Louis Phaethon Beach in Paphos

Well what can I say . First time at this fantastic hotel & won't be the last . The food was excellent & such a great choice . I'm a fussy eater but always found something . The eggs & omelette at breakfast were cooked to perfection . The room was lovely & clean plenty of storage space for 2 of us . The staff were all lovely . Ahmed made our day with hello Mr Allen . The cocktails were all freshly made & in proper cocktail glasses unlike most other all Inc we've stayed in . We are a couple in our 80s & most mornings strolled to the Harbor which took us around a hour . Lovely walk by the sea ,we caught the bus back which was 2 euros . Would we come back Definitely. Also my birthday while I was there made special by the balloons, bubbly , cake & the waiters singing to me

First time at the Louis Phaethon and won't be the last ! Located and the very edge or the main ***** of 'big' hotels and right next to St Nicolas church and sunset point (Which is a must for a sunset of two) But there is a bus stop right outside and you are in the harbour area in 10 mins and for only 2 Euro. We had a very small issue with the room and was sorted within 30 minutes. And the follow up from the hotel manager Mr Rudi was excellent, he is a friendly guy and will happily have a short (Or Long!) chat about anything and everything with the guests and is very amenable and approachable. and is a credit to the Louis brand. We had a sea view and the room was everything that had been advertised, more than large enough for the time you spend in there and was kept clean daily par one. Kettle and tea and coffee are provided. The Food and Drink here is excellent for a AI hotel, the quality and strength of the drinks was good, from the Juice/Fizzy Pop and Coffee machines also the Alcohol (Recommend a Black Russian !!) The food choices were varied and again of good quality with a good choice of themed nights (Which we presume are on a weekly rolling basis) But there is enough choice you could have a different meal every night even if you were there for 2 weeks (Although you may need larger clothes for traveling home in!) The staff are all pleasant and work extremely hard, I felt from one of my chats with Mr Rudi they all work on the same page and have the same ethos. with Ahmed from the Restaurant who seats you and somehow remembers everyone's name 'Mr Chris & Mrs Debbie' seems to go above and beyond and is both friendly and professional. And makes your Lunch and evening meal 'Smile' All in all would we stay again? yes we would - I would imagine at full capacity it could be a different animal but in March with plenty of guests still had a 'Nice' feel and atmosphere. Thank You for helping to make our holiday a special one Mr Rudi, Mr Ahmed and all the rest of the staff.

We booked a Xmas break. The hotel had really made an effort to look after children and adults. Simple entertainment throughout the festive programme including quizzes and other activities. Children well catered for including a visit from Santa. Really good tasty food and exceptional Christmas Eve and Christmas Day buffets. Staff worked hard. We asked for a quiet room which we got. Very nice room and comfy bed.

⭐️⭐️ A Perfect Family Holiday ⭐️⭐️ We stayed at the Louis Phaethon Beach from 25/10/25 to 01/11/25 for my 40th birthday during October half term. The entire trip was a surprise from my husband, and we travelled as a family group of seven—our three children (12, 9, 9) and my mother- and father-in-law. My husband wanted a hotel that would suit everyone… and honestly, I don’t think he could have chosen anywhere better. **Weather & First Impressions** We couldn’t believe how lucky we were with the weather—sunshine every day and temperatures reaching 30°C. The sea was beautifully warm, and although the pool felt a bit cool at first, none of us minded. The location right on the beach with steps directly into the sea was a huge bonus but could be a challenge for people with mobility issues. **Spa & Relaxation** We used the spa for treatments, which were fantastic. They even offer kids’ massages, which mine were desperate to try—and they absolutely loved them! I treated myself to two full-body massages for my birthday, and the one by Aleksandra was genuinely the best massage I have ever had. **Exceptional Gluten-Free Experience** I have coeliac disease, so going all-inclusive abroad can be stressful. The Phaethon is, without question, the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at for gluten-free options. Everything is clearly labelled, the staff are fully allergy-aware, and they will make gluten-free pizza or pasta any time you ask (the pizza was amazing!). I was told I could speak to the chef for anything specific, but there was always plenty of choice. On my last morning, a lovely lady even asked if I’d tried their gluten-free pancakes—I hadn’t realised that was an option, but it was such a thoughtful gesture. I hope this helps someone else travelling gluten-free, because they really do go above and beyond! **Food & Drinks** The food was excellent with great variety—we never got bored. The drinks selection for all-inclusive is good too: local cocktails with generous measures, nice wine (I tried both red and white), bottled Keo at certain bars, and a great selection of iced coffees. **Pools, Slides & Snacks** The pools and water slides were a massive hit with the kids (slides open until 31/10). The snack bar and Chinese food area were an added bonus, but the highlight of the day for the kids and my mother-in-law was the 4pm pancake and waffle hour with over 10 different toppings every day! **Rooms & Maintenance** We had adjoining rooms—perfect for a family of five—with plenty of space and two bathrooms, which made getting ready easy. Everything was modern and spotlessly clean. We did have a couple of issues, but the response was unbelievable: * Our mattress had a huge dip. Within an hour, a brand-new mattress was delivered and the bed re-made. * Our fridge broke. Within 5 minutes a maintenance man arrived, confirmed it couldn’t be fixed, and another 5 minutes later a brand-new fridge was in our room. Literally nothing was too much trouble. Beach towels

We have just returned from our holiday at Louis Phaeton beach and we could not recommend it enough. The food was excellent and the restaurant staff were brilliant especially Ahmed who went above and beyond for us, he was fantastic. All the staff at the hotel were so friendly and polite. The lifeguards were great and a shout out to Karim who was so friendly and kind. Our room was so clean and the view was fabulous. Bus outside the hotel every 15 minutes which was great and only a short trip from the airport. We are already looking forward to returning soon.

I visited Cyprus with my family. We came from Poland in October. Staying at Louis Phaeton Beach Hotel was the best experience. Mostly thanks to the wonderful staff, whose shining star was Ahmed Amer. His presence, attentiveness, kindness and deep care were exceptional. He was always ready to help and go an extra mile for our comfort and made this stay even more delightful! The hotel was over all clean and pretty even if it wasn't the newest. The room was small but enough for three people. It was clean and bright, beds were very comfortable. There was variety of foods for every meal. Location was great, because it only took few steps from pool grounds to the seaside which made it very easy to switch from pool entertainment to quiet seaside and back whenever we felt like it. The atmosphere was great, the staff was really brilliant. They make this place feel like a second home, especially Mr Ahmed Amer. This man is really something more.

Having just returned from Louis pantheon for my sister and brother in law Sadie and Eugene’s wedding, 40 guests flew out for the wedding so we had to leave a review having never stayed at such an absolute gem of a hotel !!!!!! what makes this place stand out from the rest is the STAFF they work tirelessly to keep you happy nothing is too much and trained to another level of hospitality and kindness, the hotel is spotless, food is 5* you name it they’ve got it, restaurant is contemporary and swarve presented beautifully looking at the sea veiw, on checking in food is offered on arrival and drinks such and effortless way to greet guests, never had this kind of check in ever Louise pantheon nailed it from day one, the hotel managers on top form there literally everywhere around the hotel making sure all is in order and very well organised, our family wedding was spectacular again ran to a timescale I’ve never seen and we were very well looked after, wedding was gorgeous so pretty on the beach sea views and staff and Michael made this day so special we will never forget you won’t get that in the UK, this hotel stands out by far having kids entertained allday long the animation team Jamie was a true gentleman helping us set up our hen party night the lad needs a raise for his efforts and kindness lovely lad thanks Jamie, and special thanks to Micheal and I think his name is ruddie apologies if I got it wrong however these gentleman helped my dad who tripped on a step however again sat with us applying first aid then checked on us daily that personal touch is totally priceless thankyou so much for making our family stay the Best weve ever had having visited Cyprus over the years Louis pantheon is by far the best hotel in Cyprus rightly so those personal touches really do stand out thanks to you all for your hard work commitments to guests and families we’ve got memories we will cherish forever
