Melissi Beach Hotel & Spa in Ayia Napa

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-organized. The staff were always friendly, helpful, and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. What really made our experience unforgettable was the animation team. They were incredibly energetic, fun, and professional. Every day they organized different activities, games, and shows that kept everyone entertained. They created such a warm and joyful atmosphere, and you could see how much effort they put into making guests happy. A special thank you from us — they truly made our vacation extra special and memorable! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun holiday. Can’t wait to come back again!

It's a nice hotel with its own beach, but the sea here is not calm and there are often waves.

Delicious. Inexpensive. The staff is wonderful. The restaurant is wonderful, the selection is good, the service is superb. The view is superb. The rooms are new and cool. The bathroom is superb. We were traveling around Cyprus and decided to stay in Ayia Napa for one night. We chose this hotel through Booking.com, but booked it on site. It was cheaper, plus I had a birthday. We mentioned this to the receptionist, and they upgraded us to a wonderful room with a sea view, half board for the price of a room with a city view. They also left a beautifully arranged gift-wrapped fruit in our room for our birthday, along with a bottle of wine. The beach on their property is also superb. Nissi Beach is always crowded, but this one is less crowded and the water is just as good. The next day, we asked reception to charge our power bank because it was time to check out. They kindly did, we checked out, and went to their beach. Then we came back and picked it up. Overall, the hotel is really great. By the way, we stopped by to look at other hotels nearby, and only Oceanos is up to par.

Great hotel approx 30 mins from the airport. Nice clean rooms with comfy beds and air conditioned. The pool area is also nice and clean and watched over by a life guard all day. The staff have all been incredibly friendly and helpful, particularly the bar staff with a wide range of cocktails available (I suggest the Soros special). Food has also been great with a variety of options available pretty much all day every day. I came on an all inclusive and would definitely be back again.

This is a great little hotel, food is varied and really good. The staff are all very friendly and can't do enough to make your stay enjoyable. We stayed half board but the drinks were very reasonable. The beach is just a short walk past the lovely pool area. All in all a little gem. We will definitely be coming back.

This was my second time staying at this hotel, and it was even better than the first! The whole team is warm, friendly, and always ready to help, which makes the atmosphere feel like home. A very special mention goes to Sotos, who truly makes the bar and the poolbar the heart of the hotel. His cocktails are outstanding – creative, perfectly balanced, and always served with a smile. You absolutely have to try his “Sotos Special” – it’s out of this world! His positive energy and genuine kindness make every day unforgettable. Thanks to him and the amazing team. ❤️ Highly recommended!

Our second stay here and once again everything was perfect – pools, beach access, food, rooms, and staff. We especially appreciated the small details like the water dispenser by the pools and the inflatables available for kids. A wonderful place with a great atmosphere. We’ll definitely return!
