The hotel facilities are new and well organized. The room has many electric sockets for charging various devices. Their receptionist, Carine was so helpful and always gave us warm greetings when we were in and out.

Cheap and close to the airport. Bolt works, €22 each way. Bus stop is close but it’s not reliable especially if you’re coming from late night flight. Great location for a short stay after a late arrival to Larnaca airport.

Seemed far from most things but a good walk to Lidle. Staff was helpful and theres a swimming pool on the roof which was a pleasant surprise. Bathroom door had no door handle which was odd.

Very plain, basic but clean and tidy. All you need for a night or two. Keep in mind that it is a bit far from the downtown area. Walkable but not if it is hot.

We stayed for two nights upon arrival. The hotel was very nice, clean, and comfortable. It was just two minutes from the sea. They sent us self-check-in instructions, and everything was clear and easy. The only downside was the bar, which was practically right outside our windows. The music blared until 2 a.m., so closing the windows didn't help.

Nice quaint boutique hotel Great location and service, small boutique hotel and you can’t beat the price albeit it’s aging a bit. Front desk and housekeeping were always responsive and attended every request. The whole center has road construction now which hinders movement a bit….so give extra time for taxi.

Nice hotel, on arrival it was quite late and seemed dark/closed. We got the email with the key code so entry was quick and easy. The bedrooms are clean and nice. I'm currently staying at the villa as I'm writing this and I rarely write reviews but this place is great! It's in a secure complex with private parking. I'm currently staying 4nights in no10 and the villa has all you need from a swimming pool to cable TV and is also very clean.

This place is not a great value for the price. Although the location is very good which is a big plus, the room standard is well below what you would expect from a 3-star hotel. The service itself is fine, but staff are unavailable for much of the day. Great place to stay in Larnaca. Rooms& bathroom very clean. Also the towels were very clean( very important for us) 😄. I was looking for a place in kiti. It worked out to approximately £60 a night, that's 2 bedrooms (sleeps 4), 2 bathrooms, a generous kitchen and dining, with living room room, as well as a huge balcony. The property was great, it even has a pool and courtyard. The facilities were good, very happy that it had ac and boost for the shower. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay here...

Nice, small yet affordable place to live. Rooms are small and not so airy. Room service is fine. You can also find many restaurants around this hotel. Indians can also enjoy Indian restaurants nearby. Connectivity through the local city transport to this place from the main market area is good. Beach is hardly a 10 minutes walk from the hotel.

It's basic, the cleaning staff do a great job, weekend entertainment is well chosen. There is no lift,but only two floors so not a problem. Literally 100yds to the beach,good car parking,and the pool should be fully refurbished by high season.
