We arrived to an amazing sea view room, and what a sea view it is, crystal clear like glass with the sunrises something that people all flock to at 630, in these rooms you don't have to leave to see it
We have just returned from a one-week holiday at TUI BLUE Nausicaa Beach in Cyprus, myself, Janne, and my wife Anna. It was an absolutely fantastic hotel with excellent service and outstanding staff throughout
Location is great, at the end of the ***** so lots on offer and great scenery around. The atmosphere is lovely, calm and super friendly. We came at the beginning of the season so the noise level was great
Amazing experience, food was different and delicious every single day. Staff are so generous and kind, they cannot do enough for you. Rooms are spacious, extremely clean and tidy. Cleaned and tidied every single day
We trained with them every day during our stay, and they were truly amazing — cheerful, professional, engaging, and a real pleasure to work out with. They truly made our holiday even better
Good location, short walk to the city. Extremely friendly staff and superb management. Really enjoyed the breakfast and dinner. Lunch at pool bar was also tasty. Pool area was clean and sunbeds comfortable
A bonus is that you can book different restaurants to dine at even if you have all-inclusive, and you’re also assigned sun loungers that are yours for the entire stay
As well as great food at the hotel they also give you the option to dine out of the hotel twice during our 5 night stay at a choice of 4 different restaurants on the ***** which was about a 5 minute walk, we visited the Lemongrass Asian restaurant and the Marcello’s Italian restaurant and the food at both these restaurants were really high quality and again the staff were lovely
Although every staff...
I live here with my eight-year-old son and can truly recommend it for both couples and families, diffrent pool areas makes it easy to chose
It’s a great hotel where everything is easily accessible—the distance to the sea and shopping is just a minute or so. There is a wide variety of food that suits everyone
For us the daytime activities were just right not too much and no pressure to get involved. We’ve been to Cyprus many times and this is Definetly the best hotel we’ve stayed in. We will Definitely use sunrise again
I'm guessing in the summer season that action spills out around the pool bar area which is probably better. You are within easy walking distance of the main ***** of Protaras and the beautiful fig tree bay beach

It's modern, the sunbeds are thick and comfortable, the bar, called "Famous", is very nice, and the rooms were clean with decent storage space. Waking up to the sea views was a real highlight
So we preferred the beach to using these. The two lifts are tiny and don’t really cope with the size of the hotel, and the rooms are quite dark – especially the bathrooms, where the lighting really isn’t up to scratch
That said, there are some things that could be better. There simply aren’t enough sunbeds for the number of guests, and by 8. 30am all the good ones were gone. This meant the 80's-style ones on the grass
Some of the hotel’s policies also felt unnecessarily petty. Being asked for a €10 deposit for a pool towel or an extra room key (you only get one as standard, which is inconvenient) seemed a bit much
The plug sockets by the dressing table were also ridiculous – positioned so close to the worktop that you couldn’t use them for a hairdryer or straighteners
For a short 4-night stay, none of this spoiled our break and I did really like the hotel overall. But if I was staying longer, I think these little frustrations would have added up

Everything is good except breakfast is same for everyday,we stayed there 16 days, almost everyday same breakfast
The hotel staff were fantastic, very helpful and friendly to everyone.
Highly recommended to everyone.
Very good. I really liked it. I advise everyone to visit this hotel.
I think the location of the hotel is good, I stayed in single room 412, first of all there was no hair dryer, there was a microwave but it was not connected, breakfast was good, maybe something a little sweeter could be added to the jam and honey
The plus side is that the reception gives the plug converter for free, the rooms are clean, generally quiet, the staff is smiling, both the TC and the air conditioning in the rooms work perfectly

The resort does have positives — the pool and kids’ club are nice and well-maintained, and it’s a good place for families with children. However, the food was just okay, and there’s not much to do in the surrounding area
”
Upon check-in, we found two floss picks left behind in our bathroom, which wasn’t a great first impression. The sheets were also quite itchy, which made the first night uncomfortable
When I asked the pool staff about removing those items, they said they had to wait at least an hour and a half — but even after that, nothing was done
They were all taken before the pool even opened, as guests would wake up hours in advance (sometimes two or three hours early) to reserve them
The rooms themselves could use some renovation — they felt dated and lacked character. Another issue was with the pool sunbeds
Overall, it’s an average stay: good for kids, but not truly all-inclusive and with several areas that could use improvement

However, the service leaves much to be desired. The chefs bring out food in dirty clothes, which completely ruins the appetite. I recommend opting for breakfast only and having lunch and dinner at nearby restaurants
I went here for my birthday last week - all inclusive, and had the most amazing time. The staff were so lovely and attentive - their customer service was excellent
Very good hotel! I liked the location - in the center not so far from the beach, you have time for a short walk to see the sea 😉 Very nice and friendly staff, especially on the reception and restaurant, thanks everyone for their job and professionalism 👍🏻 Especially want to thank one young lady Annetta - so considerate, smart and kind person which explained us a lot of things and helped 🫂 She is a...
The rooftop bar is incredible and a good place to relax if you need some shade. On my birthday, the staff gifted me a bottle of red wine and fruit which was so lovely. If I come back to Napa, I am 100% staying here again
First off, we'd like to point out its cracking location – all the main sights, interesting spots, and entertainment were literally within easy reach, meaning we could enjoy the city without any extra faff
Speaking of pluses, the rooms are very white and clean, a small balcony, but chaires in plastic aren't comfortable. The cleaning lady is always nice. For lunch you can even have mussels (half-board)

First of all, the location is absolutely prime for Limassol. The hotel sits directly on the seafront with unobstructed views of the bay and ships on the horizon
From the terrace you get classic Mediterranean postcard scenes: palm trees, bright sun, and a calm sea just a few meters away
Around the hotel there are several trendy beach clubs (for example Columbia Beach), so in terms of where the property is situated, this is really “top of the market” for Limassol
Crowne Plaza Limassol – great location, very dated hotel, saved by truly wonderful staff
I stayed at Crowne Plaza Limassol and left with mixed, but overall warm impressions
Everything still works, but you constantly feel that the hardware is behind the times and overdue for a serious renovation. The public areas are in better visual shape
There is no sense of contemporary design in the rooms, and even basic modern details like USB-C charging outlets are simply not there

We had a sea view room only 2 floors up but no lift but was fine
Our room is above the shop sea view to die for. Room is really clean and towels and bedding changed every few days. On a negative note wifi is shocking. Breakfast tipple buffet style
Great little out of the way hotel. The family absolutely loved it. The staff are warm and friendly. The location is great the room was very clean and comfortable. Good food just a very small selection each day
Just returned from a week here, nice little hotel rooms are a bit dated, double stove was a bit rusty but never used, shower curtain needed changing but all in all a great little base, staff were friendly
Noce stay
Nice hotel to stay for cheap. Breakfast was much better than expected. Average cpmfort in rooms and bit lack of dish and storage areas.
The all Inclusive bar menu more than makes up for it though. The cocktail menu on the AI is good and measures strong

She actually ended up feeling like a friend and I was very emotional saying goodbye! If you are looking for the perfect venue then look no further, all of guests said it was the best wedding they have ever attended
Where do I start with this review that I would give 100 stars if I could. we booked this venue as wanted a private intimate beach wedding and booked without ever seeing it and we picked right
The staff, the food, the venue, the drinks it was all magical. For anyone wanting a beach wedding in Cyprus please pick here you will not be disappointed. We want to relive the whole thing again it was just the best
We stayed at Thalassines Villas in Ayia Napa for a family holiday and had two beachfront villas — it was absolutely brilliant! The location is beautiful and peaceful, perfect for relaxing by the sea
I left our initial meeting feeling relaxed and so happy with our choice. On the wedding day itself everything was how I had dreamed it would be and so much more
Elena thank you from the bottom of our heart for giving us and our guest the most special day that none of us will ever forget

Checked in quickly and Thomas on reception had a bit of banter and told us about a bar that was still open just around the corner if we fancied a cold beer after a fairly long journey
Don’t interact with any of the guests and when they do put activities on, don’t ask any of the guests kids if wanna do them and then hide one day he set up football and hid under a bush on his phone why this hotel is paying these two and allowing them to drag the hotel down and let all the staff down is beyond me would I come back? Yes, if the entertainment was sorted out
Sorry for the delay in our review, we had just moved house before we went on holiday so have been a busy with sorting our new house
There was also a cocktail menu included in the AI which is unusual in our experience. The hotel room was spotless with a pool view on the 3rd floor. Large studio style with double bed, sofa, small kitchenette with fridge
Problems can always occur on holiday. What matters more is how the hotel/staff respond and in this case they responded great. There was always sun loungers to be found and were well located around the two lovely pools
From left to right, Sotos (Bar Manager), me, Niyazi (Asst Bar Manager), my wife, and Catalin (Asst restaurant manager). They were all very good, professional but still had a laugh and a joke despite being very busy
The hotel is in a lovely place at home with nature
The staff are very friendly and welcoming
The food is very good
The hotel is tired and is in need of a refit
We still had a good stay
Such a beautiful hotel the nature around it is so beautiful and peaceful. I love how historic the hotel is.
Forest Park Hotel is like a time capsule, taking you back decades! It is a living museum with all its interesting history on the walls. In desperate need of renovation but I hope its charm remains when it’s done
Nice place. The hotel is old and has history, so it is not for everyone. The nature around is just wonderful.
For value for money this is an excellent large hotel in a lovely mountain setting. The bedroom was very large with a comfortable
Bed, good lighting etc
The previous time I tried the chicken with mushroom sauce equally delicious. Head for a stroll at nearby villages and visit some landmarks or go hiking during tje right season though

We stayed in a seaside apartment, which was an excellent choice. Beach towels are included and can be exchanged every other day
The towels were changed after only after 5 days and it was one night before our departure. The bed sheets were not changed at all during 6 nights, for a 4 stars hotel it is not normal
Very nicely renovated hotel! We spent a few days in a deluxe suite overlooking the sea, our entire stay was very comfortable, modern furniture, up-to-date technical equipment (TV, kitchen), beautiful view from the balcony, delicious and varied breakfast, kind staff
From the moment we arrived, the hospitality of the front desk staff stood out they were warm, welcoming, always available to assist with anything we needed and accommodated our early check in and late checkout requests
It was nice to have beach towels, even if you had a deposit to pay, I think it is normal because there are tourists that are not returning back the towels. The beach is 3 min walk, which is very convenient
The only thing I didn’t like was the cleaning of the rooms, I am sure the staff is not enough. We had a lot of hair in the bathroom that was not cleaned during our stay

When I reiterated I would like to speak to someone in charge I was told there was no one!! Eventually when I pointed out someone must be ultimately responsible for the hotel a ‘general manager’ was wheeled out
To compensate us for the lack of communication we were offered (after he had rung the manager at his home) a free evening meal. The food was absolutely terrible
Siz guneslenirken istediginiz servisi alabileceginiz bir yer. Guneslenin ve iceceginizi siparis verin daha sonra aciktiniz; yemeginisi siparis verin gelsin
The hotel is promoted as the Arkin Palm Beach hotel and Casino. There was no communication from the hotel that the casino was no longer available
When I asked to discuss this with a manager I was told the manager was at home and I was not important enough for him to speak to me
The best beach and sea in the cyprus. like a aquarium, pure clean water like a pool
Every stuff is very friendly we living in this hotel all family we love so much Concord service. We will always choose this hotel
The room i had , had a view to the sea and it was wonderful. Spacious room with a balcony and view to the sea 💞. I also enjoyed the gym which was spacious and had a lot of equipment. I am planning on returning here!
There is only one small note: the service around the poolside seats could be improved. It would be better to have more staff available to take guests’ orders more quickly
Great hotel! It's our second time coming back to this hotel. It offers variety of amenities, due to COVID-19 it was not crowded so we had the pleasure of enjoying all amenities without waiting in line or disruption
we truly enjoyed our stay!
It was a wonderful holiday, and we were impressed by the size of the hotel, its great facilities, the kids club, the slides, and even the casino at night. The food was delicious as well
Fantastic stay at this hotel. Service was exceptional, food quality and selection was brilliant. We loved the grounds and the beach area. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to vacation in this area.
The free Wi-Fi was reliable and fast, perfect for catching up on work emails. I especially enjoyed the rooftop terrace with panoramic views of the city, a perfect spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation
The hotel restaurant had a diverse menu with tasty local and international dishes. Location-wise, it was close to public transport and several attractions, which made getting around easy
During my recent trip, I chose this hotel based on the great reviews, and I wasn’t disappointed. The check-in process was quick, and the staff made me feel welcome right away
My room was spotless and well-equipped with everything I needed, including a powerful air conditioner, which was essential during the hot summer days
I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and stress-free stay
Sleeping conditions were acceptable, but I wouldn’t recommend this place for families. On the plus side, the location is convenient—close to a large supermarket, several 24-hour shops, and public transportation
Although maybe it was due to the end of the season rested in October. The beach is also not so close-meters 450. But the beach sand, it differs for the better from the fact that is closer to the port
The rooms are nice and comfortable, the breakfast is delicious, but what stands out the most is the staff. They always have a smile and a warm greeting when you encounter them
Small suggestion for the breakfast : do not hesitate to change a little bit the options, we stayed for 10 days and I wish we had more choice of food - but still it was ok!!
Kind regards
The location is central to shops and restaurants. There's a bus stop just across the street
Staff were amazing, very nice! Big thank you to all of them especially Stefani :)
The nearest beach is 3 min away by walk. Room was clean, the view was nice
A lot of noice from the outside but it is normal - we are in Ayia Napa not in Paphos
We had a wonderful room, the seaview was incredible and the staff was really friendly. A really good hotel that we recommend. Wonderful Swimmingpool!
We’ve just returned from a fantastic holiday. From start to finish, everything was seamless. The accommodation was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay
Pools are lovely with adults only pool too. The gym was excellent with nice indoor pool. We stayed out of season so can’t comment on the evening entertainment but I’m sure it is good
The food was absolutely fantastic. The various restaurants, which you could choose from just once, were also amazing. All the amenities at the Sunrise Beach Hotel are top-notch, and the lobby is very chic
All in all, a very successful stay that I personally recommend 100%. The rooms are a bit small, but that’s not a big deal. The breakfast buffet was very extensive and delicious, as was the dinner
First class hotel in an excellent location, right next to the beach, restaurants and shops. The rooms are spacious with plenty of storage. Food is excellent too with great dine around feature

This family run hotel is the perfect place to experience Cypriot hospitality. Home cooked meals are prepared by the owner, Mrs. Andreas keeps a watchful eye so that everything runs smoothly
And their daughter Ellie will do anything to make sure your stay will be one of the best you ever had! On top of all this, the cleanest rooms with private balconies, most facing the sea, in a quiet environment to just relax and enjoy!
We spent 5 days in the hotel as a base for Kato Pyrgos surrounding area. The hotel is a traditional management with local cousin. Three star level with very hospitable service
average room but clean, weak breakfast. however, perfect location, the beach just below the hotel, you only need to walk 20 meters. bad smells in and out of the hotel
Thoroughly enjoyed our 1 night here. The rooms have recently been refurbished. It was a lovely functional sea view double room which Ellie very kindly upgraded us to (we’d booked a mountain view room)

On my birthday the hotel stuff and management surprised me with a basket with some wines and friuts and a card. The therapist were professional. After the treatment i felt lighter and happier
The hotel has a nice and big swimming pool. Every day the hotel offer the program for the guests. The Nissi beach 5 minutes from the hotel by walk
Went all inclusive; the food was ok but there was very limited choice but it did seem to taste better as the days went on, and they love serving pork! The restaurant staff were very helpful especially the manager - I forgot his name but it began with an S! The pool is lovely but there is nothing going on - no daytime pool games for adults or kids; the only thing they put on in our 2week stay was a...
The room we had was on the top floor (4th) and was spacious however, the bathroom was dated and in need of updating - the door was blown, shower was inside a stained bath, the loo roll was hard to reach from the loo and it was dark so my hubby had trouble shaving
We had 2 single beds pushed together despite mentioning it was our anniversary. No view to speak of but expected that. Housekeepers were ok however, on two occasions they failed to give us sheets AND towels
The music they play around the pool during the day was not great in our opinion, but bar staff would play tracks on request. However, expected it to be a bit more lively, being Ayia Napa
The beds were fairly comfortable, although in my opinion the pillows could be better. As for the stay itself, I have absolutely no complaints. If I were to return to that region of Cyprus, I would choose this hotel again
The supermarket is close, the bus stop is close, and the bus lines allow for easy travel to nearby cities with frequent connections. I highly recommend it, I’m very satisfied
We have been visiting the hotel every chance we get in the past 2 years
Great hotel, clean, very nice rooms. Excellent if you want to relax (adults only hotel). Most exceptional though is the hotel's staff
We stayed for 3 nights and it was a great experience, we enjoyed everything there, nice view, quiet place perfect for relaxing vacations, clean, very nice and friendly staff, hotel room spacious and comfortable and very clean, amazing breakfast buffet also pool bar restaurant serving very nice food, definitely we will visit again soon! If you want to relax, enjoy good food, and have a pleasant time, you’re making the right choice. This hotel met my expectations 100%—I have no complaints about anything
The private beach is just a short walk away, and the entry into the water is perfect - definitely worth trying snorkeling or diving! The whole atmosphere is peaceful and quiet, which makes it a great place to relax
