The rooms were comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent and delicious with a great variety of options.
However, the true highlight of our visit was the outstanding staff!! From the very beginning, even the parking attendant went above and beyond to help us and made us feel genuinely welcome.
A very special thank you goes to Maria and Michal at the reception desk. They handled every minor issue with such professionalism, kindness, and efficiency. Their warm attitude and dedication truly made a difference in our stay. They are the reason this hotel will remain unforgettable for us.

Although it is not in the city centre, the location was very convenient for our Erasmus+ course venue, and the public transport connections made it easy to reach the centre quickly.
The staff was always polite, helpful and professional. My room was very clean and comfortable, and the overall service was excellent.
A special highlight was the breakfast — exceptional, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options every morning.

One of the biggest advantages is the location — it’s right next to the tram station, and tram number 22 takes you directly to the city center and many main attractions. Super convenient and easy to use.
Parking is also convenient, which is a big plus if you’re arriving by car.
The staff are very friendly and professional, making the whole experience smooth and welcoming. A great option for staying in Prague with excellent transport connections.
Very large and comfortable hotel with great facilities.
Two restaurants for dinner (à la carte and all-inclusive style buffet), children’s menu and kids’ areas available. The rooftop bar on the 14th floor has an amazing view over Prague and great cocktails. There’s also a cozy café-bar with live piano music in the evening.
We were upgraded from a standard room to a triple room at no extra charge. Clean room, fast Wi-Fi, kettle with tea and coffee, minibar by menu. Friendly staff and we even got free parking.
The breakfast deserves special praise: it was incredibly delicious and so filling that we didn’t feel hungry again until the evening.
The location is very convenient — the hotel is situated in a quiet area, within easy walking distance to the tram, and only about 10 minutes from the Old Town. It’s the perfect balance between calm and accessibility.
A huge thank you to the staff: everyone was extremely kind, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed.
And a special mention for the rooms — spotlessly clean, well cared for, and very comfortable. These are rooms where you can truly rest and feel at home.
We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Prague.
location is not near central but just front of the hotel have a bus line. You take one stop then u arrive subway green line.
