The overall stay was very nice. We've been there twice, hope to come again in the coming months and years. We've seen some known faces from the last year, very smiley and approachable receptionist, I think it was Fotini

Cavo Zoe is such an amazing hotel in a perfect location and has everything you need. The staff are incredible as well. Would highly recommend!!

Restaurant is very nice too, staff attentive, great job done with renovation of it. Gym is good too, so is the swimming pool

Of course we understand the hotel cannot control these kind of thinks & business is business, but well it should still be checked in a way, very frustrating to hear those horrible things on top of what everybody knows & see in the news

We only did breakfast and it was fine, but a little more variation would be nice for a long stay like ours of 2 weeks. Ok drinks at the lounge and pool bar. Air conditioning in our room broke once in the evening

Although it was only a one-day stay, we were very pleased. The room's amenities were excellent. Because it was a separate suite, it was well-insulated from noise. Having its own entrance was a nice touch

We came in April, great temperature and not too busy. Wonderful hotel! Very nice decoration. Right in front of beautiful beaches, yummy breakfast buffet. We definitely recommend Sunprime Protaras!

We informed staff and went out for dinner. Everything was fixed when we came back after a couple of hours, so nothing to complain about when it comes to helpfulness of the staff

The only two things that were a slight disadvantage are two single beds and not one bigger bed and no hand soap in the bathroom (but shampoo and body wash)

Stayed at E Hotel Spa & Resort for one night before an early flight out of Larnaca. The lobby is renovated and looks great, and the room was spacious and clean, though a bit outdated

He was very Nice but we had a hard time trying to communicate in English. Overall after that we had a really nice experience, the food was nice, the pool was big and clean, and the service was good

When we arrived we had little trouble finding the parking spaces, but after finding it (on the left on a narrow road) we saw it was spacious. When we headed for the reception a man welcomed us

Once place but in need of some repair. It's out of the way but has a really good bus service about every 30mins from about 7. Lovely pool, food average, reception and and waiting staff lovely

Breakfasts were quite rich and had plenty of things to choose from, dinners were a bit weaker, but still okay. Our room was nice and spacious with a balcony and a nice bathroom

The hotel is quite near to the sea, you just have to cross the street and then you are on a nice beach, which starts with rocks on the shore, but as you go into the sea, it transitions into sand

Don’t get me wrong, I don’t mean to discriminate, but when I go on a vacation to an exotic island, the last thing I want to hear are loud russian guests, who were often having conflicts with the staff (very nice and helpful staff by the way!) and who always shouted loudly on all occasions

That said, the shower stream was pretty weak to wash with, there was an awful looking TV with a broken corner that we didn’t use at all (not a huge problem but it doesn’t look nice and taken care of) and we had a huge problem with ants

Amazing! The beach is also nice for watching the sun rise. There is a small nearby shop and a bigger supermarket some 1km away. You have the option to go to the Larnaka town by bus for 1,50 Euro

It was bright, cheery with a partial sea view even though it was advertised as only a city view. The room was actually better than the pictures show

Everything was absolutely faultless, a perfect stay. The room was spacious, comfy and spotlessly clean either beautiful sea view

These waitresses were like angels they were completely little sweeties that had one goal to serve you and make sure every last detail was correct. They would do anything to make sure the customer was happy

The location is excellent, right next to the seaside promenade, and close to both the Intercity long-distance bus station and the Larnaca bus station

The room was clean good and modern ( some reviews said the rooms were old ) The reception staff are let's say neutral but understand how stressful it can be to stand at the reception and have to deal with every single complaint including holidays booked on websites that have nothing to do with the hotel

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel! We enjoyed having our own private pool as well as the outdoor pool, indoor pool and dead sea spa pool (which was our favourite). All the staff are so courteous, helpful and friendly

The staff were attentive and readily responded to requests. The apartment was spotlessly clean. Dead sea pool was fabulous!

Very good, clean spacious rooms, air-con is fantastic/ very good location to the harbour/ the roof pool is very good/ the lift is good/all staff are very nice and attentive helpful and try as much as they can! The wifi is good, I’ve seen some people reviews not happy with it but has been very good for me and inside the room

The view is lovely and enjoy sitting on balcony(We booked for sea view). Breakfast is nice too, love the macchiato in the coffee machine

Staff are great , and very helpful and friendly, myself , wife and 2 girls have enjoyed it, its in a great location to explore by foot, with buses and taxis within 5 min walk, the same goes for the harbour and town centre, its got shops nearby and everything you need ,a clean base to explore from

You’re greeted by Duyagor and Husain on reception who do there very best to assist your every need. The rooms are a good size with a amazing roof top pool with views over looking the Mediterranean and the harbour

The breakfast are plentiful and good quality. Restaurant Quality / price of bar are in my opinion good value and definitely worth a try. Just a couple of worthy pointers? No tea or coffee facilities in bedrooms

No toiletries provided and the towels were rather worn out, and weirdly there's a big vacant lot between the hotel and the sea, but overall the property is great value

I had a lovely time at the hotel on a B&B basis. The room was big and clean and tidied every day. The pool area was excellent with lots of beds a great pool

Solid simple hotel in a great location on the boardwalk. Good breakfast, attentive housekeeping, simple but comfortable rooms with balconies

They offer breakfast, but no lunch or dinner, but they suggested to us the restaurant opposite, The garden of Eden, which has the best food of the area and we either had dinner there or did take- away (there is also a nice playground in the restaurant so that kids can enjoy the evening as well)

The place offers lovely, family-oriented lodging. The rooms are spacious enough and cleaned daily — plus you get a complimentary bottle of water every day. The pool is warm, clean, and absolutely perfect for children

The room is clean, and the food there is delicious, the food lacks a bit of variety, but I think that's because we've been there for a long time

We stayed for two nights upon arrival. The hotel was very nice, clean, and comfortable. It was just two minutes from the sea. They sent us self-check-in instructions, and everything was clear and easy

Nadia and Narsis greeted us exceptionally well, even allowing us to check multiple hours early. They never stopped helping us throughout our stay

The pool is lovely and clean, this is a great place to have a relaxing holiday at least in May, not sure about the height of the season. We don’t have to get up early to reserve sun beds

We mainly walked to the lovely beach a short walk away as we preferred to swim in the sea. The sea was lovely and clear, and the sand golden. It did get busy later in the afternoon, even at the end of October

It was very clean though, and the bathroom was nice with the LED and the demister on the mirror a nice touch. The balcony was not private as there was no screen or wall between each balcony, so we didn't sit out often

Picked this place as a late deal at a great price for Cyprus and could not fault anything

They still have some Covid restrictions in place it seems, you aren’t able to fill your own water bottle up from the cold water tap so you have to buy bottled water if you’d like fresh, other than the cups you can have with breakfast

The only things I think I noted was that one of our rooms had a coffee machine but no hob, and the other vice versa. The hair dryer did smell slightly of burning so we’re avoiding using that

We did take two teenagers with us and they enjoyed it too. Had the pool to themselves most days. Breakfast at hotel is good and a great selection of hot and cold foods. We will be back, thank you for an amazing holiday

Location was perfect for us very short walk down the road to supermarket, restaurants, money exchange and pharmacy. If you’re looking for a relaxing holiday this is the place

It’s hard to know where to start … our first time in Cyprus, Dad has been coming here for years, it was instantly obvious why he has been back so many times! Melissa, you are beautiful, what an absolutely wonderful lady you are, we love you loads already and no wonder everyone just loves coming back ❤️ To be honest every single member of the team made our stay amazing

The bar out side does not open until the summer so we sat inside in the evening just chilling out playing cards. And something I would like to do again. We normally go June and Sept so this made a nice change

We had very good flights from stansted to ercan, arrived at the hotel and was very impressed with staff coming out to carry out suitcase’s, we stayed in room 201 next to the swimming pool, room is dated but spacious and very clean, the hotel could not run without Melissa she has everything under control, most of the holiday makers are regular visitors and been coming for years, there is no entertainment...

Service was excellent. Pool and lawn area were lovely. Balcony overlooking pool, lawn, sea was beautiful. Food was plentiful.

It is important to note that there are some paid attractions (sailing + jeeps, a trip to the mountains, a crazy water park) that are offered by the Unique service (Kahana Group) and that usually depart from the Blue Lagoon, but you can talk to the people responsible for the attractions and ask them to pick you up from the Gold Lagoon for the attraction/ and as you wish (that's what we did)

staff are very nice and we were lucky enough to be upgraded to a beautiful villa! The beds weren't as comfortable as they could be but as mentioned, very clean so that's important for me! food was decent, nothing special but you are also close to lots of things to do/eat and 15 min walk to the main area of the beach front

We arrived as 4 friends for 4 nights at the hotel. The staff was so kind and pleasant and welcomed us warmly. The dairy breakfasts and the meaty dinners (with fish too) were full of plenty

In addition, there is the Tombs of the Kings mall, just walking around it is an experience in itself, and it is located about 8 minutes away (a taxi cost 10 euros for all of us one way)

There's no one here because of pandemia. But I like it.

Great hotel, lovely facities, villas are amazing. Food and entertainment not great but plenty of bars and restaurants near by. Would definitely come again.

The food served there is tasty and you can choose from variety of dishes. The menu however is monotonous. The hotel and its surroundings is calm and quiet. The beach of the hotel is small, scruffy and dirty

The hotel is built as some kind of castle. Interiors are decorated in the same style. Accommodation in the main building is comfortable and cosy. but in bungalows very poor ( my rate is 1-2 stars only)

Around the hotel are only few restaurants and a small shop. There is an easy way to get to the nearest town Girne by dolmus (a small bus). The journey lasts about 30-40 minutes

Girne is a city with lots of shops, restaurants and other tourist attractions. If you are planning to book a room there, my advice is to get one in the main building

Lovely family run hotel, very helpful and attentive, Joseph, Maria & the family cannot do enough for you. Buffet style breakfast plenty to choose from. Food menu has a good selection, Joseph’s lamb chops are delicious
