1.Location - near to I. P. PAVLOVA Line C metro station & tram stop. Quite near to Namesti Miru Line A metro station.
2.Breakfast - Delicious buffet spread.
3.Room & Bathroom - Clean

1.Power socket - insufficient. Only 1 unused socket available and location under table is partially blocked and not easy to access
2.Wireless Internet - connectivity keeps dropping at times.
3.Shower cubicle - cramp and water seeping out to bathroom floor
Rooms are not soundproof , you can hear everything from next door. The bed was uncomfortable and not worth the price. Staff seemed uninterested and struggled to understand English. I asked for help with the vending machine and felt dismissed. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t return or recommend this hotel.
the lift broke down and had to us alternate lift which only went to 5th floor
