Clean hotel, always cleaning reception area. Breakfast selection nice 7am to 10am...Sharp. Evening Buffet E25..... not worth it, in my opinion so do half board. Reception staff lovely accommodating, understanding, especially Maria 😉❣️ Room 120B Nice clean room corner room - (next to the Íron Room) STREET VIEW with partial sea view. Not what was shown in the photo I based my selection on. Bottle of wine and fruits...... complimentary....Nice Touch Moved to 431 (Odd numbers 425 to 441) (No Iron Room on this floor) Sea view, Pool view, Panasonic view. The even number rooms on all floors have the Street view with a Sea view off to the right. The odd number rooms have the best views, but at night the fair rides operational, so a touch noisy, but did not disturb me. The pool area had lots of seating - but that pool was blooming COLD even in the mid-day sun. The bar and service staff very friendly - drinks are reasonable. Easy to get around, everything in walking distance - Getting a taxi is easy but ASK the price before you get in, you can be overcharged.

Hotel/room was lovely, clean, modern. Location is great as it was a short distance from all main destinations in napa without too much noise around. Some staff was very nice and polite but some were very rude. The entertainment staff, Billy and Ellie, were lovely and helpful they need a pay rise as it made up for rude staff therefore atmosphere was 8/10. Good evening entertainment. Snack bar food was very nice and better than the general food that is served which was not very nice and I couldn’t stomach it a lot of the time. Cocktails were very nice and good variety of drinks. Good value for money if u were to get maybe half board or without food but not all inclusive.

Pool area spotless, outdoor pool freezing cold but a lovely area. Indoor pool ok, no one to manage the area if the sun is out as the lifeguard would be based outside. Room far too small for 3, not enough storage space, not enough wardrobe space & balcony could not accommodate 3 people, very small area. Most staff were friendly, however the staff on reception were quite frosty & seemed annoyed to be interrupted. The breakfast was fantastic, so many choices & plentiful. My biggest problem was the fact smoking was allowed on balconies. As non smokers, we had to close our balcony door several times when the people in the room next door were on their balcony smoking. It made our room stink.

This is a wonderful hotel with its own unique charm. The staff is incredibly friendly and always willing to help with any requests. The food in the dining room is delicious, and quarantine restrictions are observed throughout, but it's not noticeable. The pool is spotlessly clean and large, perfectly complementing the relaxation and comfort area after lunch. It even has a Jacuzzi area. Sun loungers are available for a fee, while a little further from the pool, they're free. The only thing I'd like to see is loud music throughout the hotel grounds and entertainment for children. There's a huge parking lot at the hotel entrance, with plenty of space for both disabled guests and a nearby rental car for €60. I highly recommend this hotel; trust me, you'll be satisfied!

A gorgeous hotel, I'd say a five-star. The food is delicious, the cleaning is spotless, the beds are comfortable, and the location is excellent. Overall, you nailed it. We'll be back.

This is a great hotel, our second stay. It's conveniently located in a quiet area, just 3 minutes from the sea. Delicious, varied cuisine with a great selection for both breakfast and dinner. A gorgeous pool with a hydromassage and jacuzzi area, a comfortable relaxation area by the pool with loungers, a nice bar, and relaxing music. There's also a great fitness area, exercise equipment, a sauna, a steam room, and a separate pool. The only downsides are the relatively small rooms and elevators. The rooms are cleaned daily, and the shower is excellent, with fresh towels and linens. The bedding is comfortable. The air conditioning works well.

Truly wonderful. We stayed half board and food was consistently high quality, delicious and varied. Staff were all wonderful but particularly Panayotis was great with the kids. This is a family run hotel and management are engaged, present and ensuring quality. Rooms smallish but well appointed and with lovely sea views. Pool and facilities were excellent! I cannot wait to visit again!

Lovely hotel, top end of 4 stars for sure. The staff take cleanliness as a priority, rooms, common areas and pool area all spotless. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Great breakfast selection, evening buffet meals are a high standard. No complaints, we did eat out 3 times in the week, but this was because there are lots of nice restaurants tempting us nearby. Location of the hotel is excellent. Pool scene is lovely, sunbeds really comfy and cheap upgrades available for poolside platforms with a few extras brought by staff thrown in.
Would definitely recommend and stay again on future visits.

We recently stayed at Nestor Hotel in Ayia Napa (for the 7th or 8th time) and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and perfectly located. But what really stands out is the incredibly kind and helpful staff — always smiling, attentive, and ready to help with anything. Especially Maria who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I highly recommend Nestor Hotel — we'll definitely come back next year. Thank you for another great stay! ❤️
