great and trendy helpful smiling stuff! I love the location children can swim in pool and I in the sea and still using sunbeds together! 100% recommend. Very good isolated room

The pool area had lots of seating - but that pool was blooming COLD even in the mid-day sun. The bar and service staff very friendly - drinks are reasonable

The even number rooms on all floors have the Street view with a Sea view off to the right. The odd number rooms have the best views, but at night the fair rides operational, so a touch noisy, but did not disturb me

Hotel/room was lovely, clean, modern. Location is great as it was a short distance from all main destinations in napa without too much noise around. Some staff was very nice and polite but some were very rude

The entertainment staff, Billy and Ellie, were lovely and helpful they need a pay rise as it made up for rude staff therefore atmosphere was 8/10

Easy to get around, everything in walking distance - Getting a taxi is easy but ASK the price before you get in, you can be overcharged

Stelios greeted us every morning with a smile on our way to the pool. The Pool Staff were all excellent. Michael is a superstar and we loved seeing him daily

The allocated sunbed is a brilliant idea! The pool is also one of the nicest we have seen, ever! Burca was excellent in House Keeping

It was spacious, great storage, fabulous shower, lovely balcony, quirky additions like make-up table, high-tech button controls, ample plugs, spotless and cleaned every day - one of our very favorite rooms and we have travelled extensively

The buffet food was fantastic! We eat vegetarian and vegan, and there were plenty of delicious options for both breakfast and dinner. This is the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at. We already can’t wait to come back

We had a wonderful 11 nights at this incredible hotel. From the moment we arrived, we knew this place was special. Staff - The Staff at Reception were so warm, helpful and informative from day one until we left

The service in every restaurant was impeccable and it is so hard to remember all the names but we will remember Irina, Nicola, Maria, Valerie, Charlotte, Sachin and everyone we met, for a very very long time

Pool was good and really clean the day we used it but we are note beach focused on our hols and love the sea. Location is great and near everything you need with some great beaches nearby within walking distance

From walking into the hotel to leaving nothing was to much trouble for any member of staff Our room was wonderful and cleaned 6 days out of 7 We walked out of our room and there were sun beds/pool were right there( also pool towels are included for your stay) The food was great in the restaurant & pool bar and in the la a carte restaurant (which you get included if staying AL for more than 5 nights...

We had a great time at Atlantica Panthea in Ayia Napa! The hotel is close to the sea with lovely views. Entertainment was amazing for both adults and kids

A few things that let it down was- there’s not really at atmosphere around the pool, the sun beds are taken by about 9am with towels over them even though they are most uncomfortable things I’ve ever led on

The hotel is different to what the norm is with it being laid out in small blocks which I found really nice but my wife likes the traditional hotel layout. She did enjoy her stay though and grew to the idea

Pros: Great rooms, swimup apartments available, great cleaning service, wifi everywhere, reception reacts immediately on every request, animators on big pool, great selection of food for breakfast

Beach in front of Hotel is not usable (just rocks - need to walk to closest well arranged beach)

The room we was in no sitting area for you to get ready, eg: dressing table with plug and mirror in one location! I would recommend this hotel and def give 4 star+ just l do believe a solution to toilets by pool should be looked into more

Positive things def gym got aircon and water and very decent set of equipment very positively surprised. There is a volleyball pitch and beach is close enough. Very friendly bartenders and restaurant staff

It’s a fantastic 5 stars hotel. You don’t need to rush down in the morning, there are always plenty of free sunbeds all day. My room was on the top floor with a beautiful sea view and a private terrace

Everything was amazing! Staff were so nice and helpful, rooms were clean as well as the outside- such a great vibe! The location was perfect right down the beach! The only downside was there was loud music coming from another hotel down the road until 11pm but was not the Alions fault

Very good breakfast with freshly baked bread and orange juice, pancakes and omelette as choice. You have your own pre-reserved sunbed. The bathroom is not as stylish as the other parts of the room and hotel
