Les Palmiers Beach Boutique Hotel & Luxury Apartments in Larnaka

BUILDING WORKS NEXT TO HOTEL! NOISE FROM 4am-8am EVERY Morning. AUGUST 2025.
A shame because we stayed here a few times prior. Perfect location and clean although it’s dated and old hotel. Manager doesn’t care at all about any complaints.
If you want a good sleep, don’t stay here! Lots of building and roadworks surrounding the hotel too and bin collections are daily from 4/5am lots of load banging and crashing, beeping and goes on for at least an hour. Bin men shouting etc. So loud you can’t ignore it. Caused us a lot of disrupted sleep especially with young children. No customer service or sympathy.

We booked for sea view but we gota a side view with a commercial waste dump area with a really bad smell. The apartment is not cleaned properly with very strong small cigarettes. Air conditions with a message saying it needs filter cleaning. The reception staff has a don't care attitude.

If you're looking for a place to stay that’s conveniently located on the main strip, then you’ve found it! However, if you’re traveling with kids or a pram, you might want to rethink your options.

Upon arrival, I was greeted with the lovely sight of a front entrance that was less "welcome" and more "good luck." The lift was tiny and the door was wasn't level, making every trip in and out like a mini obstacle course. Not ideal when you're juggling kids and luggage!

Now, let's talk about the room. It was about the size of a shoebox—seriously, we could only move around the room in single file it was a bit ridiculous. The bathroom could have used some TLC; there was mould around the shower and ceiling that really added to the ambiance... if you're into that sort of vibe. Oh, and for a family of four, we were generously gifted only three towels. Because, you know, sharing is caring! The buffet breakfast? Well, let’s just say it was basic enough to raise eyebrows.

On the bright side, our balcony had a side water view, which was nice until we caught sight of the neighboring property’s garbage. It resembled a tip site—definitely not the ocean view I had in mind.

To top it all off, we pre-booked a taxi to the airport for 5:30 AM. Spoiler alert: it was 6 AM it never arrived, leaving us with two small children and a mountain of luggage. We were scrambling to find another ride calling someone. Not exactly the smooth send-off we hoped for!

In summary, while the location is great, the room, service and amenities leave much to be desired. I can’t recommend Les Palmiers unless you're prepared for some unexpected challenges. Happy travels!
