Anemi Hotel & Suites in Paphos

Our experience at the hotel was unfortunately disappointing. We were a group of 8 adults with a two-year-old child, and I am pregnant, yet there was no consideration or priority given to us from the start.

On the first day, while using the indoor pool, the spa staff member spoke to us in a very aggressive manner, demanding absolute silence because of treatments taking place. Even though we reported this to the reception, the response was limited to a simple apology without any further action.

On the second day, we left a towel on a sunbed while going for breakfast, and the bar waiter removed it with a sarcastic comment. Later, the hotel manager promised to reserve sunbeds for our group, but the next day she herself addressed me in a sarcastic tone, showing a lack of professionalism.

The most important issue, however, was cleanliness. We stayed for 3 nights and our suite was not cleaned even once. When I politely asked the cleaning staff, the answer I received was that she had too much work and would not manage to do it.

Overall, the staff’s attitude was dismissive and disrespectful towards our complaints, with no intention to provide real solutions. It is truly disappointing that, despite the significant cost (four suites), our stay was ruined by the lack of professionalism, cleanliness, and respect. NEVER AGAIN
