Coral Beach Hotel & Resort Cyprus in Coral Bay

The hotel was very nice, the room spacious with a nice sea view. Breakfast was excellent. 

The room is spacious and has a balcony. It’s clean and convenient. They don’t offer water bottles but they give you a glass bottle that you’re supposed to refill yourself but they did not put water fountains on every floor so you need to go to the 5th floor every time you need water and it doesn’t taste very good. They refused to turn on the AC as they considered it was still cold outside although spring was already there and it was more than 27° at some point. Thankfully they brought us a fan.
The breakfast is great and very diverse. The coffee from the machine is realistic bad but there are waiters who can make you coffee if you ask. One of the waiter however, kept catering to white guests and said hello to everyone but us. We felt neglected and it was not very nice to experience.
There isn’t a proper beach but you can access the sea by walking a bit further. Otherwise you need to climb on piles of seaweed and jump straight to the water. Our favourite thing at the hotel was by far the swimming pools, the steam room and sauna. Extremely convenient and relaxing.
The spa however, was not worth it at all. It is not only very expensive, even compared to spas in Paris, but also the estheticians are not trained properly. We were very unhappy and it ruined our last days. They do not know how to properly perform a facial cleanse or a massage. The girl who took care of me hurt me and plucked several of my hair while performing the worst scalp massage I’ve ever had. The product she used which was made out of rosemary essential oil was either of poor quality or expired or not adapted for skin and eyes. She got it into my eyes and i messed up my eyes for several days afterwards and irritated my skin. The person I was with also had a facial, and it was very disappointing too. She told me it’s the worst she ever had and this is coming from someone who has tried spas in more than 50 countries. You’re not supposed to be in agonising pain after a relaxing massage, especially considering the massage I chose which is called “Tranquility and Wellbeing”. So pretty disappointing overall. When we told them the next day, they kept denying it and suggested I go into the steam room to “relax”. Train your girls properly and don’t offer services you are not actually able to perform. Also, how inconsiderate of you to ask if we are from “isr*el” with a big smile and then being disappointed when we say where we are from, all while hearing us speak a completely different language and in the midst of a g*nocide… So upsetting and unnecessary. t

Great food. A lot of things to do - tennis, pool, beach, pingpong, gym, sauna, snooker, u name it.
It was a calm atmosphere. Thank you for a memorable 3-night stay

We stayed for just under a week in the off-season and enjoyed the warm weather, clean private beach, and pool. The location is great, with easy access to sights, a supermarket and bus stop right outside, and free parking for our rental car. Outdoor areas are spacious with beautiful views, and staff were generally kind, though professionalism varied. The manager followed up on our concerns and offered complimentary bubbles and fruit, which was appreciated.

The interiors were the biggest disappointment. Our room was large and clean but very outdated, with a basic bathroom and plumbing issues that required repair. Upholstery around the property is old and worn, the spa area felt dingy and smelled unpleasant, and the indoor bar had the same issue.

Food was average. Vegetarian options were limited, and some cheeses tasted freezer-burned. Drinks were overpriced, though the dinner buffet offered good value.

The resort provides many activities and feels ideal for families, groups, and retirees who return often. For singles or couples looking for a truly luxurious stay, this feels closer to a 3–4-star experience, and a different property may be a better fit.

Amazing hotel, with great facilities and wonderful staff members. The private beach was beautiful and clean and the hotel rooms (with sea view) were excellent.

Wonderful pool. Clean family room with a great view. we all loved the breakfast - but most of all a location right next to the sea with a beautiful beach. Bravo!

An out standing place for a family vacation, excellent service, good food with a lot of variety , clean and tidy, close to the beach with several options of water sports activities, comfortable pools with pleasant water, if you can, take a studio with a sea view (grass), thanks for an unforgettable vacation!

The room was excellent very clean the view was fantastic all food was lovely great location and the pool was fantastic
One thing that could be improved is people put towels on chairs then go out for the day and come back in the afternoon while someone else could be using the lounge bed, I think this should be monitored and they should be given an hour or so to eat and if they do not return the towels should be removed.
