Pool was greate, games section was a little worn down with ping pong table rackets semi destroyed and some machines not working. Breakfast was greate, but lunch and dinner was very bad! There is many bad reviews about this for a reason!!!!
The hotel has a greate location for Nissi Beach, and a short busride away form Ayia Napa downtown.

Ok place
Ok place. Not on the beach, and if you are in nissiana bungalows it is 600m to beach. Decent walk when it’s hot. 5 stars for breakfast people.

We had a fantastic stay at the Nissiana Hotel in Ayia Napa. While it may not be the newest hotel, the level of cleanliness and service is absolutely top-notch—the highest you could ask for.
The food was also a huge highlight. It was clean and excellent, with a great selection of authentic Greek dishes that made our dining experience wonderful.
Every member of the staff was incredibly kind and helpful, making our overall experience truly exceptional. We highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel was very good, and the food was delicious. It is located in a great spot, close to beautiful beaches. The best part was the waiter Nikolas – an extremely hardworking person, always ready to help and attentive to every detail of the service. With a smile and kindness, he advised on the choice of dishes, showing great knowledge and experience. His helpfulness and professional attitude made the service top-notch, and his dedication and approach truly raise the standard of the entire hotel restaurant.

The hotel is only a short walk to the beachfront. The hotel is clean and has good entertainment. The bar staff, waitresses and waiters were all polite and welcoming. Nikolas one of the waiters was always polite, professional and well presented, he was so helpful and kind, Nissiana should be very proud to hire people like him! We will definitely be returning to this hotel!

A Wonderful Stay – Truly Deserves More Than 3 Stars!
We had an amazing experience during our stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly and attentive staff. Everyone—from reception to the restaurant—went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and cared for.
The food was an absolute highlight. Without exaggeration, it’s the best we’ve ever had at a hotel. There were plenty of delicious options to suit every taste, and everything was fresh and beautifully prepared.
Our accommodation was in one of the bungalows, which were clean and serviced daily. The only minor downside was that they could be a bit noisy at night, but overall, the comfort and cleanliness more than made up for it.
This hotel absolutely deserves more than its 3-star rating. We would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

I want to mark this hotel as better than 3 stars! The staff is very polite and the hotel itself is very decent!
I want to separately note the kitchen! The chef and his team, along with the waiters, are simply brilliant! The choice of food, although not large, is every day all kinds of meat (chicken, pork, beef, lamb) and fish. All dishes are cooked with high quality and fresh! So you definitely won't be hungry!
We will definitely come back again!
