Very close of the train station, only 2 minutes walking. Clean room and clean hotel. Also very close of the city atractions
The location is excellent, directly opposite the Prague train station. The room was incredibly spacious, the biggest I've stayed in during this Europe trip, and well-equipped, even with disposable slippers 🫶. My only suggestion is that the short staircase at the hotel entrance is quite narrow. A ramp would be much better for luggage.
Excellent hotel… friendly staff who know how to look after their guests ☺️
The hotel is very close to the train station, and I love that there is complimentary Sauna service for in-house guests. However, I do want to say that the service needs to be improved. I was travelling alone and arrived at the hotel after midnight. The reception gave me a corner room at the very end of the hallway which was really dark and a little scary so I asked to change room. The reception insisted...
Excellent Hotel, good location, breakfast is very delicious.. I will choose where we recommend
Room was very clean. Hotel has an on site spa which you go in naked European style mixed gender which is nice to relax after a day of walking. Breakfast was nice and fresh as well. On site gym as well. 3 mins walk to Prague main station and around 10-15 mins walk to main tourist area.

This hotel is not 5 or 4 star. We were there for only 1 night. It is located in a very strategic location. However, the lobby is small and the lift is tiny. The walkways to the rooms and the room itself are quite dated. If you get a good rate like 80-90 euros then it is ok but i wouldn't pay more than that. Mentally prepare yourself for a 3.5 star property.

It was our 2nd time at this hotel. Comfortable hotel great staffs great breakfast at the restaurant. Love the big bath tub and great products “L’Occitane” The restaurant was great for easy option in the evening good food and reasonably priced. Nicely situated easy access to everything and we loved that it has a bunker underneath that you can visit and it was very interesting. We highly recommend this...
The hotel has been renovated, but you can still tell it’s an older building. The location in the city center is convenient, but the area is very busy, which might not suit everyone. On the positive side, the breakfast was excellent—very generous with plenty of options. The staff were also nice and helpful, which added to the experience. A decent choice overall, but be prepared for the bustling surroundings...

Extremely close to the metro station, the room was very clean, and the front desk service was excellent. They even upgraded me to a room with a balcony, which was perfect for winter – I could open it up and enjoy the natural 'air conditioning' haha.
This hotel is very good the service is great plus u can make your coffee and drinks nearly all day plus you can pick up some little snacks the food in this hotel is really nice the rooms are very nice some small some bigger but when you need something you can always ask the reception or Marketa who is really great person to talk to or ask her for help the bar is open 24/7 plus nearly everyday you got...
The room itself wasn’t that great, it was clean at least but not as fancy as we expected from the pictures. Therefore it wasn’t worth the price we paid for. However, location wise it was perfect. Everything was within walking distance and staff were kind.
Hotel was dusty. Was very warm and no aircon at all. Room was designed in a weird manner with steps leading to bed. Bathroom amenities were lacking. No usb chargers and reception refused to help us get international adapters, scolded us for not bringing and instructed us to buy from shops next door. Breakfast was mediocre, ended before stipulated time and seldom replenished. Rooftop bars also close...
There was one big problem at the hotel, it was almost always smelling food (frying fish or anything else) even in the rooms. If you are planning to stay at this hotel, never take the rooms above kitchen, take rooms at higher floors. Ours was 205, and cooking odors were filling into our room straight from the kitchen to our bathroom and then the room itself beginning from 05:00 AM. We stayed at this...
The location is good, regarding the cleanliness was less than average and the bathroom smell was bad Best thing in the hotel was Mr Ahmed the assistant he was the best

Great location and unbeatable price. Service was a bit lacking, mainly because the front desk was often unstaffed. The room facilities were basic, but for this price, I can't really complain. Overall, it's decent.
Good locations, breafast food is okay. The staff are helpful one thing they dont have room heater so it is quite cold during winter.
Overall the stay is satisfying. Breakfast is simple and comforting.
Hotel within walking distance to subway and supermarket. Nice breakfast and staff. Only issue is housekeeping enters my room without knocking early in the morning.
the hotel is clean but basic accomodation. no kettle in the room. breakfast reasonable actually above expectation. about six/seven minutes from train station. near commercial area, not close to attractions. only a few attractive eating places around there.
The location is very good, near to old Town. However,  the bed size is very small and a normal person can drop out of bed if he just change the side.

The hotel's location in the Old Town is fantastic; it's within walking distance to Prague Castle and very close to Charles Bridge, which is super convenient.
Nice Hotel within walking distace of both sides of the river and charles bridge.
The service was superb! They even gave us champagne upon check-in. The hotel has a great location; almost all of Prague's attractions are within walking distance! You need to fill out a form upon check-in. Although the hotel isn't new, the decor is very retro, and the cleanliness was excellent. 👍🏻
Reception at the front desk FANTASTIC. Every time I went there was to ask or requeat something: VERY EXPEDITE and Courtoisie attention. Imposaible to ask a better service. The same evaluation for the cleaning room staff at the floor. Absolutely kind. And they all perfect English-speaking. It is so nice to travel in this kind pf luxury, small hotels.
It's truly a five-star hotel. From luggage storage before check-in, the service was gracious and hospitable in every aspect. The hotel is located just a minute's walk away from the gardens, within walking distance of Charles Bridge, and the cleanliness of the facilities is top notch. They were also flexible in accommodating requests, such as allowing guests to take photos inside the hotel, making it...

Very authentic hotel with amazing staff and great breakfast! Absolutely delightful experience staying at the hotel!
Very nice hotel. All clean inside. I chose it especially for the fitness room and while it is located in the center. Short Walking distance to all places I needed in the New Town. It was quiet not with many guests here during my stay. I recommend it.
When we checked into the hotel, we were given an attic room that barely had any natural light and felt very cramped. We had specifically requested a nice and spacious room when making the reservation. As soon as we saw the room, we asked to change it, but they told us they couldn’t help since we were only staying for 2 nights. Considering we paid 550 euros for 2 nights, being given such a room was...

The room is nicely designed with a lot of detail minded touches. Good location, near to old town but not crowded witb tourists. Staff are warm, nice and helpful. The only negative comment is that not enough sunlight to my room (no. 210). No view from the windows at all. It would be better specify in the booking site. If I had knew it in advance, I might consider booking other room category.
We enjoyed our stay. The hotel is in an excellent location, room is spacious and the bed is very comfortable. Staff are friendly. Would definitely recommend.
Beautiful, clean, friendly hotel which was perfect for our stay. I used this as a base for the Generali Prague Half Marathon 2026. Ideal location away from tourist traps. Wonderful hotel with well trained polite professional staff
For people with a high height 😁 breakfast is small but good, has everything. Location is quite okay.
We were treated very well. Despite not having to check in until the afternoon, they let us leave our bags at reception and gave us a great overview of the city on a map. The rooms were very cozy and clean, and the breakfast was good.
The breakfast was better than the four-star hotels in Europe I stayed in before. The hotel receptionist also let us check in early when possible. It was a wise choice to choose this hotel. The location is convenient for travel. I stayed for 3 nights and had a very good experience.

Very clean specious junior suit, staff at the reception and breakfast waitress were very attentive and extremely polite. Breakfast could be better, it could improve on quality and variety. We skipped breakfast - the last two days of our stay.
The hotel’s location is excellent—within walking distance to many popular attractions and key spots around the city. The property is very well maintained, neat, and exceptionally clean throughout. Loving the room and friendly staff
The staff were very friendly and the room was clean, which was great. Just a heads-up, it's located on top of a hill, so it might be a bit tough if you have a lot of luggage.
I really liked the hotel, the room is very comfortable, there is everything you need for a stay, quick and early check-in, it is located a minute from Wenceslas Square, I highly recommend it.
Nice food and location with modern room and clean.
Good location from train stations n  landmarks within walking distance . Only 20 mins uber ride from airport . Room is spacious n the hotel cafe serve yummy food . Receptionist Mr Ricardo showed excellent service giving lots of info on how to go about to go from hotel . 👍🏻
The hotel may have been recently painted, so it has a bit of a smell. We booked a triple room, which was very quiet and had a heater to dry towels. The location is good, a short walk to the museum, and there are supermarkets and fast food nearby, which is very convenient.

The staff were friendly and were able to accommodate our request of an extra bed. Check in and check out was hassle-free and the hotel itself is very aesthetically pleasing.
