Cosy modern hotel with a pleasant green area, is located in Paphos, walking distance from the beach. Perfect for a beach and sightseeing holiday.

Location: Paphos, 14 km from Paphos international airport, 5 minutes walk from the old town and 15 minutes walk from Paphos harbour area. Near Water Park, Paphos Aphrodite Waterpark, Paphos harbour, and Paphos Archaeological Park, Paphos lighthouse and Tombs of the kings.

Consists of a 4 storey building.

The hotel has 243 rooms.

We have stayed at this hotel four times now, with our fifth visit already booked for June and that alone speaks volumes. Every stay has been exceptional, thanks largely to the incredible staff throughout the hotel. A particular mention must go to the reception team, especially Zoe, who consistently goes above and beyond. From helpful and prompt communication before our arrival to ensuring our requests and preferences are met, nothing is ever too much trouble and makes such a difference and sets this hotel apart. The level of service, attention to detail and warm atmosphere are the reasons we continue to return. We are already counting down the days until our next visit and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel. Great facilities, food, accommodation and location too with a number of restaurants and bars nearby. You won’t be disappointed.

Family run hotel run bey Georgia’s Paul’s a lovely man and all his staff are so friendly helpful and welcoming especially Zoe Nicolaidou front office manager and the one and only Aish runs the entertainment team maids Tamara & Varvara where amazing my room 5034 was spotless and the hotel every day Renata restaurant manager was awesome stayed there 22 years 3 months last year booked for another 3 months this year April-June and August can’t wait 😜 to see all the lovely staff again ❤️

Lovely clean hotel with attentive staff 5 mins from the beach and promenade. Lovely restaurants along the promenade to watch the sunset. Would return. Good value , great breakfast and in a nice location.

One of the nicest hotels we have stayed at, excellent reception service on arrival, rooms are super, very spacious, comfortable beds which are cleaned daily by lovely friendly staff. Fabulous buffet breakfast with friendly staff to help with anything you want. Great pool with lots of sun beds and various activities being held daily. Evening entertainment every night with family friendly activities in the lovely outdoor bar area. Everyone is so friendly and always welcoming and happy to help, we have stayed here twice and are returning again next year, looking forward to staying at the Avanti Hotel again next October.

Great location a few minute walk to the beach with lots of places to eat out and shops but still quite enough to get a good nights sleep unlike in the busier resorts Lovely pool to relax around or have a swim with a pool bar as well to get food or drinks.Rooms are very clean and comfortable the cleaners do such an amazing job ,also the hotel is really good value for money there is a bar and shop on site in the hotel also .Stayed there twice and will definitely be going back again staff so helpful and friendly.

Just come back from this beautiful hotel, made to feel welcome from reception to the maids, bar staff and pool bar staff, so friendly. Entertainment staff were amazing, really friendly with the children day and night . Restaurant outside was very good , would recommend tea for two family run restaurant , food was homemade and very reasonable, staff were friendly to both adults and children. Harbour was a good visit plus the mall. Only one issue I had with the hotel was it closed on the 1/11/25 but to keep your room they wanted you to pay knowing it would not be occupied anymore, but we had a courtesy room we could get changed in. Would definitely come back

We have lost count of the times we have visited the Avanti. After a family holiday in August my eldest daughter and I decided we needed a few days of sun before winter in the UK. Nothing is too much trouble for this hotel. From the warm welcome from all the receptionists (including particular Zoe the Front Desk manager who clearly runs the hotel), to the lovely cleaners, and everyone in between, (including the kids club lady who remembers my daughter from when she went years ago), they all make you feel so welcome. Every time we stay it feels like home. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is adequate. Lots of comfortable sunbeds and a lovely pool (bit cold this time of year though) The hotel is ideally situated a short walk from the beach, restaurants and bars and a 30 minute walk down to the harbour. The Kings Mall is a short taxi ride for those wanting a bit of retail therapy. We will be back as a family of 4 next summer.

Fantastic visit to the family run hotel again for 12 nights. All the staff go over and above to make your stay extra special. A special shout out to Zoe who we emailed to see if we could stay in the same room as last year as the mattress was fantastic for my husbands bad back and she made sure that happened for us. Plenty of sunbeds and the pool area was very clean as was the whole hotel. We can’t wait to come back again next year and hopefully many more years.

Stayed at the Avanti Hotel late October in search for some winter sun and we weren’t disappointed. The hotel is a short transfer from Paphos airport and in a great location, with about a dozen bars and restaurants in close proximity around ‘the triangle’ opposite the hotel. Access to the beach and coastal walk to the harbour is also close by, with the harbour about a 25 minute walk away. A bus stop is also very close by. The hotel is very well presented, set in nice gardens with a large pool area and a swim up bar. We had a double room with pool view and balcony, which was quite large and with good facilities. The hotel is exceptionally clean, and all the staff were very helpful and attentive. The prices in the bar etc were very reasonable and didn’t seem any more costly than the bars / restaurants located outside of the hotel. There was a good choice of foods at breakfast. The staff at the hotel really make your stay worthwhile, and they delivered a bottle of fizz to our room as a birthday surprise for us, even without us requesting it. Definitely worth a visit, and we look forward to returning in the near future

We stopped next door in Pandream apartments (which are fantastic) but the " artists " we had to listen to from Avanti were horrendous, they should perform in doors so we dont all have to listen !
