The hotel is situated in the old town and consists of two connected historic buildings. The building, located in Skolska (Skolska), was built in 1880. Previously, the building was the gallery of the apartment house in which was born the famous author of "adventures of the good soldier Schweik," Jaroslav Hasek. The second building with the main entrance from the street štěpánská was before reconstruction the first office building of Prague constructed in the early 20th century.

The meeting room is fully equipped with all modern comforts and is very well organized. The hotel’s location is convenient and central. The rooms are spacious, tastefully furnished, and very clean.
The transfer service was well organized and efficient. Lunches and breakfasts were plentiful and of excellent quality.
The manager personally oversaw the organization of our trip from start to finish, remaining consistently available, attentive, and understanding of our needs.
I highly recommend this property!
Breakfast was okay, but the room felt quite small and crowded, so we didn’t use it very often. That said, everything else was fantastic and made for a very enjoyable visit. I would happily recommend this hotel and would definitely consider staying again.
I was given a room next to room 319, where the guest hired a night companion. There was loud drinking, shouting, continuous conversations, and even loud vomiting throughout the entire night. Sleeping was impossible.
I contacted the reception several times to ask for help and to ensure night-time quiet, as I was on a business trip and needed rest. Unfortunately, the reception did not react properly and my complaints were ignored.
The hotel walls are very poorly soundproofed, which makes it even more important for the staff to actively enforce quiet hours — something that clearly did not happen.
Extremely poor management and lack of respect for other guests. I will definitely not return to this hotel.
The food was great. But what we felt was when we went for our breakfast we felt that the staff at the breakfast area were not very friendly or for a fact they dint even have a pleasant smile. So otherwise its was a very good stay . A special thanks to Ms. Barbara who served us our dinner . She was very friendly and pleasant .
