We stayed for two nights upon arrival. The hotel was very nice, clean, and comfortable. It was just two minutes from the sea. They sent us self-check-in instructions, and everything was clear and easy. The only downside was the bar, which was practically right outside our windows. The music blared until 2 a.m., so closing the windows didn't help.

This place is not a great value for the price. Although the location is very good which is a big plus, the room standard is well below what you would expect from a 3-star hotel. The service itself is fine, but staff are unavailable for much of the day. Additionally, there is no luggage storage available on site which is inconvenient if you plan to come to the airport later after the checkout

Great place to stay in Larnaca. Rooms& bathroom very clean. Also the towels were very clean( very important for us) 😄. The breakfast was great. The pool was quite spacious and nice. The beach wasn’t exactly perfect — we had to go quite far out to be able to swim properly — but it was very safe for kids. I'm currently staying at the villa as I'm writing this and I rarely write reviews but this place is great! It's in a secure complex with private parking. I'm currently staying 4nights in no10 and the villa has all you need from a swimming pool to cable TV and is also very clean.

I was looking for a place in kiti. It worked out to approximately £60 a night, that's 2 bedrooms (sleeps 4), 2 bathrooms, a generous kitchen and dining, with living room room, as well as a huge balcony.
