Although it was only a one night stay, we really enjoyed our time at St. Raphael’s. We have stayed here many times, never had anything but great service. Highly recommend St.Raphael’s.

Great Bar staff. Hotel was packed during off season, lively, friendly atmosphere. Many families. Good breakfast. Good place.

Good room, spacious and fairly clean. Modern decor. I asked for a dream box as the tv tuner didn’t seem to work. Balcony in room 122 was probably the smallest I’d seen. We had the breakfast option and, all I’d say is, go early as it got (gets) very crowded. Food options were ok, nothing special and didn’t feel 5-star. I ordered an omelette and is was ok. Quite a lot of food options for kids. Bring your own tea bags as the tea served is very low quality. What let the hotel down was the lack of children’s activities compared to other similar hotels in the area. The playground needs a complete renovation.

The hotel was almost empty, and was already decorated for Christmas. It felt cosy and nice
I could expect for more facility wise from a 5 star hotel
The staff were great!

Overall we were very happy with the staff and hotel.
However the waiting time for a drink in the captain’s bar was far too long. On average some time up to 15-20 minutes. The system for ordering and delivering needs to be changed.

Pool areas looked lovely but our preference was the beach.
