Hotel Uno Prague in Prague

This was an absolutely unacceptable and shocking experience, COMPLETELY OUTSIDE ANY HYGIENE STANDARDS. I booked a stay for 2 nights. After the first day, in the morning, I placed all the towels I had used folded on the bathroom floor. Before leaving, I put the “Make Up the Room” sign on the door, expecting housekeeping to replace the towels. Instead, when I returned, the SAME DIRTY TOWELS had been PICKED UP FROM THE FLOOR and placed back as if they were clean. This is completely unhygienic and unacceptable. I went to the reception to report the issue, but they showed zero responsibility. They said it was not their problem and did not even offer a basic apology. This is clearly a matter of hotel policy and cleanliness standards, the very least they could have done was acknowledge the issue and apologise. The only thing I was told was that they could give me clean towels, nothing more. No explanation, no accountability. After this experience, I seriously question whether even the bed sheets had been changed or if we were sleeping on used ones from other guests. Be careful if you stay here, this raises serious concerns about hygiene and overall standards.
