Highly praised for excellent accessibility and wheelchair-friendly design, including a pool hoist. Warm, family-run service with staff described as friendly, kind, and very helpful. Spacious, clean apartments with well-equipped wet rooms. Wide range of equipment available for hire to assist guests with disabilities, such as hospital beds and shower chairs. Peaceful pool area with well-maintained gardens and an inviting atmosphere. One review noted issues with cleanliness around the pool area and sun loungers. Some guests experienced difficulties with breakfast availability if arriving late during serving hours. Reports of limited reception presence and challenges in obtaining pool towels. Occasional maintenance issues noted, such as a sticking door and broken radiator controls. A few guests felt the hotel prioritized profit over guest comfort.

We spent a week at C&A Hotel and it was a great trip. The Hotel staff was very friendly, kind and courteous. I really can recommend this Hotel for people with a wheelchair - the area around the Hotel is perfect.

Authentic, family run hotel with a great service, Eleni and Chris are very welcoming. It’s a place easily accessible for disabled people if you have any special needs. It’s worth supporting such places and enjoying good, local atmosphere

I can highly recommend CA Hotel Appartments, situated in Polis, Cyprus. Approx 45mins transfer from Paphos Airport These superb apartments/studios, have been our holiday destination for at least 26 holiday. Some times we were able to go twice a year. Brilliant accessible accommodation, and a pool that even has a hoist, to assist you for wheelchair transfers or those less able to use steps, get in and out of the pool.... Family run accommodation complex, also family run, wheelchair accessible transport/airport transfers/ excursions, .....and on site business for the hiring of equipment to help those needing items that they cant bring from home. Manual, Electric powerchairs/scooters, Shower seats/commode/hospital bed/ air pressure relief mattress/rolator/walking frame.....nothing is to much trouble. Chris Neophytou will do his utmost to help. It is situated in a small, unspoilt village/town. 10mins stroll into Polis Square, where you will find many restaurants, cafes, bars etc. Very Quaint......and the locals are lovely too.

I am utterly disgusted by the review Dec 2024. This is a malicious review. Wirldtravellerxyz Having holidayed here for over 20yrs, i can hand on heart say this multiple posted review is vindictive and full of untruths. We stayed here as CA made it possible for us, in that my late hubby was quadreplegic, blind, wherlchair confined, required 24/7 ,Care by myself, carers and family. He had a portable ventilator, portable cough assist, Gastrostomy peg feed pump etc but to go to Cyprus like he always hoped for would not have been possible without the help from Chris the manager....who himself is wheelchair confined. He asked what Petes needs were, eg, hospital profiling bed, pressure relief air mattress with alternating cels, Shower/commode, Hoist, etc...all of which he had available to hire.....This was a no brainer, we booked the holiday and were very happy that we were also able to prebook CA Taxi, fully adapted mini bus, for our airport transfers. It help take away our concerns , because Chris would ask for dimensions, weight, etc so that the large power chair we had could be confirmed as suitable to fit in the taxi. The vindictive vomments re absolutely dreadful , complete rip off, owners taking advantage of disabled people, cleanliness , poor quality food at breakfast * breakfast is continental, fruit, greek yoghurts, toast, cereals, a variety of egg boiled fried scrambled, etc, tea coffee juice... It is only served a specific time.....if you get there late, last 10mins for eg, its like anywhere, when the " kitchens closed" the food left will be very little.....just a word with staff/ management to ask, if they would be able to ensure food would be available for a party of 2/3/ 4 etc..... but obviously this cannot be guaranteed....its like any buffet, and especially a big group, i would always ask, when msy be the best time to go for breakfast....... Hairdryer, did they not contact and ask the owners b4 leaving home... Leaving soaking wet towels dumped on the floor, i find rude. The housekeepers should be treated with respect... im sure the majority of us would either at least use again a second time fold over a chair or drying rail, then wring out, fold and leave outside room or on the window bottom or table if you have a studio in the older block, but on seeing a house keeper, kindly tell them you have towells to change and room number. As for towells at poolside, this is a no no.It clearly states please use yourvown towells for pool and beach, as does many hotels wherever you go. The pool side and surrounding walk areas are scrupulously powerwashed very early in the morning as are the sunbeds and mattresses.....however if a seagul or swift or pigeon decides to let its droppings fall in the pool or on the walkways and beds, then u unfortunately that's out of the owners hands! This family run business was predominantly aimed at providing accessible accommodation thus making a holiday for them, their families and caregivers th

This hotel purports to be a home-from-home for disabled travellers. We found that it did, indeed, provide wet rooms and a large amount of equipment that could be (expensively) hired, but as a hotel we thought it was dreadful. 1.The whole place was dirty, with old bird droppings round the pool, and dirt in it. The sun-loungers were also in very poor condition. 2.There was no Reception, and no way of contacting anyone if you needed anything. 3.We could not find anyone to get pool towels from, so we used the room towels, got shouted at for doing so and then couldn't get any clean towels and were left with our sodden wet ones for the next day. Even leaving them on the bathroom floor - the universally-recognised way of signifying that you would like them changed - didn't work. They were just left there in a sodden pile! 4.There was no hairdryer provided and it took me two days to get hold of anyone who could let me have one. 5.Breakfast was of poor quality, the food ran out quickly so you had to be there on the dot. 6.We couldn't get into our room because the door stuck and my husband had to put his shoulder to it, but when we pointed this out it was ignored, although a disabled person, someone using a wheelchair, say, would not have been able to open the door. 7.The owner of the hotel stationed himself by the pool and persisted in asking intrusive questions about people's state of health. 8. There was a radiator in our room that heated up at night, and the controls were broken so there was no way of turning it off. Our room was also very dirty, with balls of fluff on the floor. 9. To sum up, it seemed as if the place was run for the money-making convenience of the owners rather than for the comfort of the guests. All in all, we thought this hotel was absolutely dreadful and a complete rip-off. I felt the owners were taking massive advantage of the mostly disabled people who were staying there.

A wonderful, family-run apartment located in the heart of Polis. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel like part of the family. Chris, Andreas, Charoula and the team are wonderful. At breakfast, the outdoor seating area is a great place to talk and meet new people and we will miss our morning chats with Andreas! The apartments are very spacious and set up with everything you need. The pool area is lovely, with beautiful gardens and pots. We are able-bodied but the facilities for people with disabilities were so well thought out. This should be standard for hotels around the world but we have never seen a swimming pool lift in any country we have travelled in. They've really done an incredible job and thought of everything you could possibly need.

We had business in Polis, so booked this ‘blind’ from booking.con and have loved it so much, we have extended our stay - leaving the villa in PE era on the east coast for a few more days. We were unsure what to expect as all the rooms were disabled access and we are able bodied, however it has been excellent,. The room is spacious, well equipped and clean! The breakfast was very fresh, excelllent choice and well worth the money. The pool is peaceful, veryclean with a good bar and plenty of sunbeds. Staff are super friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect hotel! Second year we come here.

The hotel owner and his great staff will make you feel like home.

Location is 2 minutes by walk from all restaurants and bars in Polis.

The location was excellent and the staff were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, kind and friendly. Also, the pool area is wonderful, filled with beautiful flora and lemon trees from which Chris and his staff make the most delicious lemonade. We would return for the breakfast alone as it was exceptional - we even got local halloumi and Mosfilo jam which were out of this world. We were made to feel at home from the start which was a first for us as we’d been backpacking through the country for a while. The hotel is designed for everyone, with a focus on facilities for disabled guests, which is a great way to meet people from all walks of life. We’ll 100% return and highly recommend this stunning place!
