Hotels on first line in Paphos

Plenty of sunbeds and the pool area was very clean as was the whole hotel. We can’t wait to come back again next year and hopefully many more years

Stayed at the Avanti Hotel late October in search for some winter sun and we weren’t disappointed

The animation team led by Ash are brilliant, just a shame that the hotel is quiet because of things happening in the world Rooms spacious and cleaned every day. Drinks in bar very nice and reasonably priced

Just had 3 weeks at the avanti hotel, local to several restaurants and bars. All staff in bars, reception, cleaning and dining very friendly and welcoming

Had an excellent stay for a week at the very beginning of May! Valentino and Sacha were excellent and looked after us well at breakfast and the pool bar! So many sunbeds to choose from and excellent location

The good is also brilliant and it consists of a general restaurant withh different themes each night( Mediterranean, Mexican), a Japanese restaurant and a burger bar. It was all delicious and good for kids too

Beautiful location. Staff are first class. The variety and quality of food is impressive. First time in an all inclusive that I haven't been desperate to eat elsewhere. Loved every minute and can't wait to return

The hotel and all the staff were absolutely brilliant! Our favourite bartender ( Alin) was so friendly and was very funny and kind. He also made the best drinks we had the whole time we were there

The gardens and pools are kept immaculate. These are the reasons we come back year after year. Thank you Louis Imperial for making our holiday that extra special

A good selection of sun beds available regardless of what time you arrive. The poolside drink service is brilliant. The grounds are kept immaculate. Looking forwards to returning in May after the refurbishment

Next week ( November 2025) however they are closing the hotel to redmodel it and they are adding lots of new cool features which we haven't experienced. However what I really want to talk about is the staff members

Great stay. Comfortable room with lovely views of the pool and sea. Hotel conveniently located for sea, bus station, restaurants and shops. I will return.

3 minutes walk to the sea front and a beautiful walk to the harbour area with stunning views of the coast line and sea. The hotel is in the most perfect position for the restaurants and bars and the sea front

The poola at the hotel as lovely the main pool is really large compared to other hotels. For the price and area of the Kissos hotel you cannot beat

The room was large and the view from the balcony was lovely looking at the pool. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was basic but ok. The pool was only open from 9. I would stay there again as very good location

Hotel was excellent, everyone very helpful, when we turned up to the room, the floor was really dirty, we told the receptionist and it got sorted out that day

Lovely hotel in an amazing part of Paphos. Within 1 minute walk to the main 2 bars and around 8 restaurants

Great hotel on the seaside, big outside swimming pool, nice spa and indoor pool, breakfast with lot of choice, you can eat at terrace with great wiew to pool and sea. Nice beach with waves at front of hotel.

Not sure if the stay was worth the price. Highlights were the pool and a great view of the water. The food was ok, but the dinner was not worth it

The TV was broken but ok i did not come here to watch TV. The food selection on breakfast was big and fresh. You can also rent a bike in the hotel, 10€ for 24 hours

The hotel is in need of some serious renovation. Breakfast was great and reception. Staff lovely

They clean every day and quite carefully. The spa pool smelled slightly of chlorine, a lone cockroach was running around, but you can swim, there is a jacuzzi, sauna and steam room

Amazing location and an amazing stay!

Great staff throughout, good food, very clean. Bus stop outside to Corsl Bay & Pathos. The Spa was a disappointment, the pool there looked dirty. Hopefully the imminent refurb will sort that out

This was our 4th visit to this hotel. The whole experience is great, the food, the rooms and the pools. The staff are so friendly and quick to solve any problems you might have

All in all, it’s a quiet, somewhat isolated hotel with great staff and decent facilities, but the location, beach access, and entertainment might not suit everyone. And what's the most important

Really nice hotel with 4 pools. Food was good and accommodation was good. Nice staff and friendly and accommodating. Woukd recommend.

The description says the hotel is only 150 meters from the beach — technically true, but that doesn’t include the cliffs you have to go down. The beach itself is gravel, not sand, so it might not suit everyone

The bar staff especially Kesimira and her sister Zoe are always ready to fill your glass. Overall highly recommend this place and have already booked for next year

This part was quiet, with a lovely large pool, a nice clean apartment in small white washed blocks with comfortable beds and terrace. The staff was particularly helpful and Vasilis in particular was excellent

If you want you can also access the holiday ‘fishing’ village part adjacent with its large lagoon pool and water park for kids - which is marketed as a different hotel and indeed feels totally different - but if you really liked the tranquility of this bit of the complex you won’t like that as it is crowded noisy and busy

Nice staff, huge rooms, good buffet breakfast, amazing value when staying in low season (Feb). Good location, about 10 min drive from the waterfront and the tombs. Shower temperature was variable

We were quite lucky with weather as for the beginning of March) The resort was approximately empty when we first arrived. We had a lovely view from the balcony and great kitty friends 😍Will definitely come back soon 😌

We had a swim up room. Very clean and modern. Very Comfortable beds. Had a very relaxed couple of days before our flight departure

So many to list they are nearly 12 and were never bored

Thank you for looking after us so well! It’s an easy walk along the seafront to Pafos harbour and there are lots of convenient buses if you want to go up to Coral Bay, Tomb of the Kings and the amazing mosaics at Kato Paphos Archaeological Park 😍

Lovely hotel, the staff are really helpful and attentive. Really good pool area and lots of sun beds, there is access to swim in the sea via a pontoon

A fab Paphos stay Breakfast at The Constantinou Bros Athena Beach is amazing. Been here many times and don't need an excuse to return. We look forward to our next stay

Great rooms although I would have liked the option of using the air con even though it's the 'winter' season. The staff were the most helpful

There was some confusion over our rooms on arrival but reception quickly understood what had happened and fixed it without me having to explain or complain

Lovely and quiet with mostly adults staying here which we were surprised at considering its location to everything. Nice choice for breakfast with both indoor a pretty courtyard seating area

Nice hotel with great location. Breakfast was good and dinner excellent. A little odd is the glassdoor for the bathroom which you can see through. Bed is good and there is also a little balcony

The hotel is not far from the beach. Winter is the off-season, so the surrounding area is not very lively. The room is not big, but it has basic facilities. The hotel front desk was very polite

The rooms were clean, and the staff were very helpful. My only complaint was that the breakfast was very monotonous and lacked any variety, even hot dishes.

Evening Dinner is in the restaurant at the front of the hotel in which you get seated and have an allocated three course menu to choose from with a good choice. The staff are friendly and the service is excellent

It has both an outdoor and indoor pool. The gym is sort of small for the size of the hotel but enough equipment for a decent workout. The bar prices are quite good actually, cheaper than most beach bars outside the hotel

Breakfast was the usual choices. Hotel sits in a nice cove with access to the sea. Big swimming pool and lots of loungers. Wine not the best but to be fair wine tastes like sherry in all the restaurants

Double pool, beautiful sea view from the room. Evening entertainment until 11:00 PM. We ate almost all dinners at the hotel, enjoying the themed evenings, ranging from Greek to Mexican to Asian cuisine

This hotel has friendly, helpful and efficient staff. The food is excellent - fresh, tasty & varied. It is clean & comfy with good access to its own sea cove.

There's easy and direct access (walking distance) to a small cove where you can swim and snorkel The views from the rooms with sea view are just amazing

Couldn't fault the attention to cleaning the hotel. Rooms are a good standard with huge bed. B&B stay so can't comment on the all inclusive food. You can upgrade to AI at the hotel but I recommend you go out

The location is excellent, and besides the pool, there's a natural, very safe swimming area right on the beach outside, with crystal clear water where you can see the bottom

The quality of all three meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) is guaranteed, and the buffet is reasonably priced with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating

My flight was too late. The room was very clean and the view from the window was truly amazing. If time allowed, I would have loved to stay for several days.

For breakfast, there are three coffee machines, so you never have to wait in a long line. It's completely quiet at night, and parking is super convenient

This is the best value-for-money hotel I've stayed at in nearly a decade

On the whole a good stay! But a few points to note, until i arrived i did not know my room was in a separate building to the rest of the hotel cthe Olympic Wing was nice but a trek from the bar and breakfast

We had booked a one bed apartment for 3 adults, and were over the moon when shown to our room to discover it was a 2 bed apartment, groundfloor, over looking the smaller pool

We really enjoyed our stay at Paphos Gardens we was B&b only. It was a great base for us and all staff were pleasant and helpful

I love Cyprus despite the cool weather with drizzle. Will be back soon again to enjoy the sun and sea, the peaceful days, delicious food, amazing wines and lovely people.

We even had a bottle of red wine and more water presented to us on the table with a with compliments and welcome note, very thoughtful

The facility is good—slightly old, but comfortable. Free parking and a nice breakfast. I recommend it.

The resort is bigger than i realised and we were lucky with our location, we had to cross a tiny road to get to the reception and restaurant but honestly the road was like it was part of the resort, so not an issue

Every staff member from guest services, dining, pool, porters, housekeeping, front desk, chefs and servers were focused on our satisfaction at all times. Definitely a superior spot to return to in the future

The room that I booked on Trip. com was advertised as having a deluxe sea view, but the view was nothing like the photos, so I made a complaint

If you prefer a sea view, please make sure they give you a room above the ground floor; otherwise the view will be completely blocked by the trees. The service was really nice, as they changed my room without any issues

Other 5-star hotels that I have stayed at in the UK have offered some kind of small gesture. Overall, service & breakfast buffe is 5 stars but the room itself I would only give 4 stars

I also booked this staycation for my birthday and was expecting a small surprise from a 5-star hotel, as they could see my DOB at check-in, but there was nothing

I would not say nothing about the stunning view from our apartment, so apartment will stay free for the next December :) Everything is close : Avenue Mall with all shops, harbor wit all cafes and restaurants, sand beach with great coffee

I had a wonderful time! Location: The complex is in a great location. Just a few minutes to the beach, which isn’t too crowded and local area as I learned. The beach path to the harbor is wonderful, with great sunsets

We stayed here as a family during our trip to Paphos, and it was simply perfect in every way. From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was incredibly smooth and quick — exactly what you want after a long journey

The staff were wonderful — attentive, friendly, and professional throughout our stay. But perhaps the best review came from my daughters, who said they could move in permanently and didn't want to leave

The staff: The staff was exceptionally friendly and always responded quickly to any questions, in person and via WhatsApp. Everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained with high design standard

We were greeted with a lovely welcome package including fresh fruits, water, wine, beer, sweets, and Nespresso capsules, which immediately made us feel at home

We were in a harbour suite apartment with a sea view balcony. There are numerous restaurants nearby serving good value meals and a well stocked supermarket is opposite the hotel

Basilica holiday resort is clean, has a lovely pool and is very good value for money. Friendly staff who were very welcoming. I would recommend staying here and would stay there again

Great location, and friendly staff. I was not all inclusive so i cannot comment on that the outdoor pool looked inviting but was too cold at that time off the year

We're 2 oldies who stayed in an appartment in the Harbour Suite because of the lift. The complex comprises several low rise buildings around a good size pool area

It's very relaxed and you can eat at the cafe or bring your own food and drinks to the pool.   There is free parking if you have a hire car

We stayed here while we were running the Cyprus marathon. The hotel is well placed with a short walk to the harbour where the finish line and expo is plus the bus station to the start line

Snack bar was also amazing and food for everyone, lots of drinks available with the choice of choosing others at an extra charge. Plenty sunbeds and pools for everyone to enjoy. Would 100% recommend and would return

The swimming pools look amazing a little on the cool side for me but i used the indoor pool and that was again very clean and tidy amazingly with a life guard

We stayed in apartments 5 and yes they could do with a bit of an upgrade, which we were told is happening late December but even so they were clean and spacious the cleaner was brilliant she couldn't do enough if you asked her for anything

I had a great time for my stay at this hotel. The location was great but wasn’t within walking distance of the beach but I knew this better booking

This will come as no surprise to the management as the fantastic restaurant manager (George) what a very nice person, we bought a bottle nice wine most evenings and he was again very knowledgeable about all the wines on the menu he had the restaurant running like a well oiled machine, you could tell when he wasn't there, enough said

While we are on about the bar i hope the management take note of this there is a waitress Georgina small in stature and very long hair, she is amazing so happy cant do enough to help you she never stops from starting work to stopping cleaning tables for you collecting glasses and bringing you drinks she is a real asset to the hotel

Great bed and shower, plenty of space and they have thought of everything you could possibly need including a very well equipped kitchen. Unfortunately we are leaving way too soon!

Another excellent stay at The Palmiers. The accommodation, staff and location are all fantastic with all of the harbour restaurants a short walk away. Safe to say we will be returning next year.

I was there on night en route on my travels but I will definitely be back. A comfortable and clean hotel near a lot of amenities and not too far away from the sea.

This hotel was central to all our needs in the heart of the harbour. The breakfast was a cold breakfast with cheese and various meats. There was toast, fruit and yogurt. It was good value for what we paid

I think a good quality/price ratio for Cyprus and very good choice for couples

The staff even recommended a great local seafood place! Proximity to the harbor made evening walks delightful. From my perspective, it’s a gem for travelers

But gladly this was not the case as id taken into account what we paid, the hotel is very clean and has a traditional feel to it, the staff are lovely people and you couldn't want for a better location as it is set within a minute of the sea and a beautiful 10mins stroll to the town, our room very spacious and cleaned everyday we went self-catering so cant speak for the food, the pool is very clean...

Breakfast - nothing really nice, typical british poor breakfast , coffe -most poor taste of chemical coffee from powder , room - no hot water - lookwarm only . But for this price Everythink else was good .

Booked two rooms,with a request for adjoining, ground floor and they full filled it. Every thing was there and working for a self catering holiday with no issues. The rooms are spacious but dated

the hotel is on a busy road, we had a room facing this road and it was quite loud during busy hours, but it didn’t bother us at all, we were told if we found it too loud, we could move rooms once one was available but it honestly wasn’t an issue, but i would see why some would find it too much, so it’s good to know they are accommodating if so! perhaps the only thing i can think of is the wifi sometimes...

Had to change last minute and had to stay here. But it was worth it, well looked after by all staff and great facilities on site. Receptionists were really helpful in guiding us to the best places to go in town

It is super super clean very beautifully appointed and the service was amazing if in Munich, I would only stay here

We just needed somewhere for two nights before heading up into the hills for a wedding, it was just perfect. Large rooms, slightly small but functional shower room, nice pool area and excellent breakfast buffet

the rooms and bathrooms are fully functioning and cleaned daily to a really high standard, the cleaner even folded up my pjs and put them under my pillow for me! 🥹 the room had air con which worked perfectly the entire week the staff are absolutely incredible
