Louis Imperial Beach in Paphos

The hotel and all the staff were absolutely brilliant! Our favourite bartender ( Alin) was so friendly and was very funny and kind. He also made the best drinks we had the whole time we were there. The hotel backs onto the beach in a lovely little cove which is perfect for swimming in and finding shells. The good is also brilliant and it consists of a general restaurant withh different themes each night( Mediterranean, Mexican), a Japanese restaurant and a burger bar. It was all delicious and good for kids too. There is also a spa where you can use a steam room, sauna, and a jacuzzi. You can also book a massage( but you have to pay for this). There are also three pools, one inside and two out, and one of the pools is a quiet pool. Next week ( November 2025) however they are closing the hotel to redmodel it and they are adding lots of new cool features which we haven't experienced. However what I really want to talk about is the staff members. All of the are brilliant. The two young ladies who ran the kids club and the guy who did the yoga were awesome!! As well as the the waiter who chatted to us on our last day.

This is our 20th year coming to the Louis imperial. Do.you want to know why we come back year after year ? It's the staff and the food and the general feel of the hotel everyone makes you feel so welcome. It's our home from home we will never stop coming here. To name a few special staff members. Savvi he's such a nice likeable chap he's always smiling and making jokes everyone knows him. Mary who looks after everyone around the pool WOW this lady works her socks off so commendable.Hema is so helpful and friendly he makes us special.cocktails. Mamoud he's a funny lad always chatty and willing to go above and beyond. Elena and Christoph should be proud of all their staff they are a credit to the management. The staff are obviously highly trained in customer service and they work very hard to keep the standards high. The food is outstanding always something for everyone to enjoy no matter how fussy you are. The gardens and pools are kept immaculate. These are the reasons we come back year after year. Thank you Louis Imperial for making our holiday that extra special. X

Just returned from a 10 night stay. The staff & management as always are outstanding, and can’t do enough for you. Although a little dated the rooms are kept spotless. plenty of good food choices for everyone. A good selection of sun beds available regardless of what time you arrive. The poolside drink service is brilliant. The grounds are kept immaculate. Looking forwards to returning in May after the refurbishment. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting a lovely value for money holiday in Paphos.

Came to Louis Imperial Beach hotel for my mums wedding. The staff were impeccable! A glass of champagne upon arrival & as it were a late arrival we were given sandwiches and crisps in our room! Balloons and a bottle of prosecco also in our room. Staff were so attentive, friendly, welcoming and no ask was too much all done with smiles! Specifically Alina, Alex, David, Sawy and Mary for my personal experience. 2 pools; 1 big pool with music and allowed lilos, 2nd pool were a 'quiet' zone, no music or inflatables to cater to different guests. I were pleasantly surprised with the all inclusive food as it were so fresh and delicious and great variety - i complimented the chefs daily! Rooms were clean and refreshments replenished each day in your mini fridge (2x 7UP & 2x Pepsi and bottled water). Entertainment is not great unfortunately the only thing that doesn't fit the standard but upgrades are in the pipeline and looks amazing! So we did have to find local bars for karaoke or late drinks. I would highly recommend booking on the Japanese food night and the burger night (two separate restaurants they have on the complex. Cocktails of the day is so good! And if you are there for the cocktail night they host with cocktails off the menu i definitely recommend. Thank you to all!

Second visit to the imperial was just as good as the first visit. Booked a Sea View Room and was worth the extra, just one small gripe is no bedside plug sockets, but remembered this from last year and took an extension lead. The rooms were cleaned every day and towels changed, Mini Fridge has water & soft drinks replaced daily Restaurant, cannot fault, the quality of food was exceptional, probably the best AI I’ve experienced. Booked the Pygmalion Burger Restaurant and really enjoyed the meal there as well. Didn’t book the Fiki Restaurant as wasn’t keen from last years visit. We used the smaller but quieter pool in the daytime and there were always sun beds available no matter what time we got down there. The waiters do a great job, constantly back and forth serving drinks all day long. The thing that stands out the most is the staff, throughout the hotel they are always smiling, and just great at what they do, nothing is too much and it made our holiday experience that much better. Will be back next year after the Winter refurb, already looking forward to it. Thank you Louis Imperial for another great weeks holiday

Just got back from the most amazing hotel had a room with pool & sea view, rooms clean & comfortable, food is amazing spoilt for choice, staff very friendly big shout out to youssef Overall, we would highly recommend Louis Imperial Beach Hotel – if you’re looking for great food, a beautiful hotel, and outstanding entertainment, this is the place to go. Definitely recommend we definitely will be back

Our family has just returned from our second holiday to the hotel and again we loved our stay and can’t wait to return. We are a family of five and had two interconnected rooms with sea view which were perfect for us. The food is amazing, the quality and choice is brilliant. The hotel is about to undergo a refurbishment and some of the areas of the hotel shows that it’s due, but all in all the hotel is amazing to visit and will be stunning once the refurbishment is complete. One thing I hope doesn’t change is the staff and customer service ethos. The staff are simply brilliant, warm and friendly and always happy to help. We sorted some things with them by email pre arrival and all was in order when we got there. And in every interaction around the hotel once there they are just first class. A refurbished hotel with those staff will be the perfect holiday combination and we can’t wait to return.

We came August 3rd till the 17th was amazing always its our 3rd time coming chris the Manager looked after us so well was checking in on us every day. The entertainment team roland and yanis made our evening they was really good luke and tim was great friends with them while on hoilday.the food was good.the hotel was nice and clean and the cleaners did a good job like always we will be back again to see the upgrade work being done soon.thank u carol and tim and luke xxx all the Manages was so good and the bar stuff was good.

Had a lovely time here. Rooms are very basic and small, need to be updated which I know will be soon. The cleaning of rooms needs to be improved! Staff are all very friendly, especially Mary and the food is very good. Be aware you will need to be up at 6.30am to get a sun bed! Nice location and I would return back after the renovation.

I would like to thank you very much for another wonderful stay. March 28, 2025 we arrived on my birthday and there was a cake and balloons and our room just looked beautiful over looking the sea it was very much appreciated, so a big thank you to everyone. That was our fifth visit to your hotel as we always feel so relaxed the staff the food the service , surrounding area, the gardens the beach everything is just beautiful. The staff even bring drinks to you in the gardens and beach. it is always so lovely to see the same staff who are obviously very happy working at the hotel, forgive me for not remembering his name ( i think it began with an O) but he's the very tall man at reception who loves talking, loves his family and loves cars. My husband always gives him car magazines. We are looking at returning next year and we are just praying that with all your renovations that will be going on you will not lose that beautiful local friendly charm, but it will still be lovely to come and see all your friendly faces and relax. We have recommended your hotel to a few people who also had a lovely stay and we have two family members coming next week in July Keep up the good work everyone at the Louis Imperial
