The staff were very friendly and quick to help with an issue we had with our room. We were provided a new room and were happy with that. The breakfast buffet was good and staff were friendly. The location was also good for getting around.

UPDATE 29/11/2023: Incredible renovation. Absolutely unbelievable change! The place went from a 2-3 star looking communist hotel to a 4-5 star hotel now. Plants in the rooms, brand new toilets, marble, new beautiful carpets, brand new solid furniture, great lights, it's just jaw dropping. I'm not paid to say this, I just have history with this place and have been coming here for over 6 years now....

I went to their spa and I have to say that I haven't gotten such good treatment for a while. The sauna was good and the ice pool too. The swimming pool was slightly too crowded for me and maybe too many old people for me. Other than that I have absolutely no problem with this place. Location is also extremely nice. I start saying that this place is in a very nice location, your view is over an artificial lake (depending on your room though) and it's surrounded by a wonderful and colorful forest. It's a super silent and relaxed area, just next to the very famous and renown spa town of Luhačovice. The hotel is about a five-minute walk from the airport shuttle drop-off. The Jubilee Synagogue is just around the corner, and it's not far from Old Town Square. The hotel breakfast is 12 euros, which is a good price, and there's a great variety of food. The staff member was very welcoming, and luggage storage is free.

I was disappointed on their service provided during my special request to clean up the room to the reception in the morning. However, it was not cleaned until 2pm. My answer given by Mr Sak was the priority was given to the check in customers. What about those who stayed one?  So once you checked in, that is your problem is it? I can see why the ratings are low. The only thing I can praise is the service attitude; the front desk staff was quite friendly, and the location is excellent, just a street away from the tram and subway stations. However, the bathroom exhaust fan was completely out of control. It kept making noise even after I turned off the switch, and the door wouldn't close properly – it was quite annoying 😩. ...

The facilities are a little dated. Especially when returning at night, getting the main door to open with the keycard was a real struggle; it often felt like pure luck when it finally worked. I hope you can get that fixed. However, the value for money was acceptable.

It's a place in the old town, and the staff is friendly and they even gave me a welcome drink when I checked in! Since the room key is a key, I have to leave it at the front desk when I go out..! Nice hotel with good breakfast. Nice place and nice stay. It is high up so if you plan to walk you will have some uphill climbing. Breakfast was good. Spa hours shorter on weekends so plan accordingly. One issue if you have a room without a terrace it is difficult to get air into the room due to the design of the windows and it can get hot when the sun is on your side of the building.

We were there for a weekend near Oberwiesenthal. The price for the accommodation was OK, the rooms were new, spacious and very clean. Breakfast was OK, but we only used the evening buffet once because it actually did not meet our (not too high) expectations.

Value for money type of hotel with great location. Located right next to the tram lines which can take you around the city. Also most location are easily reachable here by walking Rooms are simple, but enough if you just base out from here.
