I had a pleasant stay. The recepción staff were very friendly. The rooms , while basic, are very spaciousband functional. Hausekeeping was efficient. Breakfast is simple but adequate. Overall, good valué for the price.

Very satisfied with our 4-day stay at the Hotel AXA. We had a spacious room with a great view of the skyline and all amenities were just fine. Because of the time of year, our room was neither too warm nor too cold. Housekeeping and Breakfast Service were also great. From the hotel’s location it was easy to go exploring, either on foot or by tram.

Good location good staff but no air condition

This hotel exceeded expectations with spacious rooms and incredibly comfortable beds. It is conveniently located just steps away from the tram station, convenience stores, shopping malls, and a delightful pizza restaurant. It was a perfect blend of comfort and convenience that made my experience in Kochi unforgettable.

The room was very unique. It was long and spacious with an excellent view! The lights in the bathroom were motion activated so I got caught in the dark at times. The hotel is very strict about noise pollution after 10pm. My room was actually next door to an actual resident of the building.

I typically avoid independent hotels as the quality can vary greatly. However, I booked my trip to Prague last-minute and this was the only affordable option still available. Simple Small size room with basic equipment, clean. Kitchenette is a plus, however, only with a bare minimum of equipment (cutlery, plates, one cup and two glasses per person...).
