Unfortunately, our experience at the hotel itself was disappointing. The building appeared quite old and the corridor areas were not very clean. There were dead pigeons caught in the nets above the corridor, right above head level when walking through, which was quite unpleasant.
When we arrived, the main door lock would not open and we needed assistance to get inside. The door only had a simple keyed doorknob and no additional bolts or locks from the inside, which raised some concerns about security.
Our room was on the second floor. Although it initially looked clean, a closer inspection revealed several security and hygiene issues. The balcony sliding door did not have any locking mechanism. The towels did not appear fresh, there were stains on the beds, and the pillows did not seem clean. The towels were stinking and some were torn. No toiletries were provided. The kitchen facilities were also very basic, with only a couple of plates and some cutlery. The fridge was old and had an unpleasant smell. Curtains were torn.
Overall, we did not feel secured staying there due to the lack of basic security and poor hygiene standards. We had originally booked the room for three nights, but after experiencing the above I decided to stay awake the whole night and found another hotel. We decided to leave the following morning and found another hotel for the remainder of our stay.
Breakfast was great and reasonably priced. Eleni the host was highly efficient, very hardworking and genuinely caring for people staying.
I requested cleaning in the middle of my stay and it was done extremely well.
Location wise this is a very peaceful part of Larnaca with a couple of supermarkets and a number of restaurants.
I will be staying here next time I am in Larnaca.
Well, it's an older hotel, and if it gets a makeover, it will be a perfect stay for everyone.
This was one of the worst and most terrifying experiences we’ve ever had in a hotel. Late at night, some unknown people were screaming in the corridors and literally tried to break into our door. We were shocked and terrified — there was no receptionist, no security, nobody to help.
We felt completely unsafe and trapped in our own room, not knowing if someone would actually manage to get in. How can a place like this even be listed as a hotel?
The whole building feels abandoned, dirty, and neglected. No staff, no communication, no safety. It’s unacceptable and absolutely not worth the money.
We left feeling unsafe, exhausted, and angry. This place should be inspected — it’s a total disgrace.

However, there was old furniture everywhere, on the stairs, between the rooms etc.
A lady came into our room while we were sleeping without even knocking!! Unacceptable
